Rajaindran Sellappan 2009-06-11	Baboona Beachfront Living, Pattaya, Beach Rd. (North) My room was located on the 4th floor facing the sea. My wife and I were mesmerized with the view from our room. The location is excelent. Breakfast was simple but nice. Staffs were helpful. This is real value for money.

The staff at the hotel were just first class all the way through. I traveled with a friend and they made us feel as though we were with family. We took the time to actcually sit and talk to them and they always made the effort. We had the Deluxe Rooms & i can say that the rooms are worth the extra bit. The views were spectacular over the Thai Gulf. If I go back to Pattaya, Baboona is the only place that I will be staying.	Sawadee, Thank you for making my holiday so effortless. Frank 2009-04-21	Baboona Beachfront Living, Pattaya, Beach Rd. (North) Nice fine Hotel, stayed in the deluxe room on the fourth floor and had a great view over the beach. For me the room was complete nice big bed and a shower wich worked great. The hotel have in the shower free shampoo, conditioner and soap in a triple tank. Flatscreen in the room with many channels about 65, so you can see Thai, Dutch, German an Russia channels. For a appartment without a swimmingpool maybe high price but the big sea is in front off Hotel just 40 meters. For me important it is clean, good working airco and friendly staff. Had the Songkran just before mine door so a great Hotel looking forward to visit them again.	Great service and thabks for pick me up at Bangkok Airport. The womandriver she good handle the big car very good. Also Sawadee had everything good in order.

Balkony with nice seaview. 5 min. with Pickup-taxi to Walking street (20 Bath). Nice modern and clean rooms. Werth the money. Not many Russians - so no trouble!	no problems

Nobody bothers you, staf a bit unpolite, but did not have to deal with them much, so did not afect our stay there. Great big room on the 4th floor overlooking beach. My wife and I enjoyed sunsets and view. Breakfast small and inadequate, but lots of food available near by. We will definetely return to Baboona on our next trip.	Good

Edvinas Marijosius 2009-01-18	Baboona Beachfront Living, Pattaya, Beach Rd. (North) I have stayed in the hotel for 10 days. As soon as taxi stopped my luggage was taken to my room for me and I have been offered a free orange juice with ice. Nice touch. Staff was very friendly all the time. Room was very clean, modern, with a nice view over the sea. I was onn the 3rd floor. TV had 50 channels. Some music channels, FTV, loads of news in different languages, Pattaya channel. Shower was clean and spacious. Quite a big balcony too. As for security I had a inroom safe and security was there 24/7 at the hotel door. Can leave motorbike no problem. Only thing to say they have a bar next door. Can not see from balcony, gives no problem, but little bit noisy until 2am. But then again, its Pattaya :)	Booking service as always very good. Support excellent too should there be any issues. Highly recomend, always use myself.

David Kular 2008-11-20	Baboona Beachfront Living, Pattaya, Beach Rd. (North) Excellant Hotel. 5 star luxury at an affortable price. Good location. Very friendly and efficient staff. The reception staff is very polite and makes you very welcome. 5 or 6 floors highly recommended for beach views. This will be my hotel in Pattaya for future visits and will look nowhere else. Highly recommended. The food is also very good at the hotel restaurant.	Sawadee is excellant as usual . No problems.

(North) My husband and I stayed in the Baboona for part of our honeymoon. even though we were only on the second floor we were plesantly surprised by how great a hotel it is. Great views, clean rooms, excellent and friendly staff and very cheap. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Five minute baht bus to Walking Street. Would recommend.	Fair. Had to book with a non-refundable full payment. I could understand a non-refundable deposit of one night stay, but if I, for a unforseen reason, could not make my vacation, I would of been out a seven night hotel bill.

(North) Most impressed, loved location, room decor was excellent and everything we needed was provided without having to enlist assistance of housekeeping, very clean. Breakfast was inviting.All staff very helpful. downside - no pool but beach directly across road 1 minute.	accessible, efficient with quick response to inquiry and booked needs.

I would said the room is better than those four star hotel. We got 4 room together. Two of them are deluxe room, the view is great! With this kind of rate, you can t get any better hotel than this. Breakfast is simple and nice ( is not buffer ). Will stay here again and again and again and.....	Good !

Pattaya is not as good as i expected but the hotel is one of the best things while staying there.The hotel is a small one but enough for me.I love the lobby.very stylish. The room is clean as well.I d like to recommend this hotel!	very good.

American breakfast provided. I love the location, I will stay here again if i go to pattaya again. Really value for money.	The photos posted in this website for this hotel are real and genuine as per hotel decor.

Receptionists were very friendly and courteous, service with a smile. Room is great, very clean and large enough with a balcony to have a view of the Pattaya beach and the street. Breakfast quite nice. 2 bottles of water and 2 soft drinks provided free of charge in the room fridge, fantastic. Good rate and good service. I will definitely stay there again.	I would appreciate if Sawadee can provide an instant confirmation or quicker reply with the booking confirmation. When I arrived at the Hotel, the hotel reception had not receive my reservation. I called Sawadee by phone using my mobile phone on International roaming, and one of Sawadee representative courteously attended my problem quickly. Thank you for a great service Sawadee. Will definitely recommend you to my friends and others.

Staff shall improve themselves to be more professional. Poor quality of food, I ordered Grilled-Rock Lobster, it was not fresh. Anyway, I will back again. My rating for this hotel is Good+.

I had one of the spacious deluxe seaview rooms which had a great view of the promenade and glorious sunsets, as well as a very comfortable bed. The staff were all very polite and friendly too.	Excellent service with no problems at all.

Only thing i didn t like;only give you one room card and you have to turn in to desk each time you leave hotel. Wasn t a problem . Small ,quiet,clean and curteous . If i ever go back to Pattaya ,which i won t ,i would stay at the Baboona. Pattaya is typical of most Thailand resorts,seen one you have seen them all.

(North) This is the second time I checked in. i got a welcome drink and staffs seems friendly much more except the one in restaurant. He seems only welcome the western guest and he didn t receive the breakfast vochure from my mother.	If you re western, they will have a lot of welcome.if not, it is not recommended even you got a lot of money.

Its location is one of the best, situated directly opposite the beach, and central for shopping and bars etc. We had a deluxe room with a sea view, however this was on the 3rd floor and was slightly obstructed by some trees. So when we go back, I will book a room on the 5th or 6th floor. The room was really clean, and all bedding was changed on a daily basis. All staff where amazing and friendly, and very welcoming. We have stayed in thailand many times, and stayed in various hotels. However we were really impressed with this hotel, and will return in the future. Thankyou for a brilliant holiday x
