Hyatt Regency Hua Hin, Hua Hin Beach, Takiab Rd.
The Hyatt at Hua Hin is as wonderful place to relax and unwind. The staff are very helpful and friendly and the service is excellent. The location is perfect, not too far away by taxi to the centre of town but away from the high rise hotels and on the beach. The gardens are beautiful as is the pool. A perfect place for a family holiday and well worth the extra paid - they also upgraded us to Regency as we had visited before and hopefully we will be able to visit again in the future

Sawadee - no problems with bookings as is usually the case

Great pool.Nice rooms.Nice staff. However, like many bigger hotels it s a bit impersonal compared to a family-run place.Breakfast was great, nice selection. The cocktails were nice. The location is great-right next to the beach.Like you would expect everything is pretty expensive(Baht150 for a small beer)!

Very,very good.

Front Desk Staff was not efficiency and the room was not ready even we checked-in at around 16:30 hrs. We had to wait almost 45 mins for finishing the check-in procedure which was ridiculous.

Quick respond

Great resort. Super hotel with impeccable service and good restaurants. Even though its right on the beach, not beach friendly but pool is so beautiful you do not miss sitting on beach and swimming in the sea. Great for kids also. Highly recommend.

Best price on the net and very user friendly.

Hyatt Regency Hua Hin, Hua Hin Beach, Takiab Rd.
As recommended by many expats in BKK, the hotel was very nice and kids friendly especially. They have a pool area with sand where smaller kids could play for a whole day. The water slide is however mainly bigger kids. My 4 yrs old son tried once, but too scared to go back. Breakfast was very good and has a high standard. The Thai restaurant was reasonably priced and the restaurant You & Mee by the pool was convenient for everyone. As far as room is concerned, we got a standard room with balcony. No bathtab, bathroom area was too big, open but not practical as water flow everywhere. Grand floor room would have been better choice because the size of the room is bigger instead of balcony. Next time we would pay extra for the club room.

Good.

Me and my wife found this hotel total fantastic. There was a unic services at all places and the surroundings was very nice. A super pool which was fantastic to swim around alone in, like a jungle. The restaurents served high class of very fine and exellent food - and the pool bar to! We will recommend this hotel to our friends and we will come back our self - when we next time is in Thailand.

Booking service was perfect - every thing was satisfied!

Hyatt Regency Hua Hin, Hua Hin Beach, Takiab Rd.
We stayed in the Regency club rooms and was disappointed with the limited choice for breakfast and poor selection of afternoon snacks and canapes. Staff are not very enthusiatic or friendly. Its not the place to stay if you want to experience the Thai hospitality or culture. You are not greet you with the friendly Thai sawadee kah greeting that we have experience at every other 5star hotel we have stayed in Thailand. Food and drinks expensive and not good location in Hua Hin, you need a car or taxi to get around. It lacked Thai hospitality and atmosphere. Very formal chain of hotel once in the hotel you could have been anywhere in the world!

Excellent fuss free and easy to use.

Super hotel and service. Rooms small for the double bed and lots of building work going on beside the club rooms no notification given of this. Club room extras, drinks, cocktails and snacks make the place very special. Grounds and staff still make it the place for a very relaxing holiday. I would go back.

great- very efficient
