Pitchaporn kitti & Denis Steele 2008-11-15	Tropicana Hotel, Pattaya, Beach Rd. (North) I will never book this hotel again, This is just a very basic hotel. 1. Overpriced, 2. One entrance very inconvenient they lock gates which was a short way out. 30 mt from the beach with 400mt walk to the beach. 3. T.V reception very bad could not watch anything. 4. NO FREE WI-FI wanted 100baht per 30mins ridicules price, 6 times the price of internet café, and 5 times the price to connect via mobile phone. At over 7,000 baht for 3 days this should be a free service as in many hotels. 5. Broken door lock ( room 104 ) 6. Breakfast as normal in a Thai hotel cold and generally inedible, coffee was ok. On arrival they had no record of our booking, as usual for an internet booking. The staff were pleasant enough the rooms were clean and tidy but we had a broken door lock on the door out the swimming pool area and asked for a change of room they said they had a small room where building work was being carried out, we stay with the broken lock, room 104.	Booking service always okay, until you until you get to reception. They did not know anything about our booking as usual. This has happened every time I have booked via the internet ( 7 times) so i expected that and had all the relevant paperwork ready. I think there are communication problems at the hotel, not on the booking system. I always get all confirmation details from R24 booking system 100%.
Alec Frost 2008-04-18 until 2008-04-20	Tropicana Hotel, Pattaya, Beach Rd. (North) The Hotel was very good and the staff helpfull but the hotel charged ecessivly to retain the room till 9.00pm as we had a late flight back to UK. They charged us £51.00 we only paid £27.00 per night booked through Sawadee.com	The booking service was excellent
Ragnhild Golling 2008-02-06 until 2008-02-14	Tropicana Hotel, Pattaya, Beach Rd. (North) Tropicana i a very nice hootel, i can realy recomend it	Very good service.
Ross Young 2007-04-02 until 2007-04-11	Tropicana Hotel, Pattaya, Beach Rd. (North) Hotel good, rooms nice and clean, it has 2 great pools, cheap mini bar, no extra cost for ladies! One bad point is they still have building work next to it and work starts early and finishes late aprox 8am-9.30pm.	Once again 10 out of 10 I can t fault the service and will book with Sawadee again next year on my visit to Thailand
Easy Rider 2006-05-03 until 2006-05-05	Tropicana Hotel, Pattaya, Beach Rd. (North) Perfect location, close to the beach and to the nightlife. Very friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. Nicely decorated room. Only bad thing...depending on the room, shower might have a poor water pressure. I strongly recommend this hotel.	Very efficient and professional.
Robert Thomson 2006-04-07 until 2006-04-14	Tropicana Hotel, Pattaya, Beach Rd. (North) Very good. It s a lovely resort with nice gardens and a very nice pool area. Short walk to the beach and perfect location if you like to go to walking street and shopping at Big C. Rooms were very clean and staff very friendly. Don t get laundry done here as very expensive. 9/10.	I have used sawadee many times and will continue to do so. Many thanks.
Andrew Bliss 2005-12-23 until 2005-12-31	Tropicana Hotel, Pattaya, Beach Rd. (North) Gardens with pool very nice. Unfortunately our room smelled of sewers every time we went in.The staff obviously knew of the problem & sprayed the room with air freshener but the the smell was always quickly back. Hot water only turned was only on in the evenings so it was a cold shave every day. Breakfast average certain normal items are not on the buffet & need to be specially requested.There are many choices in Pattaya & unfortunately I would not recommend the Tropicana	Efficient
Jacques Nathan 2005-03-18 until 2005-03-22	Tropicana Hotel, Pattaya, Beach Rd. (North) Hotel is well situated between Soi 6 and 7. Easy access to the beach and to the center. Hotel is quite old, 2 floors, no lift! swiming pool is nice and clean. the hotel area is quite large in require walking quite a lot depands on where your room is situated. The hotel is near a construction zone, and quite noise during the day	smooth

MAZZELLA 2004-02-27 until 2004-02-29	Tropicana Hotel, Pattaya, Beach Rd. (North) i used to stay in tropicana , room are not realy nice but it s confortable , note the view on swiming pool and acces are so convinient . room service is realy ok . for me this hotel is a realy good compromise.	well i ve to confess i was a bit worried but all was perfect , nothing to say , all was ok for my arrival, Thanks
Mr Kenneth Thomas 2003-12-11 until 2003-12-15	Tropicana Hotel, Pattaya, Beach Rd. (North) I would just like to say, whatever anyone does do not make a reservation for the Tropicana Hotel, South Pattaya. There are builders all over the hotel the rooms are filthy and it is not a nice place to stay.	After arriving at the Tropican Hotel I contacted Sawadee and they immediately helped me to transfer to a different hotel not problem at all.
