Brian 2008-11-21	Nirvana Couture & Boutique Suites, Jomtien Beach Rd. stayed here for 2 nights. pattaya was such a culture shock compared to 8 days on an island.it is so huge. however this hotel was very good - staff, breakfast, rooms and location were first class and for the price it was a steal compared to what we had on the island.	no problems with agent but booking voucher could be somewhat redesigned, but it obviously was sufficient for its purpose. did not have any problems, so would not know how they would react to sorting something out any complaints. would not hesitate to use them again.
Jens 2008-11-10	Nirvana Couture, Jomtien Beach Rd. Stayed at the Nirvana Couture wing , a nice little hotel, an annex to the Nirvana Boutique Suites wing on the same soi. Well worth its price, rather new or maybe even brand new, you could feel the smell from the paint. (And more and more furniture entered the room during the stay...) Great and very friendly personnel, in-room safe (with key) and WiFi, very comfort bed and bedding, 32 LCD TV, etc. Only missing an elevator, some more power-outlets in the walls, a shower curtain and an electrified safe with code.	Easy, quick, reliable!
James David Voss 2008-10-19	Nirvana Couture & Boutique Suites, Jomtien Beach Rd. We opted to not have a waterview room for the quaintness of the delux 1-bedroom -- and were glad we did. The room is not all that big, but feels roomy. Toiletries are minimally provided. We purchased better soap and shampoo at the local 7-Eleven. It s a 2-3 minute walk to the beach with affordable restaurants, some shopping, internet cafes and a few massage parlors all close by. The hotel was very accomodating and arranged for us to rent scooters. The American breakfast was good but if you need to get an early start for a tour you will miss it. They start serving at 7:30am (when most tours are leaving). We knew there was no elevator/lift but have to tell you that last set of stairs to the fourth floor was a killer by the end of the day! Also suggest you ask for a room facing the front as construction workers are up early and working late into the night directly behind the hotel. Our bedroom window overlooked the construction workers housing site. Overall, a pleasant experience if you want to stay at Jomtien Beach.
Colin Kay 2008-09-26	Nirvana Couture & Boutique Suites, Jomtien Beach Rd. Our 7th stay at Nirvana and another very good time had by all. The low season rates were great, weather fine, service good, very relaxing. Have to use stairs but this is not major problem, the rooms are beautifully furnished. Much nicer staying at small boutique hotel than big old hotels mainly occupied by Russians. We ll be back again as have not yet found better in Jomtien - at a reasonable price..	Very efficient, no problems.

David Nicholson 2008-07-31 until 2008-08-07	Nirvana Couture & Boutique Suites, Jomtien Beach Rd. We had 1 one bedroom apartment and 2 boutique rooms. All were very well looked after, with excellent facilities. They were clean, and fresh, with excellent facilities in the boutique rooms. There is a small pool which was nice. The staff are very friendly and helpful. However the hotel is in Jomtein and I don t recommend this area to families with young or older children. We left the hotel and went back packing for 5 days to get away from the area. This hotel is well worth the money, but be sure this is the area you want to go to. The food and rooms service were very good.	Helpful, they did try to get us other accommodation when we wanted to move on.

Bad things was the food provided there on the beach side was extremely Expensive.. I mean they will charge you more than what you have ordered . Just make sure u check the reciet!! Overall ... Nirvana was really amazed decoration design and staffs were friendly... hmm happy

