Rodney 2009-06-05	KC Grande Resort & Spa, White Sand Beach I had the most relaxing Time here the service and conditions of the hotel were excellent and i will recommend it to my Family and friends.	Everything went well
Patrice Coll 2009-05-04	KC Grande Resort & Spa, White Sand Beach One of the nicest hotel on White sand beach. After visiting the other ones on the beach, this one has very good location (at the beg of the beach so a little far from the noise and animation but stilll at working distance from restaurants, bars and shops). The bungalows are at 10-20m max from the beach and are very nice and tidy. Great welcome and very professional staff. Swimming pools (2) are also very great on the beach front.	Perfect and very efficient as always.
ANDREAS OBERG 2009-04-18	KC Grande Resort & Spa, White Sand Beach We stayed at the standard bungalow and they were certanly not worth the high over-price. The room was worn out and dirty and we had to comment the bad cleaning every day..with no result.	Great as usual.
Connie Schottler 2009-04-15	KC Grande Resort & Spa, White Sand Beach We stayed in the hotel part and were very happy with the size of the room. However, we paid for an extra bed and they just put sheets and a pillow on the couch. Not quite what we expected. Also, if you are looking for a western style breakfast, it was lacking. Of the 4 nights we were there, there were never any pancakes or french toast on the buffet. They did have made to order eggs and lots of Thai foods.	Good service on the booking. They offered a lower price than calling directly to the hotel.

Maria Fekete 2009-04-01	KC Grande Resort & Spa, White Sand Beach The location of the hotel is very good at the end of the central road and with access to the best part of the beach. Very good childrens pool. Had originally booked a bungalow at the beachfront. However the hotel outdoor massage was situated right in fron of our bungalow. We got upgraded to a nice two room suite. This is very good but the intent was to stay on the beach. The pictures of the bungalows gives a false impression that you have the whole bungalow to yourself but in reality on bungalow holds two rooms.

The swimming pool was well located and the restaurant served nice B/f and food. We had a standard Bunglow and thought it was small for a family of 3. No cupboards in the room was surprising. But overll great expereince , we would recommend this place to our friends and hope to come back again..	Ecellent and prompt as always...

Tomas Ohberg(1st booking) 2009-01-17	KC Grande Resort & Spa, White Sand Beach The hotell and its service was splendid. We stayed 11 nights in a bechfront standard bungalow wich was rather simple but as we had expected. To step right out on the beach was just as we wanted. The restaurant and receptionservices was also very good. A little few sunchairs available especially in the pool area. We just loved this place and we will for sure return to this place.	The booking service at Thailandresor.se was very good. They helped us with very useful information on where to stay as they only provide flight-tickets.
Kati Maki Lundqvist 2009-01-14	KC Grande Resort & Spa, White Sand Beach The staff was really friendly and the bungalow was clean. Breakfast was good and the location was excellent - not too far from the action but secluded enough at the same time (the resort lies on the outskirts of the town). Good beach! The restaurant in the evening was a huge disappointment - horrible live music (it was like being in a kitchy time warp), very little variety on the menu and plastic chairs and tables on the beach! As the location is so fantastic the restaurant has lots of potential but unfortunately they re not fulfilling it! It has the best location on the beach and would really be deserving of more customers! All in all good hotel!	Efficient. A huge minus though that you have to pay everything in advance - deposit would be enough!
Olivier G 2009-01-01	KC Grande Resort & Spa, White Sand Beach Very nice hotel with a very good location on White Sand Beach. Walking distance to the city, but not too close to get the noise from the street and the night life. Very nice pool and nice beach. The hotel restaurant is expensive, and the compulsory gala dinner for 31/12 is far too expensive (3800 Baht/pers) compared to what you get especially since drinks were not included. I would recommend that hotel, but not for New Year s eve.	No problem as usual with sawadee
Bengt Linder 2008-10-30	KC Grande Resort & Spa, White Sand Beach We stayed at KC Grande for 10 nights and we had a great time. Sure, it was kind of a buiding-place at the time but managed with such care and consideration that we were not really bothered by it. We stayed in a newly built deluxe room in the main building with a yacuzzi on the balcony. It was heaven and such a bargain in October . The only drawback was that the hot water in the shower seemed to come and go but otherwise it was perfect. The breakfast had a good variety and held an even quality throughout the stay. The staff was very friendly and cooperative and were always one step ahead when it came to our queries. We would like to recommend KC Grande to others that would like to have a nice and hassle-free stay at a perfect beach. Jenni Vuokko 2008-10-15	KC Grande Resort, White Sand Beach Deluxe bungalow was very nice and clean and the hotel had good food. Excellent beach. Also the cheaper bungalows are on the lovely beach for budget travellers. The new hotel complex and new pool is going to be very nice.

