Punchaphorn 2009-02-01	The Tide Resort, Chonburi, Bangsaen Beach In the room had many mosquitoes.	Fast and easy. I booked the hotel before check-in only 1 day.
ron moore 2009-02-01	The Tide Resort, Chonburi, Bangsaen Beach NICE HOTEL, FAIRLY QUIET AT TIME OF MY VISIT - ROOM CLEAN AND PLEASANTLY FURNISHED. STAFF FRIENDLY, POLITE AND HELPFUL. ROOM SERVICE EFFICIENT. NOT THE FAULT OF THE HOTEL BUT BEACH OPPOSITE THE HOTEL WAS PRETTY AWFUL - DIRTY WITH A TIDE LINE OF FILTH EACH DAY - COULD HARDLY SEE MOST OF THE BEACH DUE TO STACK AFTER STACK OF GRUBBY TYRE INNER TUBES FOR BATHERS - CONSTANT ROAR OF SPEED BOATS TOWING BANANAS AND THE SCREAMS OF THE HAPLESS WHO FELL OFF. FIREWORKS ARE FINE, BUT NOT AT 4 AM.	EXCELLENT - NO PROBLEMS
G Thomas 2008-08-28	The Tide Resort, Chonburi, Bangsaen Beach Excellent hotel with beautiful facilities, property, pool and a great breakfast. The room was spotless and although nothing special was more than adequate with a large bathroom, about 60 tv channels and a nice balcony overlooking the beach. Great location across from the beach and some very nice restaurants not far from the hotel. I will definitely stay at the Tide again.	Flawless booking by Sawadee.com, great price and service.

Breakfast buffet was amazing with Thai and American food. We all had a wonderful time. Would definitly go again.

A hotel and it´s atmosphere is coming from the people running it! And there Tide is left behind unfortunately. And I can only see that it is a management error. Properly trained and encouraged staff - does a good job! If I ran it there would be visible changes already 1st week for sure! Bangsaen is a nice relaxed place which I will return to. Very much a resort for thai people and that I like! But the staff of Tide is among the most unattentive and nondelivering I have met during many many years in this country. Not a hi , welcome or thank you at any time. Quite sad really. Pool is so dirty I never used it a 2nd time. Restaurant you surely only visit once. It is useless. Rooms are ok, I had a deluxe, not very big and shows signs of wearing down. Shower is the irritating standing in the bathtub fighting with a plastic curtain which I really hate! I want a shower stall. All in all too expensive for what they deliver. But again - with proper management it could very well be really nice! So get a new boss! Internet charges are ridiculous! 200 baht per hour or 950 B for 24 hours!! I found another hotel whilst strolling around I will use next time that really looked great and right on the beach. Much better - and cheaper. A warning for the beach though. Very dirty water unfortunately. But still - I like Bangsaen and will return!	No problems at all. Functioned really well.

Allan Witt 2007-09-02 until 2007-09-19	The Tide Resort, Chonburi, Bangsaen Beach The Tide Resort is worth every star. The hotel is very well kept and the rooms are good, clean and spacious. The fitness center is outstanding and breakfast has it all. Location is good right next to the beach. But please note this is off the beaten tourist track. Very few - including the local tourist office and hotel staff - speak english and you will not find souvenir shops and huge markets selling T-shirts, DVD s and what not. This is where the Thais go when they have time off (i.e. weekends)making it quite charming and relaxed and you will find good and very reasonable priced places to eat close to the hotel. Kitchen Corner just before the Leanhong Center became our favourite.	Absolutely seemless and super efficient - as always

