Pattaya Hiso Hotel is located at downtown of South Pattaya city, The hotel is prominently positioned at the junction of the road leading to Khao Pratumnak and Jomtien beach. It is 10 minutes walk to the beach and shopping stretch of the city from the hotel. It is only a 10 to 15 minutes drive from the hotel to most part of Pattaya city and Jomtien beach. All rooms is equipped with air-conditioning, IDD, mini bar, cable TV and designed for maximum comfort. There is bathtub and hot shower in all rooms. Non smoking rooms is also available on request.

About the hotel:
I did not like it at all. First, the hotel is a gloomy, dirty place. (I did booking on line and had no idea, I was afraid to go there without reservation for New Year. Wrong: plenty of rooms. So I ended up having two hotels at the same time because this hotel would not refund me any portion of the prepaid stay) Even though, I stayed in an upgrade level, you would not believe it. My room has three types of light that are generations apart and if you have them all on it is still dark and you can not read. The water heater broke three times (during 10 days stay) so when I need it I had no hot water. The water hose is very short, at least for me, I am 6 feet. Everything is in dark colors, kind type of gray no matter what color it used to be. The cleaning is pretty much limited to making your bed for you. The elevators smell terribly and the breakfast is the same (97%). And if you come at 6:30 when it starts or 30 min before it ends you get half of the regular (already limited) choices and no fruits. So pace yourself. I payed 1500 per day. I found plenty places with better price and much cleaner rooms. What was good? Well, I would say it was their swimming pool. It is fairly big and very clean. But there is space for only five people if you want to do some sunbathing. As you can imagine, you will not find me there ever again. My advice: book one day only and walk around. You will be pleasantly surprised.

About the reservation service:
it is a good service if you know the hotel. beware, that once you paid there is no way you can get your money back for any reason. So I would avoid paying for more than one day if you do not know the hotel.
