Hassan Kazim Hassan Moosawi 2008-08-09	Pattaya Park Beach Resort, Jomtien, Thapphraya Rd. Nice hotel, large rooms, excellent view from hotel balcony , friendly staff & very convenient for families & kids as the hotel has some theme parks & water park , coming down from the tower (56th floor) is really thrilling experience , however the room has no electric switches, even the TV & frig is connected with the current directly, I charged my lap top & mobile phone by using the shaver electric switch in the bathroom. Over all its very good hotel & not costly.	The booking was very smooth & easy
Sivasubramaniam Viswanathan 2008-06-15 until 2008-06-17	Pattaya Park Beach Resort, Jomtien, Thapphraya Rd. This is my second visit place has detoriated in service standards. Service standards have become very very bad. Staff cannot or can speak broken english.Infested by Russian crowd and hence they seem to have all information in either local Thai langauage or Russian no english. Restuarant was pathetic with dogs moving around the service area infact the count of dogs being more than the service staff itself. House keeping staff used to change the bed covers only and we found cigarette butts all over the balcony/Sitouts. Earlier they used to provide courtesy transport to the city which they say they have stopped due to poor patronage. The distance being far from city this reply sounded absurd. I would suggest that if you want to just stay in the room and probably go to the beach front then this is the best otherwise suggest you search a better place. One good thing still remains is the condition of the rooms- They are still great.	Will come back to sawadee.com for their services next time too.....
Szanto Ejal Mose 2008-04-20 until 2008-04-23	Pattaya Park Beach Resort, Jomtien, Thapphraya Rd. fair value for the money - especially if you come with kids. Stay in the tower wing and don t expect much from breakfast. All in all we certainly recommend the place and when in Pattaya in the future we ll go there again	smooth, easy, quick - exactly as should be!

Big hotel.not clean,mostly russian guests,rude personel in evening and night,try to make extra money,asking me and my friend for money, for taking our wifes to our room,very insulting!!Waterpark not free 100bath per person and day,funpark not free,tower not free.Will not stay here again.	No problems.

The clocks in reception are not adjusted and the wine bottles near the morning buffet are covered in dust. Room service did a good job but reception not so helpful. Would not cash a travelers cheque late at night. Tours counter in reception were very helpful and trips very pleasent. Away from the town but a great place for the kids as there is a small amusement park and large pool with slides.	Great service as usual but please stop recommending the Ambassador as an alternative, it is a dump, becoming expensive without improvement in service, a place of last resort

Appears to a favourite among the Russians though. Avoid the tower buffet restaurant. Worst - and most expensive - food durng our 2 weeks in Thailand.	Wouldn t hesitate booking again, although I don t see why advance payment of the full amount is necessary.

I had a pleasant stay in pattaya park hotel.The breakfasts are also satisfactory but the room was unsatisfactoy it need new furniture and please the guest want a better large TV and a better channel connecting.	very good

Their hotel policy makes us feel like we - the guests - are disturbing staff at work... big spacyous rooms - extra bedroom for the children. Beatiful view. OK breakfast. Old, worn out hotel, a lot of russian customers - NEW: big vodka in the minibar. Russian signs on the walls describing different fees... Gate to the beach close at 2100! Jomtien have a lot of nice restaurants and resorts. Stay away from this one.	Excellent as always

Jamie 2007-09-14 until 2007-09-16	Pattaya Park Beach Resort, Jomtien, Thapphraya Rd. As expected, it was an old hotel, caters mainly for tourist. Rooms were surprisingly big. Nice beach nearly by (walking distance) and a water park even closer, but need to pay extra to enter	Very fast response, within an hour i would say.

Room was big although the furniture is a bit old. Breakfast was OK with lots of varieties. Nice and quiet beach. Perfect holiday.	Excellent. Everything run well from checking in to checking out

