Das Resort hat den großen Vorteil, dass es sich gegenüber vom kommerziellen Zentrum der Insel befindet. Eine angenehme Reise von Bangkok nach Kohchang, nur 330 km. Von Bangkok sind es etwa vier Stunden Fahrt auf der Straße zur Trat Provinz. Dann 30 bis 45 Minuten mit der Fähre von Trat nach Kohchang. Es stehen drei Piers im Laem Ngob Geschäftsviertel zur Verfügung. Nur 15 Minuten vom Pier zum Mac Resort Hotel.
