Its a great location, close to the beach and the shopping mall. During the night it is somehow noisy because of the bars arround, but no problem for me. The hotel is excellent, good breakfast nice and clean rooms end spacious balcony. The staff is friendly and so is the visitors policy. The massage or all arround but opposite the hotel is een excellent massage and nextdoor a very good laundry. So all my needs for a nice and relaxt holiday were arround	Excellent, like many times before

The breakfast was buffet style with many options. The staff were welcoming from the reception to the housekeeping. The pool is clean. I would definitely use again	This was a recommendation from Sawadee as my original choice was full. It was a good recommendation

Good for family with kids. Nice and clean rooms and bathroom . Cuation : Be careful about the room keys. The fine is THB 1000 ! - rather high. We misplaced one key but found it later.	Excellent booking service . Would definitely use your services again.

All large and well equipped. Staff are friendly and helpful. The location is good near the beach and only 5 minutes on the baht bus to all the action. Breakfast is ok but didn’t really make it most mornings.	Profession and hassle free.

(North) Sorry to say that i was expected somting better than waht i got!the location of the hotel is nearest to the second road and not in beach road as what they are menssion..first of all there was no air condition in the reception and loppy area,the gust service desk staff are not capable,the room was ok but the view is terrible:) food not so good,but the swimming pool nice and clean:)as my standard i wont stay in sunshine vista again and unfoursntlly i will not recommend:(	Very excellent service..Thanks:)

(North) Spent 1550B for a deluxe room, which is old, bed (pillow) smelly, the worst is that another tall building is just 10 meters in front of the hotel. My room was on the 7th floor, but the view is just the wall of another tall building, so what s the use of balcony? Not worth of money at all. Yes, staffs are friendly, but I ll never never stay here again. Spent 1550B, waste money. There s lots of choices much more better than this one (this is the fifth hotel I stayed in Pattaya, and the worst experience).

Good hotel with decent breakfast. Very reasonably priced. Big c Shopping center is very near to hotel. Staff was good, did not had any issues with reservation. We reached hotel around 2.30 pm. Every thing was ready . Did not had to wait for rooms.	Excellent reservation system. We had some doubts in mind as we had made full payment but really great communication skills. Booking of hotel via internet was for the 1st time and it worked excellent. Will recommend everyone to book thru sawadee. Keep it up.

Phone ring every 5 minutes in a hall and walls are so thin that you can hear everyting what happen other side of wall. Sorry my bad english

The service is very poor and the bell boy a disaster. I have explained that I want a room with WIFI possibilities. Fully booked, but no problem you get a room with Lan connection. But I have to pay 1500 Thb for unlimited time. So I did, but the connection never worked. I have to stay in the room for almost five hours because they were repairing some parts. After two hours they told the system went down so wait another one or more hours. I have been very patient. But when I have to pay for internet use in the lobby it was obvious I have to leave this horrible hotel. So I did. The manager told me that she has a room with Wifi connection so no need to leave. Nevertheless we left the room and booked for A one hotel near the beach. More expensive, but much better service and cleaner rooms. For five hours room detention I have to pay Hotel Sunshine Vista for two nights. They call that hotel policy I call that robbery. What a nightmare. Hotel Sunshine Vista oooooohhh you better runnnnnn.	Sawadee is great! Miss Kung is the best.

(North) Room is very good and both of the security guard are very very polite, always pay a special attention to you and give a big hand at any time. Especially the one duty in the morning. But it is very very noisy at night as I lived in the 4th floor. I couldn t have a good sleep at all. Most importantly there are many Thai girls stayed at night. This is a good choice if you ONLY want to have a clean room and convenient for shopping. Breakfast is good but not too much choices as said in the wedsite. Under the same corporation, I will choose Green Park instead of Sunshine Vista. At least I can enjoy a resort feeling and have a good sleep at a silent night.	Very Good!!!

