Anthony Forte 2008-08-09 until 2008-08-11	Golden Beach Hotel, Pattaya, 2nd Rd. (North) Great location, good facitilies, good breakfast, rooms clean and quite a good size. Great value for money.	No problems encountered would use again with no worries.
Lee Hutchings 2007-12-29 until 2008-01-04	Golden Beach Hotel, Pattaya, 2nd Rd. (North) Had 2 single beds despite booking 1 double. Staff unhelpful.Room smelled strongly of gasoline.Breakfast was poor.Beerbars next to hotel playing loud music until 03.00.Had to change rooms on the last night at 02.30 due to 2 different types of bed bugs crawling all over the sheets.We were moved promptly to another (quiet)room on the other side of the hotel.Not a good experience !!!	Excellent as always

(North) i think the hotel is in a perfect spot,near everything and staff were friendly,if u dont mind a little corrupting in bathroom and balcony and u r going in thailand to not to spend your time in hotelroom then the goldenbeach hotel is made for you!	i want to thank the booking service for clear and uncomplicated booking! thank you,and you will be hearing from me again! Sukhvinder Sandhu 2007-11-06 until 2007-11-09	Golden Beach Hotel, Pattaya, 2nd Rd. (North) The hotel itself was nice and clean. However we were totally put off by the attitude of the reception staff, they either didnt understand English or were horribly rude, even though we are very careful to be polite with everyone. When we went to check in, we were greeted with WHat do you want? in an aggressive tone by the guy sitting at the desk. The staff there seem to especially hate Indians or Arabs. We asked where the international buffet was, and the guy claimed that it did not exist, and told us to go to the Indian section. We found the international breakfast section, so it appeared they are into racial segregation. Once i asked (politely) where the toaster was, i was totally ignored, i then asked again by tapping the man on the shoulder, he still didnt acknowledge me and pointed in the direction.We did not see a single westerner staying here, all Russians and Indians or Arabs. If you are dark skinned be prepared to be treated like crap.Would not return, just because of the staff behaviour.

Had good ambience, food, easy check in procedure etc., Only concern was that our check out was at 12 Noon and we asked for 1 hr grace time but the hotel staff gave just 20min..	Very easy to search for the right type of hotel you want.. secured payment terms etc.,

If you want to be right in the heart of the night life (bars and clubs) then this is definately the place. All facilities within walking distance i.e. restaurants, counter tour booking places. As for the hotel and room it was fine, a clean bed/bathroom in a good location all staff is excellent and the breakfest is one of the best i have in my trip. I would like to stay there on my next visit and would reccomend it to anyone without any hesitation	Excellent service
Tony K. Wu 2006-11-20 until 2006-11-23	Golden Beach Hotel, Pattaya, 2nd Rd. (North) This is a ok hotel to stay. It was kind of difficult to find from the main road. The staff are all pleasent. The 3 variety of (Chinese, American, Indian) international breakfast was superb, I specially enjoyed the Indian breakfast. My room had a bit of odors. The hotel gets lots of tour groups and the elevators can t handle the volume. I end up walking up the stairs to my room which was on the 10th floors. Many tour groups from different countries check into this hotel. It seems to cater a lot to the Rusian tour group since many signs are writing in Rusian as well as English.	Booking was simple as usual.

(North) The hotel was great! the location is perfect; right in the middle of every thing... we had very good time, very helpful staff at reception good service and good food! (North) We were so pleased with this choice! clean rooms, nice pool area, great buffet breakfast with variety of food choices, efficient & friendly staff. Short walk to many shopping areas (5-10 min). Will definitely plan on staying here again.	Excellent

(North) Our stay in Golden Beach was Ok but the breakfast quality was sad and the steward was very rude and I think this Hotel takes all Indians for granted but Hotel D Ma Pavilion in Bangkok was excellent and wonderful service , we enjoyed our stay in this hotel.	we thank www.sawadee.com for helping us. we are thankful to www.sawadee.com for bookings and arrangements , through them everything was taken care of regarding bookings through internet. Sawadee s service is very efficient. We shall recommend all our friends in India and use their services in future and they should start their services for all the other countries. Well done Sawadee

Room not really prepared for arrival - carpet dirty from previous occupants. Not convinced that bedlinen had been changed on both beds - fortunately only needed the use of one. Wouldn t return. (North) Golden Beach Hotel was a good deal for the money: The room was clean,the views from the balcony - good, the daily buffet, was definitely adequate. pool was spacious, the lobby - impressive. I would stay here again.	Very easy fast and helpful. Would definitely use this website again and recommend it to others. Perfect Service

Swimming pool great.my only adverse observation would be regarding the sun-loungers, they are wooden and in a fixed sit-up position which makes sun-bathing very uncomfortable.	Very Good
