Front desk staff and canteen staff are very rude.	Excellent. Excellent response to queries and very helpful. When it comes to booking I am yet to see who can compete with Sawadee.com in customer support, response to queries and excellent friendliness and the ultimate customer satisfaction.

I made the reservations on the internet, the staff was more than acommodating when my plans changed at the last minute and allowed me to make the changes needed for my stay.

All the service staff that I met during my stay were very nice and helpful. No charge for guests & they have a excellent security system in place. Hotel v neposredni bližini Walking Street-a, dejansko v centru akcije. Osebje zelu prijazno in ustrežljivo. Ni dodatnega plačila za nočne obiske in poskrbljeno za varnost.	Excellent. Once there it was ideally situated if you are in Pattaya for a party, no if you want a relaxing quiet weekend. The room was very basic, no added extra at all, but suitable I had a great stay there as all I was there for was a party and served my purpose wel. The ladies at reception were really great and very helpful at all times.	Booked on the internet no problems either with the booking or check in and out. It was seamless

It is not the fanciest place, but the location is great and the breakfast is good. The staff was very helpful and friendly, as always.	The booking was easy through this site.

If you want to be where the action is i.e. go go bars, then this is THE perfect place for you. The property is right on walking street . I think I got a refurbished room with sea view and I found the room to be quite okay. If you want to take a taxi to Bangkok, don t book it via the Hotel, as it will cost you a lot less outside.	Smooth and professional as always.

Good service - not enough medium priced hotels to choose from. Need to recomend better hotels as alternatives - those recomended are in poor condition.

(South) Staff were friendly and helpful. however found the rooms old and run down and questionably clean for the value. plus requested non smoking room but room smelly of stakle smoke. Due to limited room avaial;bility over the new year I had little options avaialble to myslef therefore took the gamble on a hotel on top of walking street. The hussle and bussle was a little too much for me as I normally stay further away from this area. Therefore would more than likely not stay a 2nd time.However the location would more than liley be an attraction to others.

The hey hole on my door wouldnt work properly so it had taken 5min too get inside everytime. Would NOT recomend staying here to anyone....	booking good

(South) Location was great, right near the action on walking street.Breakfast could have been better, but the staff were friendly and nice.Security was very friendly and helpful.Rooms were changed every day, very clean.All in all was very satisfied until i went to check out.I don t know if it is a scam, but desk staff made me pay for drinks they say i had from the in- room bar.As i had not even looked or opened the in room bar, i was very upset.They would not listen to reason, they demanded i pay, it wasn t much money, but was the principal, put a bad taste on a good trip and stay in hotel. Management of this hotel needs to take a long hard look at themselves as their attitude is reflected in the attitude of their staff which was not what is normally associated with Thai people. Would return again if only for the location.	Excellent, no problems, very efficient. Will certainly use them again and will recommend them to other people.

The location is the best that you can get, right in the middle of all the action. It is truly value of money. All of you should try it out.	Great response and absolutely no problems in payment and booking. Good response. Keep it up guys.

(South) no hot water at times. should state that it is really only for men as i felt out off place there with my husband, no white females. the staff on the desk and door hardly ever smiled, the security guards on the lift were very friendly as was the house maid. no tea and coffee in rooms. but we did injoy our stay.	was very good

(South) diamond resort in very well placed on walking street, its just on the right situation. rates are bit on higher side compare to other hotels in same area and comparing to the facilities and rooms are concern.staff is good. we will deffinatly stay again in same hotel if get some good rates.	good facility and prompt reply for booking. thanks for your help.

The hotel is very centrally located. The staff at the Diamond Beach are very friendly and willing to assist in any and all requests that you may have. I will be returning again very soon.	The booking process was fast and easy. I made a request, unfortunately, the room I wanted was taken for the dates that I was looking for, but another room of the same size was immediately reserved for me instead.

I don t mind paying more for a better hotel in that location.	Booking service for hotel was good, but I also tried to book a pick up from the airport and there was no reply from the website or the hotel.

(South) I was so satisfied with diamond beach hotel the staff are very helpful and courteous, my room is on the 8th floor and on the quiet side, the views are very nice I can see the whole beach. The front desk staff (he) are very helpful he is so concerned about my pick up to airport, he even call the driver to make sure. I am planning to go on vacation again this coming Jan 2009 and I will make a reservation to Diamond Bch Hotel. The quality of room and the price are match. I cannot wait.