No mention of this had been made previously or we would have made other arrangements. Rooms were not what we expected, but had no choice but to stay the night as our taxi had already left. Cats mess all round the buildings, heaps of ants (who took great delight in biting me to bits. We were booked in for 4 nights but after 2 hours decided I couldnt stay any longer than need be. When the building work is finished it will look good in the main building but not for anything would I recommend the beach villas.	After 1 call to Sawadee accomadation sorted in other resort. Excellant service.

We are a little worried about the new buildings, we hope they wont change the charm of KC Grande.	The booking service worked fine, it would have been even better if it was possible to see online if the rooms were free!

Fabolous bungalows with only 20 meters to the beach ! We stayed in a deluxe bungalow and this was sooooooo great ! You MUST go there.... We loved it and will definitely come back ! The hotel is now renovating and in november/december 08 there will be 80 more guestrooms. So hopefully this will not make the resort bad and too big. We can only recommend this resort to everybody !!!	Excellent as always !

Nice breakfast buffet but mostly crashing waves 30 feet from our door step - HEAVEN! We will be back soon. Front desk very helpful.	As always, no problems. Great service.
Thomas Ladefoged 2008-02-18 until 2008-02-25	KC Grande Resort, White Sand Beach KC Grande Resort is a relatively large resort - and it will get MUCH bigger. KC Grande Resort was not a good experience for our family (2 adults, 2 children age 6 and 3, and 1 baby). The pool was extremely dirty, not enough sunbeds (so people laid towels at 6:30 in the morning to make reservations), it is big and not a far-away bungalow resort , a lot of construction work is going on - and finally we like the islands Koh Mak, Koh Kood, Koh Kham, Koh Wai etc. much better. I would also choose other beaches that White Sand Beach if ever going back to Koh Chang. We stayed 5 days at Klong Prao Beach on Koh Chang. And it is much nicer. Not so crowdy and more of a local atmosphere. During late 2008 the new facilities at KC Grande Resort will be opened. This means, that the resort will be HUGE. An extremely large hotel is being built, and the last impression of traditional Thailand will dissapear. We will not return to neither KC Grande Resort or White Sand Beach.	Perfect. No comments.

A little slow service sometimes (tried to get someone to fix our safe deposit, and needed to call 4 times). Construction of new hotel nearby (KC Grande expansion) in not the nicest view. But overall a pleasant stay.	Perfect
L. Schikhof 2007-07-11 until 2007-07-13	KC Grande Resort, White Sand Beach I had the superior bungalow which was adequate. The staff of this resort is friendly, but check out took a little longer than necessary (they call for someone else to check the mini-bar, I mean really....) and so I missed my ferry to the mainland. This resort has two restaurants, one doubles as a loud, but lackluster disco. Service is friendly. All in all, a reasonable place to stay, but overpriced in the monsoon season.	No prblems.

Our deluxe room was very comfortable and only a few metres from the beach. Very friendly staff and excellent meals. Hope to stay there again in the near future.	Excellent as usual!

The location is good and no complaint about the resort. The only complaint we can make is about the bed. We had a double bed and when one moved, the other was moving too... Anyway, the stay was allover fine!	Great!

Rooms were clean and aircondition was exellent, pool area was nice and the beach was beautiful and clean. Suits families with small children. Food was good at the hotels restaurant. The food in the restaurant is very good but for thailand not cheap. Excellent was the service from all staffs there - special the reception was perfect and very friendly ! We would like to go to KC s again !	we had no problems - we became what we want and all was correct - a very good service !

Comfortable and excellent rooms, with good and easy access to beach / pool. Front desk staff need some brush up on their English, but with humor and patiences, messages get across. All in all an excellent place for some true bounty experience	No issues, no probrlems, works perfect!

The standard bungalows is very old and small.We did not feel we got value for the money. You will find many other hotels/bungalows in the area much better for less money. Karen Kelly 2005-07-24 until 2005-08-03	KC Grande Resort, White Sand Beach KC Grande is well situated in White Sands at the quieter end nicer part of the beach. The Deluxe Bungalows are basic with the towels and bedding frayed around the edges.The Bungalows are set in gardens on the beach front. A truly beautiful setting and very peaceful, particularly in the low season although White Sands is rapidly becoming a building site with new hotels and shops being developed.Visit soon before the invasion begins!!	Excellent, quick to respond to inquiries but would have appreciated a reminder of when the balance was due as I nearly forgot and would have been disappointed to have lost my booking and deposit.

I was very impressed with their professional assistance when I forgot my CD case in the room. They asked for my address in Bangkok and said they would mail it free of charge the following day. Service like this is a great way to bring back old customers and attractive new ones.....Thanks KC!!!	The booking system is perfect!!