At the webside it looked very nice, but at once we got there we saw that this was a wrong impression. The reception-area was hot and dusty with no aircondition. The service was not good. The bedroom was ok, but as we had ordered a junior suite we was expecting a nice livingroom. This was not the case. The livingroom was sad with only a small square table and 4 ugly chairs. The breakfast was not terrible, but it was not good either. Looking to the breakfast we got in Bangkok it was bad. The pool- area was not good either. It was dirty around the pool and the chairs/ beds was in a bad condition. The positive to say about the hotel and its staff, is about the elevator- boy and the pool- boy at the pool in the garden. They were always smiley and nice, but the rest of the staff should have had a kick in their asses	The booking- service was ok, but maybe they should tell a bit more about the hotel?
Esjay 2006-10-25 until 2006-10-27	Pattaya Park Beach Resort, Jomtien, Thapphraya Rd. The resort is very nice with excellent view and moderate breakfast for the price i paid. but however we have to pay for sauna, which should be free in other hotels. The room is quite old, but clean.	Booking Service is good and prompt. Sawadee is v concern about credit card faud issue, which is good.
Hanro Steffen 2006-08-10 until 2006-08-14	Pattaya Park Beach Resort, Jomtien, Thapphraya Rd. The hotel has a lovely view of the surroundings and is very close to the beach. It, however, feels as if the hotel is forgetting about the remainder of their services, as their were a number of things broken/missing in the room we stayed in and the breakfast buffet can be upgraded.	Very efficient service.

Considering the low price however, it was understandable. But what I cannot understand is the dirty elevator and the bad smell of the room. The bathtub had stains also. The staff we re friendly but had some difficulty with the English language.	Booking service was good. Very accomodating and everything was ready when we got to the hotel.

The hotel was ok and the staff was friendly and helpsom.My be ther should be an small supermarked closer to the hotel.Totaly it is a very nice place to stay nice swimmingpool and close to the beach.	I have used sawadee.com many times before and will use it again, because I am very satisfied with your service. Never problems, and always helpful

There is no smile from the girls in the reseption. Not easy to talk with some of them.(They will not listen to you)	Very easy to use,and never problems when you want to change your reservation.

Keith T 2006-03-20 until 2006-04-01	Pattaya Park Beach Resort, Jomtien, Thapphraya Rd. It was a very pleasant stay. Everyone at the hotel was great. Nice price for the room. It included a free breakfast buffet each morning. And it wasn t a cheap donut and coffee deal. It was a full American eggs and bacon plus other goodies. Also it had a variety of Thai dishes. The resort was not only for foreign tourists, but also for locals, which is a good sign that they trust the hotel as well. The water park and amusement park on hotel premises was also a bonus. Lots to do... I would recommend this hotel to anyone interested in staying in the area. Its not too far from the main downtown Pattaya or Jomtien. But far enough away from all the congestion and crowds.	Very simple. Do it!

The people who works there are not so service minded as you can espect from hotel stafs for exampel so are there english verry bad ( badder than other hotels) alot of russian people who belivs that they are kings and queens. Breakfast terrible hot items as bacon and potato allways cold WE ARE NEVER GONA LIVE THERE AGAIN!!!!!!!

This is a nice hotel and good when travel with kid.Help desk at the hotel is very helpful for booking activities. The hotel is really nice for a short break. This hotel is very nice and worth the values of the small cost for this type of hotel among others but need to renovate in some areas as some need work which would be more nicer and I would recommend to anyone who couldnt afford the more expensive hotels around Jomtien Beach.	Only nice person is the guard helping the lift service with many SALUTES!!!! Reception staffs need to understand the customers request and respected and be more polite would complete the level of the hotel values surveys.

Nice and clean hotel woth friendly staff Breakfast is standard buffet type with mix of thai and european food. Good but with no surprises. Many Russian and Chinese clients. Main disadvantage For normal taxidrive in Pattaya you pay 10 or 20 Bath, but park beatch is considered private terrain so they charge you 100 Bath.	Excelent rapid reply, and no problems with e-invoice papers

Dennis E. Sorensen 2004-01-18 until 2004-01-20	Pattaya Park Beach Resort, Jomtien, Thapphraya Rd. The hotel generously supplied my children with two mattresses. The cable TV was a disappointment. The breakfast buffet was only average. The resort attracts numerous family oriented tourists, predominantly from Russia. Beware of the telephone use as we were stuck with a surprise bill of about 400 baht at checkout. We were told the rate was 10 baht/minute but were not aware of the three-minute minimum or the surcharge of 16 baht/minute for a cell phone call. Our one long distance call was astronomical. All things considered, we will probably stay elsewhere on our next visit to the Pattaya area. There is some inconvenience getting to Pattaya proper for food and the sights.