(South) returned after 3 years and this hotel is the same except for the real charming lady who books your tours has moved on & a real charming lady now books, all the staff are very friendy & helpfull with that Thai smile. My last trip to Pattaya could not stay here so stayed in the Pattaya Gardens one travel report for this hotel said the staff where rude, i did not find this did find them realy helpfull, however i found the guest extreemly rude, if they talked to me in that manner i would have knocked them on there arce.All ways rember before winging if you want Hilton hotels then pay for them, as these 2 hotels are not only great value for your dollar the staff are great, rember be nice and polite & the staff will be nice & polite

(South) nice place for man right in the middel of all the action-not the place for kids. good beds, good AC,the brekfast was nothing inspiering but was good and filling.the pool is very public and the jacuzy was cold but i still stayed here an extra night

Despite the pictures on the website, there is no difference between the Superior and Deluxe rooms. The staff are very friendly and helpful.	The booking service is easy to use and efficient.

The hotel is not new, but for the location and the value it is a good place to stay. The rooms are large with a view of the ocean and Walking street just yards away.

(South) the facilities are a little long in the tooth and i did find a couple of critter friends running free. it could use a little better pest control. the staff was exceptionally friendly and quite helpful. when my us based phone service crapped out on me, they went out and got me a chip for my phone and set it up. of course i tipped them, but they never asked for it. i would go back again if i m flying solo, but if with more finicky friends, i ll have to search for something more to their tastes.	worked perfectly.

Fairly spacious, could do with a bit of an overhaul. The staff were very friendly and helpful especially daytime staff, I work nights myself so i understand the difficulty of staying awake and serviceminded better than most. I would stay there again.	First class, no problems whatsoever

The desk clerk was cursory and the room, though large, was quite primitive - dark, not very clean, inconsequential door locks. It looked out on the noisy street - noisy even in the afternoon, and I could hear too much of what was happening in nearby rooms. The hotel was clear that having in-room safes was not a wise idea. Although other staff were friendly, I could not imagine having a restful visit: I checked out the same afternoon I checked in and moved to a much pricier, but known hotel - the Marriott. (South) Location location and location that is the best part of the hotel.Located right in the middle of famous walking street.No problems if u are brnging women staff are freindly and no extra charge.the only disadvantage about this hotel is the beds .THE BEDS ARE SLIGHTLY WORN OUT AND NOT BEST WHEN YOU ARE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ACTION.but for the money you pay i guess you can for go that as the location is more than worht the bed complaint had the best time of life great night life around until 3am in the morning if you are choosing pattaya and wanting to have fun this the hotel for you and you cannot go wrong wat so ever.	reservation was smooth sailing.

(South) I have been in several hotel in Patong and I can tell you that Casa Jip Guest House is by far the very best. Nicola, the italian owner is always ready to help you if you have any questions, the rooms are very clean and confortable, the area is quiet and the price for the rooms is unbeatable. Everything is high quality. A very good place to stay if you have a small budget.	The booking is also excellent.

Everyone remembered me and treated me with respect during my stay. The maids sometimes stayed late to clean my room after I woke up late and they had no problems. I would recommend anyone to stay here during their next visit. One thing that I didn t like was that I couldn t control the A/C in the room it was like the V2O bar. LOL!! It was cold but I just opened the window during the night and it was perfect in there.

My room was clean but a little worn but adequate for me. For a nice view check out the 8th floor. The staff was professional and pleasnt. I would stay there again. (South) My second time in this hotel, picked solely because it is in the centre of the action, and very easy to get to at any time of day (or night). As I spent very little time inside the hotel room, the rather basic facilities were quite adequate. The noise didn t bother me because they gave me a room on the quiet side. It is not family oriented but if you are planning to end your evenings on Walking Street, this could be the place for you.	Smooth and easy as always.

(South) I was given room 4007 and it was grotty, especially the bathroom floor with water retention in spaces between the tiles that when you stepped on them water oozed out from the floor. Paintwork was bad. However staff were efficient and friendly. None of the deluxe room was available so I had to put up with a standard room that badly needed renovation to an averagely acceptable state.goon location for town stay.	prompt and efficient. however they should warn potential customers that some standard rooms are really atrocious.

(South) I think hotel is clean and good cost/quality rate, exept that the swimming pool (outside) was not in operation in my last stay at end march08. the pool inside is too small. the good factor for some that will be stressing others is that the hotel is located just in the middle of the main street (walking street). usable beach approx 10 min walking.	good booking service. better if you book one week in advance, in case the hotel is booked you loose some days to rebook and wait confirmation voucher for alternative hotel