The hot water doesn t, the car park was narrow. On the first day my husband broke the shampoo dispenser because it was slipery I went down to informed the receptionist he took a bit time to think and say 500 THB ( i paid 1100 THB for room ) i tried to contact The General Manager 3 times the operator always say he was not in the hotel and could not contact him not even ask my name to call back BUT i saw his car parking closed to my car. GOD! what kind of this hospitality. When i check out i have to wait for over 10 mins because the housekeeping did not check the Mini Bar first they were took time to find something value on the bed and in bathroom untill the reception girl can not wait then she go to the room and shouting to housekeeping to check the Mini Bar first. I am working in the hotel and never see the disgusting like this. I WILL NEVER EVER STAY IN THIS HOTEL ANYMORE.	Boopking Service was Excellent!!
manoj khanna 2008-05-03 until 2008-05-04	Nirvana Boutique Suites, Jomtien Beach Rd. I had one of the mostr horrible experience of my life. I regret the day I opted for this hotel. The hotel cleaning did not cleaned soap form outside on the Glass soap dispenser and did not clean it. It was placed on the wash basin and one needs to carry it to the bath tub, shower area. It slipped out of my hand and because cleaning staff did not cleaned the soap form the dispenser and it hurt my feet. Instead of taking care of my feet and providing me medical help the hotel staff was just wanted to rip me for money. They told me if I dont pay what they asked for they did not allow me to leave the hotel and forced me to pay. I tried to speak to the General manager who just came for 2 minutes and told me I have to pay otherwise I can not leave. He refused to speak to me. It shows how impolite and Rude they were. Never seen any such behavior in Hospitality Industry. Breakfast was lousy and staff was most hostile. Never recomend anyone to go there.	Booking service was excellent and I used thailand hotels.com before and it is always very prompt and efficient.
Spring 2008-05-02 until 2008-05-05	Nirvana Boutique Suites, Jomtien Beach Rd. The hotel was lovely and the suites we had were very spacious and very nicely decorated. Also very clean throughout. Close to all the action so handy if you want to walk to eating places, massages etc. While we were there the soi at night was quiet. Some construction nearby during the day. Staff also very helpful sorting out tickets for a show, dinner booking etc.	Patient with sorting out best room combination for our group.

They had party outside and sang untill 2 am. Not just loud. BUT VERY VERY LOUD! The hotel staff could do anything but...not..I won t be there anymore ...SWARE!

The rooms are of good size the only comment is the flooring used in the bathroom it was very hard on the feet and the bath tud. The meals where ok and staff where friendly and speak ok english. It was it walking distance to the beach. The veiw from the room not great but you only sleep there.. There was no service directory in the room so you need to be updated with the area.	The booking was fine I had to keep reconfirm my booking as I felt they did not understand. In regards to e-mail they said one thing but meant other for example I have arranged transport from my hotel in Bangkok but the e-mail states airport pick-up ??. The driver was on time which was good and spoke good english

THE STAFF WAS EXCELLENT; FRIENDLY AND VERY EFFICIENT, EVEN WHEN I LOST MY ROOM KEY (WHICH I LATER FOUND). ROOMS WERE SMALL BUT VERY CLEAN AND NICE. WE USED THE BALCONY AND ENJOYED THE VIEW OVER THE NEIGHBORHOOD. A BEDSIDE TABLE WOULD BE VERY HELPFUL FOR SETTING WATER AND ALARM CLOCK ON. BREAKFAST WAS VERY GOOD, ESPECIALLY THE BON COFFEE, WHICH WE THOUGHT WAS THE BEST IN PATTAYA. WE WOULD DEFINITELY STAY AT THE NIRVANA COUTOURE ROOMS AGAIN AND RECOMMEND THEM TO FRIENDS!	GREAT! NO PROBLEMS, EVEN WITH OUR ODD CHECK IN TIME.

Fancy flat screen tvs. Pretty quiet because its not directly at the beach road, but just 2 minutes to the beach - which is very nice. 24h excellent security guards (they really never sleep). which makes the place save. I enjoyed my stay and recommend the place, would come back. even some staff of the reseption desk could be more friendly/helpful e.g. furter trips and questions regarding transportation etc!	excellent

