Barbara Staley 2007-04-13 until 2007-04-16	Welcome Plaza Hotel, Pattaya, 2nd Rd. (North) This is my second stay at the Welcome Plaza Hotel. I had hoped that some minor renovation had taken place. Some fresh paint and cleaning of carpets would do wonders to make the rooms more appealing. However, 750 THB is a great value for a hotel in Pattaya. Breakfast buffet for me was complimentary for 3 of my 6 days. It is a nice buffet offering both Thai and Western cuisines.	I always use Sawadee.com to book my hotels and travel in Thailand. They are efficient and have great resources.
