" Overall , the place is quite good for its location as its near the beach n shopping easy for us.
except for the 1st day when i check in, the reception was quite rude to us ! we reserved 4 rooms for 8 persons but we flew in on 2 different timing, but she insisted me to give 8 passports for check in and i reply her , that my friends are not here yet. than she talk rudely in Thai n say dun know why not come together and check in differently...etc. To everyone s surprise, i can Speak Thai n i understand what she is saying n therefore i reply back in Thai to her n can you imagine the look on her face ! not even a single sorry was say to me...and this really disturbs me.
other than that.. the hotel stay was pleasant ! "
