Mr. Andrew Lee 2008-07-10 until 2008-07-14	Phala Cliff Beach Resort & Spa, Rayong, Ban Chang Location is nice but the hotel is abit old and in need of some TLC. The beach is aweful. Trash as far as you can see. The staff is hardly helpful. They have no idea how to serve a customers needs. Comfortable bed. Clean room. There are no taxi s in Ban Chang to speak of and the hotel car will cost you 200Bhat for a 5km drive to town. I had washing done there once. 400Bhat for a kilo of washing. Way too overpriced. Take a lap top and hope for the best. You have to purchase pre-paid internet cards that are way overpriced. 200 Bhat per hour. Nice pool.	Had a bit of a run around but it was all settled in the end.
Mr. Huy Do 2008-04-12 until 2008-04-15	Phala Cliff Beach Resort & Spa, Rayong, Ban Chang Staffs are very nice. Room is very good, sea wind everytime. Sand and beach are very bad, and very dirty. You have to swim in swimming pool rather than in the sea. Hotel food are good and not expensive, compare to outsider s. If you want to take a rest and enjoy sea air, this is your choice. If you want exciting, or swimming in the sea, you should choose another place.	Staffs are very nice, service is good. Not too much options. I mean, the number of hotels available in their service is limited. This should be improved.
Stuart Picton 2008-03-12 until 2008-03-17	Phala Cliff Beach Resort & Spa, Rayong, Ban Chang Lovely room, nice staff. Not many guests, so very peaceful and relaxing. Spa was excellent, but but bit pricey. Nice pool and lower deck for sunbathing. Good for the price	Perfect - no problems
Marie-louise Hjelmberg 2008-02-28 until 2008-03-06	Phala Cliff Beach Resort & Spa, Rayong, Ban Chang Since the first hotell we wanted to go was fully booked, we were referred to Phala Cliff Beach Resort. The hotel was very good, friendly staff and a beautiful privat beach. Excellent breakfast. A very good working internet, only it was twice the prize as at other hotels we´ve used. Only minus was the location; the nearest shopping (Chon Bang) was ca 10 minutes ride with taxi. The hotel provided 2 free rides a day, but once they forgot the return-pick-up..... All in all a wonderful hotel,so if you´re not searching for high-life entertainment it´s perfect.	It´s the fourth time we´ve use it and has worked perfect!

Tonni Hvejsel Nilausen 2007-12-19 until 2007-12-21	Phala Cliff Beach Resort & Spa, Rayong, Ban Chang We take this 2 days break in our holiday between our stay in Pattya and Koh Chang. We come to a hotel without many tourist. But all the hotelstaff give us more than 100 % service. We fell som comfortable to stay in this hotel. The room and the facacilitets are very nice. The restaurant give you good and cheap food. The Waitress Khun Waurunee we will miss alot - The was so nice and freindly. There is nothing around the hotel - So if you need something you have to take a taxi a litle bit away from the hotel. But then you come to a very lokal city were the is no tourist...That mean that you can bye cheap, cheap thing. So if you need 2 or 3 days in full relax then take this hotel.	All is perfect.

We had a big and nice room close to the beach with a beautiful seeview. We would definitely stay there again and I will recommend the hotel to my friends.	Excellent
Bart Pull ter Gunne 2007-04-22 until 2007-04-25	Phala Cliff Beach Resort & Spa, Rayong, Ban Chang Nice hotel but in the wrong place, we enjoyed it for 2 days while we booked 3 nights but then checked out because we got a little bit bored of the dirty beach. Rooms are definitely nice and the restaurant is good and the staff very friendly.	as always 100% hasslefree, but no refunds

EvaMargareta Nyhlén 2006-11-16 until 2006-11-24	Phala Cliff Beach Resort & Spa, Rayong, Ban Chang Very calm and beautiful hotel by the oceanfront. Nice and helpful staff, especially the cook, who speekes an excellent english and is eager to serve you. The reception helpt us with transports to different places.	We have used Sawadee two years now and are very happy with there services. We can recommend them.

janice pilati 2006-10-18 until 2006-10-23	Phala Cliff Beach Resort & Spa, Rayong, Ban Chang Hotel was beautiful,clean staff very efficient.Hotel manager MR Thwat was extremely helpful. Pool excellent. However the beach was very dirty and we felt unable to go on the beach. Also the hotel was out on a limb a bit,nothing to do in the evening and no entertainment.	Booking service excellent,very fast and effcient. Hotel knew what to expect and when we were arriving.

Bed hard as a rock. Rooms a little tired , but value for money OK and will return though.	Simply excellent
Richard Lechler 2005-03-26 until 2005-03-28	Phala Cliff Beach Resort & Spa, Rayong, Ban Chang Far away from bus station (30km ) in Rayong. Taxi costs 350-400 baht each way. Very Quiet except for the ocean waves which literally rolled into the room. Great views and a beautiful deck on the beach. Disappointed that there was no seafood barbeque on Sunday as dining room notice stated.	Booking agent made sure we had a BIG Bed.

Not much going on around the place, but thats exactly what I wanted when I booked. Great pool with views over the sea. I reccommend renting a bicyle, its easy going as its quite flat, and it enables you to see the surrounding country side at a comfortable pace.	Perfect, I ve never had a problem booking with SAWADEE - Thankyou.

Cheap laundry Service. Separate childrenpool. They arrange a trip for all of us to Koh Samet, everything was good organized. They also arrange a birthday party to one of us! Bad: The private beach needs a clean up!	Very good, no problem - I will use it again!!

He changed rules for renting motorbike from 1 day to 12 hours and he also told us that we haven t paid for renting it I had to show him a copy of my voucher.My advice Save all your vouches !!!	Good
