leclerc anne 2008-11-02	Veranda Resort and Spa, Cha Am Beach, Petchkasem Rd. Hotel is very nice, pleasant for eyes. Jacuzzi sea view is located on the other side of the main part of the hotel, but it s not a problem. Room is very big with 2 queens size beds + 1 day bed.So you can go with family. Balcony with jacuzzi is a great place. Sea and beach are not very well, with a lot of dead fish, no pleasant to walk; but swimming pool is very good with different part (sunny or shadow), slide, jacuzzi.Staff is very professionnel, helpful. One thing they must improve is about food. Internationnal food and even thai food is not good, breakfast is ok.We will not return in this hotel because of food. LANAUD 2008-10-23	Veranda Resort and Spa, Cha Am Beach, Petchkasem Rd. Small hotel, cosy place, nice swimmingpool and beach. Rooms very convenient. A little bit far from Hua Hin (15 km)

Romina Taylor 2008-09-28	Veranda Resort and Spa, Cha Am Beach, Petchkasem Rd. Perfect place for a family holiday!! Beautifull hotel, very comfortable, on the beach. It has a big swimming pool with a waterslide that the kids can t get enough. Food is great and the people who work for the hotel are always prepared to help you with anything you need.	Everything perfect.

Luxury, style and quality, without arrogance or attitude. 15 or 20 minute tuk tuk / taxi ride into Cha-Am / Hua-Hin, (or the hotel shuttle), but therefore the quiet beach is excellent, the nearby local beach restaurants plentiful and good, and the massages by the sea are a relaxed and easy way to dream away a couple hours. Top quality spa in the hotel for those who prefer upscale - I can highly recommend an in person comparision test of both!!!	Quick and easy, no problems.

An with enjoyable stay,very helpful staff, but not 5 star, hotel only two years old is in need of repairs almost everywhere you look. I will try them again though. The incessant music was annoying, and the upholstery in need of replacement. Hua Hin/Cha am is a wonderful place though, and there are many other resort options	no problems

Annoying is the almost permanent music background. There are speakers everywhere und you have to listen to this music like in a shopping mall.	Very good service. Helped to change the reservation because of an accident.

Excellent food and drink, lovely clean beach and pool area. Would definately stay here again if we re in the area. Be aware there is very little wardrobe space, but that s not a huge problem.	Very good, prompt and efficient.

We couldn t really believe our luck when we were greeted with a delicious cocktail at Veranda after a hot 3-hour bus journey from Bangkok. It is a tuly stunning hotel with possibly the best pool I ve ever seen. When we discovered we had been allocated a twin room instead of the double we d booked, they rectified the mistake immediately - the staff were brilliant. The food in the hotel is amazing, and there are also a couple of other nice places along the beach and across the street. 15 minutes stroll to the right along the beach takes you to a nice beach restaurant called Little Shop. The spa treatments at Veranda were lovely, and the cocktails in the bar were even better. We can t wait to go back.

The design, the small bars (that then maybe could be open to twelve insted of 11)the pool area is fantastic. The restaurant fine as well. We had a seaview room and are planning to come back.	Good.

The hotel is stunning, atmosphere is romantic and the staff are extemely friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed the spa treatments and the food was great too.	Very efficient we were totally satisfied. We were even able to extend our stay after confirming our booking without any problems

Mr.David Walster 2005-01-23 until 2005-02-01	Veranda Resort and Spa, Cha Am Beach, Petchkasem Rd. We were delighted with this newly opened (August 2004)hotel. The architecture and design of everything is modern and stylish creating a feeling of tranquility. A lovely infinity edge swimming pool overlooking the beach, two good restaurants, and helpful smiling staff made for a memorable stay.We plan to return.	Handled efficiently. We were slightly confused by the fact that the Sawadee repsentative, Mr. Pong, used two different e-mail addresses, neither of which related to Sawadee.com.

Was a nice stay there, but I think it is mainly a place for scandinavian packaged holiday tourists - therefore the ambiente was just ok. Price wise rather on the expensive side as far as value for money is concerned	everything went fine
