About the hotel:
Such a nice place, new and modern, spacious and clean. Pool very nice and long, like a river. A nice local market next door open every other day for fruits and vegetables, also a few small shops across the main road. And you can allways use all services at Sheraton.

Guests are welcome to use facilities at the Sheraton Hua Hin Resort and Spa Hotel.

Each suite is totally air conditioned and has a fully equipped kitchen with dining area for six people. There is a large, sunny living room with satellite TV and DVD system. Next to the living room is a large balcony with a sun-bathing bed overlooking the swimming pool. The 1,200 meter pool meanders past all the suites, making it the longest swimming pool in Thailand. The access to the pool is on the ground floor.

Master Bedroom
The master bedrooms has a king size bed and a large window seat offering a view of the garden and swimming pool. The room has adequate cabinet space as well as large fitted wardrobes. Leading from each bedrooms are large en-suite bathrooms with power shower, tub, sink, vanity, mirror and WC. Guests can choose from king size beds in both bedroom or one master bedroom with king size bed and two double beds in other bedroom.

Second Bedroom

Guests can choose from king-size beds in both bedrooms, or one master bedroom with a king-size bed and two double beds in the other bedroom. Beside the beds there are cabinets and large fitted wardrobes. Leading from the bedroom is a large en-suite bathroom with a power shower, a vanity sink, a minor and WC.

Balcony

Every room has a private balcony facing the lagoon with a sun-bathing bed, table and two chairs. Guests will enjoy peacefulness in a luxury environment.

Living Room

The spacious living room has large patio doors opening to a balcony which benefits from cooling breezes and offers views of the swimming pool. The living room and kitchen are designed with large windows open to the balcony on both sides to give a light and airy feeling. Cooled by air conditioning or breezes, the room is furnished with sofas, TV, DVD, and music center.

Kitchen and Dining

The large dining area for 6 people is adjacent to the European style kitchen, fully equipped with a micro wave, a toaster, a coffee maker and a kettle. Guests can enjoy family cooking or bring food from outside to enjoy on the balcony or in the dining area and feel at home.

SWIMMING POOL

The communal swimming pool is for the use of the residents and their guests only, with direct access from the ground floor. This garden pool stretches throughout the entire length of the condo and villa buildings. It is the longest, at 1250 m, in all Thailand.

FITNESS CENTER

Fitness center at Sheraton Hua-Hin Resort and Spa can be access with the cost of 200 Baht per day.

OUTSIDE

This development is a mixture of luxury condos and villas with superb gardens bordered by tropical bushes and flowers. They surround the perimeter and flow through the planting between each of the homes. The development is close to the beach and adjacent to the Sheraton Hua-Hin Resort and Spa Hotel which is situated between the private residences and the beach.

SURROUNDING AREA

These luxurious apartments are extremely attractive for clients who expect a quality vacation. The warm waters of the Gulf of Thailand lap lazily against the soft golden sand beach. You can see Takiab Mountain about 18kms to the south and to the beach at Cha Am about 15 km. north. The beaches in Thailand are the property of the King and you can walk to Cha Am. The buildings and grounds are maintained to a high standard by the developers own management company.

GOLF

The closest course, Palm Hills, is just 2kms away and the other 7 top class courses are all within a short drive. There are 2 local driving ranges, one about 12 km. and the other about 14 km. No need for a mortgage either, they are all inexpensive and welcome every class of golfer, regardless of your handicap.

ATTRACTIONS

Hua Hin town centre, with its vast choice of inexpensive eateries, Thai, Italian, Indian and others and the bar area is 11 km. from the apartment. The town is famous for its many pier restaurants which jut out over the sea and benefit from gentle sea breezes. Here you can enjoy the delights of all manner of fresh seafood, many types of fish, 2 types of crab, mussels and clams or the best of lobsters. The fabulous beaches, probably the best in Thailand with their soft sand and calm, warm waters, are just steps away through the hotel. The fishing town of Cha Am is about 15 km. north of the apartment where they maintain a large fishing fleet. Here you can dine on the freshest of the locally caught seafood or buy the catch of the day to cook yourself. There are a number of vendors offering a wide range of water sports, from wet bikes to banana boats! There are many national parks just a short drive away as well as the famous Palau waterfall.

GETTING AROUND

There are many local taxis and the famous Tuk Tuks available, however they are mainly based in the town centre. For short journeys they are inexpensive, but if you wish to see the local attractions and golf courses we would recommend that you rent a car. Be careful of renting a car from the locals, the car is unlikely to have been maintained to the standard that you expect or to have full insurance. If you were to be involved in an accident you may be required to pay a substantial sum to the other party to be released from the police station, even if you believe it is not your fault.
