Robert Henry Slawinski 2009-06-26	Ambassador City Jomtien, Na Jomtien Beach, Sattahip Hotel complex is HUGE with 4 buildings of various sizes. Stayed in the only building that was open during our stay Ocean Wing room was of good size and the room and bathroom were clean but some maintenance was needed. They refigerator in the room did not work, and one of the can lights in the bathroom hung down about 2-3 inches from the bathroom ceiling. A all you can eat breakfast buffet was included with the room, and had someting to offere for evryone, whether you were wanting a taste of Thai food or more traditional food, there was also always fresh fruit and fresh bread. Hotel staff were always helpful and even helped us in saving some money on excursions/sighting seeing by helping to arrange a better cost for us. Hotel is located on the southern outskirts of Pattaya, but was a good location for a family vacation. Even though it had 4 pools I only saw 2 of the pools open, the one we used the most was located beach side to the hotels private beach location. My wife, myself and our 9 year old son all enjoyed our stay, and even on two occasions used the sport center facalities within the hotel	We had no problems with the booking and found on check-in that everything was as we had reserved it to be

Jimmie Lindroth 2006-11-07 until 2006-11-19	Ambassador City Jomtien, Na Jomtien Beach, Sattahip The hotell is too big. If you want that personal and pleasant atmosphere this is not the place. The hotell has a own beach witch was good and the pools was also good. But you felt like nobody in the big hotellcomplex. The room itself was okey, the view was awsome. But if your affraid of heights this is not good, our room was on the 26:e floor and There was no ballcony. We lived in the highest of the houses witch was okey, but the first two semed to be really runned down. The place needs a renovation. The good thing is that its outside all the fuss and its a quiet place. A easy way to get to town is to rent a scooter, its cheap and easy. The personells english was not good at all, had some problems understanding them. I would not come back to this hotell on my next trip	It worked ok. No problems.
Keith Dryden 2005-12-23 until 2005-12-28	Ambassador City Jomtien, Na Jomtien Beach, Sattahip Excellent hotel and accommodation,family suite comprising three rooms, 3 TV + 3 bathrooms, great ocean view and friendly staff. Number of restaurants closed for renovation at time of visit but minor inconvenience only. Family really enjoyed it and would recommend hotel to all.	As ever, no problems with booking and certainly none when checking into hotel.
Mr.Govert Leendertse 2005-12-04 until 2005-12-08	Ambassador City Jomtien, Na Jomtien Beach, Sattahip The swimmingpools are big and great but i dont believe that the filtersystems where working. The complex was olmost empty so we where most of the times alone in one of the big pools (with a few russians). The mega complex (with the grandeur of the 80ies) is far from pattaya/jomtien with taxi 150/200 bath. The bed and vieuw was good (we where in the ocean vieuw wing a pitty that the tower wing was closed i think that the vieuw from 42 floor would be magnificient...but we werent alowed to go there) the rooms are big and clean. Most of the restaurants where closed or expensive.	Booking went good as usual..ALTOUGH The first hotel what i wouldt like to book was full for this period, but i dident get an alternative (altough requested)