Ray Bond 2007-07-01 until 2007-07-04	Tide Resort, Chonburi, Bangsaen Beach The Hotel is well appointed for its rating but is mainly base around Thailand nationals as this beach area is their holiday location.The room requested was a king bed with a view. The king bed was good but the only view was over the pool area but this was very nice. The room was well equipted with cable TV but only 3 channels in English. There was no other radio or CD Player. The lap top got a workout.The AC worked well but on low was still very loud. The restaurant was OK and had music 6 nights a week and open till mid night. There was a lobby bar and a Kareoke bar.The beach area is across the road behind the coconut trees. Not much of a beach. I requested and paid for 6 hours of wireless internet connection for THB650.00 and it was a good signal for the Sunday but Monday morning was down to 1 Mbps and I had to connect in the internet room to obtain a good signal. It was promised the signal would be fixed on Monday but this did not happen and when I left on the Wedensday it was still the same and after many contacts with the front desk. On the arrival day Sunday i went to use the electronic safe in the room and it would not lock. Front desk told me no one to fix on a Sunday but it was still the same on the Wednesday after several request to fix.So if you are looking for a business type location it has its drawbacks. For a relaxing holiday away from the rat race in Pattaya it is very nice. Staff polite and friendly as all are in Thailand. Rated 7 - 10.	No problem fast and I got what i booked at a good saving off front desk price.

Excellent facilities in the resort, considering that this was low season. Very reasonably priced. Value for money.	Excellent service - will use for all my trips to Thailand.

Tanya 2007-02-08	The Tide Resort, Chonburi, Bangsaen Beach Disappointed! Actually, hotel location is great but I and my family was disappointed about their service. The hotel does not deserve for 4 starhotel at all. We had to change the room cuz shower was broken and they said they had no room with king size available in that zone but finally, after my complaint, they could arrange the new room for us. But we had to wait almost 1 hr. for the new room. When we checked out, they claimed that we drank sth from mini bar but we didn t and they wanted to charge me extra money. We had to wait for about 30 min and they came back and said they found that drink and we didn t have to pay. Room facilities were quite poor when compare with other 4 star hotels. No water cooker, no coffee/tea in room,no conditioner. Plenty of mosquito in room as well. Some staffs are friendly but some are not. They talked bad about guests when they leaved from restaurant. I heard what they talked and their gossip. Only 3 things that are good for this hotel are breakfast, pool and location.	Very impressive and fast response..

So, I check out at 12:00 and kept the baggage in the hotel. The rooms were clean and good pool view. The pool is very big and good. The breakfast is just ok.	Good.

Our rooms were clean, modern and nicely decorated. Also plus for the fitness center. Busy during weekends and a lot of conferences. Note that Bangsaen is mostly visited by Thai locals so you will not find a lot of the usual tourist shops close to the hotel.	100% correct and quick reponses as always

Excellent breakfast buffet and good menu in resturant. The spa next door is a must do. Good location across from the beach. Baan Saen Beach is not the most happening tourist spot in the Gulf unless you are Thai, but there are a lot of thing to do close by. I would stay here again and thought it was an excellent high end resort for the money.	As always very good, with no problems.

It s definately worth the higher price because the pool area is beautiful and the included buffet breakfast is excellent. Beach is just across the street, can t beat the location.	I love it!

The food in Fusion Cafe is delicious and the price is very reasonable. Besides, there is a 7-eleven at the main entrance of the resort. Also, the food along the strip is clean n in cheap price. In addition, i can go to SIRACHA by local taxi, too. Overall, my remark to this Tide Resort is OUTSTANDING.	Extremely Good............

The staff is friendly. There is not much to do around the hotel.No nightlife as in Pattaya.	Perfect,you can make a very quick reservation.

Poon Chun Ning Tony 2004-11-29 until 2004-12-01	The Tide Resort, Chonburi, Bangsaen Beach it was a relaxing 2 days : ride on a bike in the early morning, than workout in gym, and had sunshine beside the pool green beam soup with sausage in its fushion cusine is unforgettable maybe also a barbebue pork rib outdoor and ice chocolate in the reading area i try to learn some thai from the cooker along the beach also,that i never done in bangkok	It is very trustful indeed. i was worried before the trip, even bring the copies of all the transaction and web page printout along with me. the result i never need to use this.