First of all, I think you shouldnâ€™t advertised this place as hotel since there is such a service that you can called hotel service at all. You should call it as boutique guesthouse so it won t confuse other to expect hotel service. No trash bin in room at all. When I asked the house keeper, she replied hotel can not fill in trash bin. How come? You are able to open to service but canâ€™t buy trash bin to put in guest room. No free water for guests. No elevator and no one said in website at all!!!! We had to climb up and down for 4 stories many times a day!!! When we were taking after lunch nap in room, house keeper knocking our door and wanted to fill more drink and snacks in a fridge(canâ€™t buy trash bin but able to buy drink and snacks). That house keeper let the door open while I was sleeping in the bed and she didnâ€™t bother to close it and didnâ€™t bother to come back later or finished it as fast as possible. She just did her job like we were not in that room. What a service!!! The girl on reception area also sucks, my bf informed her that we are going to check out but she didnâ€™t do anything at all. But then one farang came and said want to check out, she handle it immediately. I recommend if you want to stay in this place, please think twice before making a wrong decision like me. But if you like a bad service place, no room service, no trash bin and no elevator then go ahead and book this one.

This was our second stay at Nirvana; we had booked a different category of appartment, equally clean and charming. The kitchen is fully equipped but you have to ask at reception for pot and pan. Staff is friendly and helpful but some do not speak much English so learn Thai or bring your dictionnary. Great location 200m. from Jomtien Beach. Excellent Thai dishes at very reasonable prices. We will return next year!	Fast and safe as usual

The hotel and the staff there were very helpful and kind from my check-in to my departure. I couldn t of asked for someone to be more helpful, The only thing might be a little better water pressure but that wouldn t stop me from going back to Nirvana,it was a pleasure to stay there.	What can I say, other than I was skeptical at first but everything through Sawadee went just like clock work. I will use them again for sure on my next trip back to Pattaya.
Jamal Munshi 2007-06-23 until 2007-06-25	Nirvana Boutique Suites, Jomtien Beach Rd. we did not expect accommodation billed as a one bedroom apartment to be so small and so completely stuffed with furniture that it s hard to walk without tripping. the much hyped large bathtub was indeed large but it was made of concrete. it was ugly and uncomfortable and took two hours to fill. the stairway to the 4th floor (there are no elevators) was narrow, steep, and with a gaping hole one one side. the hotel is located in a narrow, ugly, and filthy soi and the view from our terrace across the soi was dusty construction work on an ugly shophouse. the receptionist who greeted us was rude and unfriendly and she made it clear to us that we were second class citizens because we had booked through an agent. yes, there is a kitchen but you have to bring your own pots and pans. on the plus side, you may look forward to excellent room service breakfasts and dinners reasonably priced.	absolutely five star. thank you very much.

The atmosphere and the decor here is excellent and so are the sevice and the staff. Very well decorated and the rates are excellent.I initially booked for a single day but had to extend two more days because of hospitality and decor. Its feels EXOTIC.	Best place to book any hotel anywhere in Thailand. They provide the best rates which are unbeatable.

Will be back early April 2007 and made my reservation already. On my last day I met Richard the Owner and we will have a bike ride together when I m back. Russell Stevenson 2007-03-02 until 2007-03-09	Nirvana Boutique Suites, Jomtien Beach Rd. Booked into the Nivana Boutique Suites for 7 nights however not a very pleasant stay. We stayed in a 1 bedroom deluxe suite which was anything other than deluxe. Security in the room was very poor. Someone had previously broken in through the front door which was very flimsy & barely locked. The balcony doors did not lock at all. On the first night we were kept awake all night through a mixture of a party over the street with local Thais & very loud music & dogs barking loudly all night. When we eventually got to sleep I awoke the next morning with over 20 bites on my back. I initially thought that these were mozzy bites but after seeking medical attention found out that these were probably bed bug bites. We booked into the Amari Hotel in Pattaya & checked out early. Despite my complaints the hotel refused to refund any of the money already paid for the remaining nights. The area around the hotel is very poor with a smell similar to that in Bangkok on a hot hot day, disgusting. I advise against booking this hotel as it does not represent good value for money even without bed bugs! For only 500 baht more we were able to go the Amari Orchard which is far superior & in a much better location.	Very good service from Sawadee. No problems at all with the booking process.
