Roger Major 2008-10-09	Hilton Hua Hin Resort & Spa, Hua Hin Beach, Naresdamri Rd. bsolutely excellant but our judgement might be influenced by the free upgrade to a Pacific Suite. Staff very helpful and attentive. Food great. Spa treatmene for girlfriend was first class if a trifle expensive.	First class, I have used them before and will certainly make them my first port of call for hotel bookings in Thailand.
Liza Cook 2008-10-05	Hilton Hua Hin Resort & Spa, Hua Hin Beach, Naresdamri Rd. Our room was upgraded to a suite, so we had a great view of Hua Hin! My one minor complaint was we got some nasty bites from a kind of insect in the room! My 3-year-old daughter loved the hotel s playroom and pool, as well as the nearby beach (beware the dog s poop though!). The hotel s bbq was lovely and the breakfast buffet would definitely expand your waistline!	Sawasdee came through for us, in spite of our last minute changes!

Have stayed here many times before so would recommend to anyone but this was the first time we have used Sawadee.com - Everything from the hotel bookings to the car transfers was perfect.	Perfect in every way - will be using them for everything from now on.
Ignoul Jean Pierre 2008-07-23	Hilton Hua Hin Resort & Spa, Hua Hin Beach, Naresdamri Rd. Very nice hotel.The only negative was that this time our room was on the first floor and the view was the garden of another hotel.	We always book our trips with sawadee.

Stephen Davies 2008-03-24 until 2008-03-28	Hilton Hua Hin Resort & Spa, Hua Hin Beach, Naresdamri Rd. We arrived at 3pm to be told that our room was not ready as it had not been cleaned. We had booked a Gulf room, but were told we could have a free upgrade to a penthouse room with twin beds rather than wait approx 2hrs for the room t be cleaned. We decided to take the upgrade, however on arrival at the 1st floor room with limited view, I commented that it looked like a Gulf room and that we would wait for our original room, with double bed to be cleaned. We were then offered another free upgrade on the 9th floor which had a double bed and view of the Gulf (which is what I had booked anyway). I object to be treated like an idiot in this manner, there was no upgrade the rooms we were shown were Gulf rooms, it was just that the 1st floor had limited view and twin beds (obviously not popular). This hotel relies on it s location in Hua Hin. We have stayed at the Marriot previously and that s where we will return.	As always superb. I changed my travel plans 3 times during my stay in Thailand and Sawadee made this effortless for me. Will always recommend you to friends and family.
Maria Alves 2008-03-22 until 2008-03-29	Hilton Hua Hin Resort & Spa, Hua Hin Beach, Naresdamri Rd. Very beautiful hotel. We stayed in a suite, which was nicely decorated with plenty of space.However, the Internet service in the room was overly expensive and inefficient, which is unacceptable in a hotel of this rating. The swimming pool was great and the beach opposite the hotel, though small, was clean and very pleasant. Breakfast was very good, with a lot of variety to suit everyone s taste. The service provided was not always what we expected - some staff in need of professional training. Definitely not excellent. All in all, we enjoyed very much our stay there.	Everything all right,no problem at all.

The breakfast is wonderful and the rooms are clean and nice.Ple who had the workout at the studio and water aerobic, is very funny and nice.We will comeback next year again.	no problems very good++++++++++++

Wonderful seaview, enjoy sitting at the balcony and look down to the beach, very beautiful at nite when there are lights at the beach.	As ususal
VANHAY (Member Nr 2102830952) 2007-07-29 until 2007-08-04	Hilton Hua Hin Resort & Spa, Hua Hin Beach, Naresdamri Rd. Everything is top-class and management is very helpful . There is good animation at the large landscaped swimming pool . Best view from the rooms in Hua Hin . Very clean place and very good maintenance . SUMPTUOUS Breakfast with much more than you will ever be able to eat and drink . Best dancing floor in Hua Hin at the Brewery ( especially between midnight and closing time - Children not allowed ) and seafood and grill just outside for everybody . This comment does not evaluate the room rates as everybody is aware and free of how much he is spending for quality , comfort and excellence .	Top class . I lost my credit card before the second payment and had to use the International Bank draft form and FAX it to SAWADEE = everything fine , no problem . I also visited them at their Ploenchit office , when in Bangkok , and the staff was very nice and helpful .

Hilton Hua Hin Resort & Spa has a great loacation in Hua Hin, you are within walking distance of everything in the town. The service standard of the hotel is excellent, the rooms are spacious, however, a little old perhaps, but it a very good choice.	We have used sawadee.com many times, it works perfectly and it s very good rates you get. The rates offered by the hotels themselves are more expensive.
Jan Morten Roberg 2007-07-14 until 2007-07-20	Hilton Hua Hin Resort & Spa, Hua Hin Beach, Naresdamri Rd. We spent 6 nights in a very nice hotel, good service, nice staff and relaxing surroundings. The pool area was quite big, but as the hotel was fully booked during this period, the problem with lack of sunbeds around the pool occured. People reserved sunbeds early in the morning and did not show up for hours. At the end of our stay the staff put up pool rules to try to avoid situations with the quests. Hilton is perfectly located with shops and restaurants just outside the entrance, and the main road with more shops and a night marked just a few minutes walk away. We are very satisfied with our stay at Hilton Hua Hin, even if it is a big hotel. Perfect for families with children, looking for a good place to stay, even if the price level is at the higher end.	Easy and very quick response. Reliable.

First i would like to comment on the incheck procedure wich was very slow and not satisfying at all. We had to wait 2 hours coz the room wasnt cleaned and I cant understand why it has to take 2 hoursa to clena when u have a waiting customer Otherwhise the Hotel compund was very nice and service and quality very good. On the whole i can recomend the Hilton Hua Hin ot others.

The pool is large enough for all the guests and children, but then it turn to be more family summer hotel however we enjoyed the stay at Hilton very much, spa is quite expensive though you can get it cheaper just on the opposite side.	Service is perfect, everything I expect from Hilton.
Patrick J Leslie 2006-04-22 until 2006-04-25	Hilton Hua Hin Resort & Spa, Hua Hin Beach, Naresdamri Rd. The Hilton Hua Hin is an elegant, exquiste hotel in the heart of the town. It has friendly, smiling, gracious staff. There is a huge lobby with floor to ceiling windows. My room was large with a small balcony and loads of character. First class room service. Lovely landscaped gardens with a beachfront pool and swim-up bar. Fantastic breakfast in nice surroundings. There is an excellent rooftop restaruant on the 17th floor, a very posh bar and loads of other amenities. I look forward to staying at this hotel again in the not too distant future.	Very happy with all the services provided.

The staff were very good and the room was large and very well equiped. The swimming pool and all other facilities were top rate. We got a very good rate as we stayed in the off season. We would definately stay again.	Great as usual

Location of hotel (close to city), service, food (exellent breakfast)are perfect. One thing we did not like too much: the area around the pool is too small, therefore sometimes very crowded - but even with this we will come back later this year.	easy and clear!

A very execellent first class hotel. we only stayed there for 2 nights but i wish we could have stayed more. The reception has very smiling staff and you really feel like home. The rooms are big, beautiful and perfect size. We stayed in a bay view room. And the view over the sea was stunning. I will recommend the hotel to other.	good quick service.