(North) Upon check-in, found the room with strong smell of cigarette although my reservation was for no smoking room. They gave me a new room where I found the door security chain removed and the safe not in working order. Reported the problems to the reception. Maintenance came to re-install the door chain but the problematic safe was not fully attended to (although they came to reset the safe, I was not able to enter my new passcode for the safe). As a result, I had to keep my valuable in the safe of my parent s room.	good

Der Service in jeder Hinsicht vorbildlich, der Preis meines Erachtens sehr günstig. Die Lage absolut Spitze, 200 Meter bis zur Beach, angenehme Bars mit netten und sehr hübschen und lieben Mädchen einen Steinwurf entfernt, ein sensationeller Swimming pool af dem Dach mit rundumblick, Sehr freundliche Angestellte. Wer da nicht zufrieden ist, ist wohl selber schuld. Besonders nett: wenn du eine Freundin findest, darfst du sie zum Beispiel ohne weiteres auch mit an den Pool nehmen, nur wenige andere Gäste schauen dich schief an, und denen ist bei der Wahl des Ferienortes (Mitten in der Barszene) eindeutig ein Fehler widerlaufen. Ich kenne zwar kein anderes Hotel in Pattaya, war zum ersten mal in meinem Leben hier, würde aber ohne Studieren noch einmal das Sunshine Vista buchen und zwar wieder über Savadee.com. Habe auch Gäste getroffen, die schon x mal hier waren.	Allen har prima funktioniert, auch die Bezahlung per Kreditkarte

Only complaint was that no kettle was available in our room but a pump kettle was given instead and dead cockaroaches were lying inside so I did not use it. In general it was a pleasant stay and will return.	No problems

The reception somehow managed to misplace the ID of a guest of mine and she was quite worried about it. No ID no work and no play. Hope the issue was resolved by the hotel management.	Very prompt and very easy. Would definitely use their services again.

(North) staywd there three times now, excellent, staff very friendly and helpful, pool great, sun all day and not crowded. did,nt get up for breakfast,so can.t comment. on the down side. service to slow, when ordering meals for 4, one had finished eating before the rest had come. other wise good value. would stay there again.	trouble free, first class. if any problems, just send email, they respond straight away. well orgonised booking service.

Am glad to be adding one in myself after my stay. Hotel staff can speak decent English and are very helpful. Rooms are clean, and was suitably impressed it had a microwave oven. It was also a nice idea to have the shower and basin areas separated by a door. Breakfast was pretty good too. All in all a very enjoyable stay worth every penny.	No problems. Replied to my queries pretty quickly too.

The staffs were friendly except for one of reception desk (I am Thai woman and booked the hotel for 4 in family by my own name directly from Singapore - they still persisted that my husband should sign besides my signature too when I was checking in - actually I didn t feel really good about that because they could see we have kids together so it is impossible that I will be a bar girl downstair - so insulting reaction from her when I also persisted that only my own signature should be enough - that receptionist didn t smile or be friendly with me since then - I do think that the only thing they should improve). Anyway, the room was clean, we had two baby cots in our room (but have to wait until 10pm but it was ok for us) breakfast was full of varieties more than we expected, there are a few beer bars downstair but no noise after we close the balcony door. We definitely will come back here again... worth to pay for, along with great location for massage, laundry, food, supermarket and shopping centre, beach... overall we had a good time in this hotel :)

The hotel is good value for money and the location is excellent for the beach and nightlife. The restaurant isn t fantastis but adequate for a snack . My room faced onto soi 3 and was a bit noisy late in the evening, otherwise couldn t fault the place. Will stay at Vista again!	Booking service very efficient . I originally booked for 7 nights and extended my stay to 16 nights via internet.

When I compare to the other hotels I used before in Pattaya and Jomtien, I am very satisfied about this hotel. Its a great location, between the beach end shopping Malls. Massage places arround the hotel. The staff is very good. The choise of the breakfast buffet was plenty, and the prices for lunch, dinner and roomservice were good. The room was very clean and the service was excellent. The joiners fee is only 100 Baht. When I visit Pattaya again I will book this hotel again. There were no complains.	This was the first time I used the booking service from Sawedee. I am very satisfied about the service provided.

Deluxe room seemed to be pretty much the same as the standard, except with a microwave. View was of a parking lot and a few beer bars. Room had a clanky, loud AC which seemingly had settings of cold, very cold, and Alaska cold. On the positive side, the balcony was a nice touch and the hotel pool on the roof was nice. The hotel s North Pattaya soi is also well located near BIG C. Gotta love the elderly guard who diligently salutes every entry/exit. I would not stay again, but nor was it a disaster.

This was our 4th trip to Pattaya and I tried different hotels every time, and was most happy with this one. We arrived early morning several hours before check-in time, by an overnight flight, and were prepared to wait in the lobby till check-in at 14:00. But we were very happy to be given rooms immediately on arrival, at no extra charge. The location is excellent for shopping, (Big C), the beach, or entertainment all a few minutes walk away - the staff courteous and helpful, and the Breakfast quite adequate. We d be happy to stay there again.	Very adequate for Web booking - no complaints and no glitches.
