Khun Kannika Tolle 2009-05-08	Baan Laksasubha, Hua Hin Beach, Naresdamri Rd. It is a very nice place for relaxing holiday. I and my family were enjoyed very much during we stayed 3 nights in Baan Laksasubha. we got garden suite with 2 beds/2baths no complaint.. spacy clean room and quiet, the staff are always willing to help.. excellent location, close to everything you need.. walking distance to night market, shopping mall to get some icecream..first day we had dinner at the beach restaurant, it was a nice Italian food and good service.. breakfast will be simple for foreigner but good enough for Thai. For this same price you could not get anything better in Europe.. I will recommend to my friends and for sure I would go again.	good and easy.. would do it again
Khun Patama Rawangpai Umphawa 2009-05-06	Baan Laksasubha, Hua Hin Beach, Naresdamri Rd. My big family was happy with Baan Laksasubha. It is clean, tidy, convenience and peaceful. Resort service was so nice and lots of care to us. I would say that if I would be in Hua Hin again, I would much like to stay in Baan Laksasubha. Patama/	Sawadee booking people are nice and helpful for all concerns. They always give good support and recommendation. Of course, I would definitely like to use booking service through it again.

And definitely, the clean private beach. We re so glad to stay in this hotel, even we found a problem with toilet, but above all, it s OK.	OK, good hotel and information. Very useful for me.
Virat Phugthai 2009-04-15	Baan Laksasubha, Hua Hin Beach, Naresdamri Rd. Too late of room for check in, I have to wait until 3:00 PM to get a room and got a bad location o room. Resort in general was fine but room are not properly clean compare to the cost.

Yu Lin Chang 2009-02-22	Baan Laksasubha, Hua Hin Beach, Naresdamri Rd. I think we made a right choice. This is a fabulous hotel. Clean and spacious rooms, good facilities, near down town, and relax atmosphere. One strong point is they got their own beach, which can make you really enjoy the blow of seawind and shun from crowds. One more thing is they are really friendly and be willing to help. We missed one T-shirt at hotel and they were sending the t-shirt back immediately once they got the request from us. Highly recommended!	convinent, good service
Arild Jansson 2009-01-28	Baan Laksasubha, Hua Hin, Hua Hin Beach, Naresdamri Rd. I went to this hotell for 3 days,and there were a very nice play to stay. The service was very good,the breakfast and other meals at the Beach restaurant was very good. I will be back on the same place next year.	The booking service made from Norway was also in order.
Annette 2009-01-25	Baan Laksasubha, Hua Hin, Hua Hin Beach, Naresdamri Rd. Nice hotel set in a beautiful garden and located on what I think is the best part of the beach in Hua Hin - not too crowded, good for swimming. Right next to the beautiful historical Sofitel, walking distance to everything in Hua Hin city center. Each room has a spacious private balcony or terrace. A bit pricey, but if you want to stay directly at the beach but still in a central location this is a very good option in Hua Hin!	Reliable as always and helpful even when I had to change my travel dates after having booked.

Very well maintained resort, nice decor, child-friendly, fast and efficient room service. If you happen to meet the owner, consider yourself lucky. A most gracious hostess. Be sure to specify if you want a room with double or single beds when you book. Gets full really fast so book way ahead of time if you can. regular rates are a bit pricey, so take advantage of the promotions.	fast, easy and convenient.
Sheree Paramasivam 2008-08-21	Baan Laksasubha, Hua Hin, Hua Hin Beach, Naresdamri Rd. We have an 8 month old baby and were given a baby cot and baby bath for him which was very good. The room was comfortable, set in pleasant garden surroundings and only a short walk to the beach and town/night markets so a good location. We will be happy to return and recommend to anyone.
Brian Christopher Macinyre 2008-07-27	Baan Laksasubha, Hua Hin, Hua Hin Beach, Naresdamri Rd. We thought the hotel was fantastic, we had a 2 bed garden suite and there was more than enough room for the 4 of us, the staff were great friendly and very helpful, my 7yr old was stung by a jellyfish and the staff acted very quickly and were great. The accommodation was spotless, we would definately go again and would recommend, with easy walking distance to plenty of resurants and shops and right on the beach. A real peace haven but at the same time child friendly...which was hard to find amongst the honeymoon hotels and spa resorts. A new hotel and a great find for us.	Very efficient and easy, would use it again for ease and peace of mind.

My family and I would most definitely return to this place. Much better than staying at the Hilton s or other hotels next door. And the staff were most helpful and friendly.	Fast and efficient.

The resort is beautiful, more than we expected. We stay in 3 bedrooms. Each room was nice & clean with almost everything a traveller would need. Internet access is free !! Located not fare from the city center Hua Hin night market. Highly recommended.	Staffs are excellent and helpful
Sabai	Baan Laksasubha, Hua Hin, Hua Hin Beach, Naresdamri Rd. New, but very small. The swimming pool is like a pond. 2 Bedroom unit is not convenient at all. Two rooms are not even connected. In order to go to the 2nd bedroom, I had to go outside and use stairs located outside of the building. The second best site in front of the beach within the propoerty is dominated by a house. The restaurant located at beachfront is a tent! It is the only restaurant in the hotel. Very shabby.
