Mr. Paul Vek 2009-03-27	Sun Dance Wellness Residence Hua Hin, Hua Hin Town, Petchkasem Rd. Good location, walking distance to the beach, Hua Hin nightlife, restaurants and shopping. Clean hotel with very friendly staff and for second year in a row it was extremely quiet. Swimmingpool is nice but small with very limited space to stay there. We stayed in a superior room where shower and toilet are combined in a strange way with limited space. We also faced some issues with lack of hot water. Still good hotel to stay but if you don t like a very quiet environment, you d better go elsewhere. In Sundance there is sometimes more staff than visitors.	No problem. Good as usually.
Kevin Chu 2009-03-26	Sun Dance Wellness Residence Hua Hin, Hua Hin Town, Petchkasem Rd. Very friendly & helpful staff. (Left my camera in the room & upon calling them an hour later they were able to find it & give it back to me). Small room with 4 English speaking TV channels. Basic breakfast. Night market is located right next to the hotel so you can easily walk over there & buy some (local) food if you wanted to. Sundance is within walking distance of the Marriott hotel & you can get access to the beach from there. Overall a nice (cost friendly) place to stay

The hotel is close to everything my foot. The staff are really kind and discret. I really love the fact then it s was almost empty. So quit maximum! The pool with sun al day almost alone! I will go back again for sure!!	number one

Wayne de Nicolo 2009-02-24	Sun Dance Wellness Residence Hua Hin, Hua Hin Town, Petchkasem Rd. This really is a terrific hotel, located near the town and next to a night market. It is quite new, has modern spacious rooms and is kept very clean. The staff are especially nice and very polite, particularly the remarkable manageress, Chanya, who is very helpful and kind. She speaks excellent English and was always interesting and gives useful advice. Also she is a qualified nurse, and even treats customers minor injuries etc! The swimming pool is attractive and gets all the afternoon sun. I thorughly recommend this excellent, quiet, reasonably priced hotel.

Good location. Walking distance to almost everything, as it s in the middle of town. Staff very friendly. If I return to Hua Hin, I would stay here again for sure.	Very quick and efficient. Thanks.

We booked deluxe room for 2person,in room not kettle for boiling water,water heater not hot water,air-cond was leaking,so in two night we really difficult to slept,second night we came back from shopping sundenly electric break-up and only us and another 1family stay at the hotel, so will felt so horrible, but the staffs was very friendly and helpful.
REUVEN KOGAN 2008-10-06	Sun Dance Wellness Residence Hua Hin, Hua Hin Town, Petchkasem Rd. the hotel is about 15 minutes walking distance from the night market, 10 minutes walking from the Village mall and 50 meters from the Grand Hotel market. I stayes in the junior suite which was a very big room with big and comfort bed and big shower room with no bath tube. the room was clean and new and had no balcony, it had only 1 window and the view was not intresting. the hotel was very quiet and we had the feeling that we are alone there, in our 3 days stay we never saw people using the swimming pool and only 1 time we saw people eating breakfast, the breakfast was very basic. overall the hotel is a good value for money.	very simple and easy

The rooms are spacious and clean and the staff if very friendly. The hotel was very empty when we stayed there, only saw ONE other guest over a period of 4 days. The breakfast was nothing special but eatable. I d stay there again.	Excellent as always.

New, good service, still getting things together and trying to improve. Good breakfast and service. Internet in lobby only. tuk tuk pricey from hotel.	Excellent in that extended a day on phone.

We were impressed with their environment, spacious deluxe rooms, nice swimming pools and their well-manner and helpful services from the staff. The hotel location is just a little difficult to find (it s located right behind the St. Paulo Hospital). In one word, I would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a nice, cozy, convenient, well-services and reasonable pricing accommodation for a long period or the weekend. :-)	Satifactory services with reasonable prices. Recommended as a one-stop reservation and information services for both local and overseas visitors and tourists.

Clean hotel with very nice staff but during our stay it was extremely quiet. Hardly no guests, maybe because they are still building the welness accommodation. Favorite by Thai people as well. Swimmingpool is nice but small with very limited space to stay there. Also swimming pool area is not so nice to stay there long time. Overall we were satisfied and would recommend it to others.	Perfect and reliable as usual

This hotel is a very good choice...about 10 minutes walk across the street to the beach as well. The hotel is central, only 10 minutes walking distance to Hua Hin Town and to market village. Rooms and property are new and extremely clean. We had one of the deluxe room, which is about 40 qm, then there is a kitchen-corner in the room and the bathroom is big, clean and modern. The breakfast is american but you can order another breakfast-typ what you want. At weekend there is a nightmarket directly near by the hotel. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay there again.	Very good service, uncomplicated and secure.

If you know what you want, this hotel might be a very good choice...a 15 minutes walk from the Hilton (the very center)and the beach as well, rooms and property new and extremely clean. No wonder , this is attached to the local hospital....so do not expect holiday-atmosphere or a lot of Thai style.Seemed a bit empty at my visit;staff extremely friendly.Only i missed internet access within the hotel.	Worked fine, good communication, i will book again
