" Arrived at the hotel and when I asked if the room was for disabled people the staff were shocked, no disabled facilities at all in this hotel. But the manager was great and said he could upgrade me to suite at Villa Express, but I chose to stay as on inspection the room suited my needs. The staff are really helpful. "
