About the hotel:
The hotel is very good and well located in Koh Chang. The staff is very nice and helpful. The buffet in the morning is great and offers a lot of choice. The beach is beautiful and clean. The ambiance is very relaxing. The pool is very large. I really recommend this hotel. I spent great vacation there and will certainely come back again.

A big, modern and really good hotel. The staff was very service minded and helpfull. The breakfast buffet was fantastic. Very nice room, really good house-keeping. We really loved the extras . Lovley beach and pool area. The only thing that we thought would be different was that the hotel were much bigger then we expected and had a lot of package tours.

After staying 2 times at Klong Prao Beach my fiancée and I wanted to try WSB again and booked the KC Grande. The hotel itself is in a good location, the beach and water are clean. We had a garden view room at the second floor of the deluxe building . The room did fully meet our expectations, but the maid was always a bit late. Prices of the minibar were just a bit above the level of a 7/11, the prices at the poolbar quite high. The breakfast is offered as a buffet, also no complaint about that. But it was served in a kind of hall without any fan or even air-conditioning, so you better use a towel from your room to remove all the sweat.... Also negative was the time when the breakfast was served: 6 am til 10 am (I usually get up in Thailand at 11 am...). The hotel was quite good booked, unfortunately lots of our special friends who like to reserve their sunbeds in the early morning were also there. Even more annoying was the presence of a lot of families with children. The KC Grande could be a really nice place if they would establish a no child policy and also keep the guests from reserving sunbeds. But under the given cirumstances - NEVER AGAIN.
