Mr & Mrs Charles Wilson 2008-11-15	Grand Inn Come Hotel, Airport - nearby Suvarnabhumi This is the second time that we stayed at this nice hotel. Overall we rate it excellent in all areas. The staff is very friendly, helpful and does an excellent job in all respects. We will definitely stay at this hotel again when we are in Bangkok. Highly recommended.	Very easy to use website and excellent response from the booking service. They double checked the arrival time of our flight to ensure our pick-up at the airport.

Has a free shuttle minibus to airport every half an hour (recommended to booking for shuttle at check in). Room is spacious and clean enough. Breakfast is OK. Seems to me that it is more convenient to have a dinner in the hotel – the nearby restaurants are attacked by furious mosquitoes :-).	no problems as usual

You can see the airplains lifts off at the airport from hotelwindow. Nice and fast roomservice, and good prices too. Hotel offer free shutlebus service to the airport. Extremly expensive WiFi: Hotel charges 200 thb for 1 hr. We bookes a twin deluxeroom. Nice beds, bathroom nice. Minibar ok. Coffee/tea in room. We will stay here again. Staff very nice! Free shuttle service was a very pleasant surprise (we didn t count for that on our arrival). Very close to Suvarnabhumi Airport, although it was not that cheap to get to the centre of the city. The most welcoming and efficient personnel. There was no great choice at the breakfast, but all the basic things there were. No dought, Grand Inn Come is a perfect place to stay overnight before or after the flight	Booking proved to be smooth, very fast and efficient. Thanks.

MANJUSRI BASU 2008-05-23 until 2008-05-24	Grand Inn Come Hotel, Airport - nearby Suvarnabhumi Very convenient for overnight stay if you re using Suvarnabhumi airport. Our free shuttle wasn t there when we arrived and we had to call for it. However, later that night, when we wanted to go and pick up our daughter they gave us a free ride to the airport. The desk staff is very short on English though sometimes I think they understand more than they let on. The restaurant has WONDERFUL food! Rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is always smiling and polite. Massage place is dodgy; they were very ready to give my husband a massage, but refused to do a foot massage for me...??? Please be aware that there is nothing except industrial machine shops and offices around the area. Not even a seven-eleven. There is a star mart (petrol pump) across the road, but you cross at your own real peril. There is a poorly stocked minimart five minutes down the road. So if you need extra water or band aids or batteries, or even a candy bar - go stocked!	Quick, helpful and wonderful as usual!

Meter taxi cost 110 Bhat. Staff friendly and helpful. Room is large and quiet but forgettable. Decent breakfast buffet. Internet available in lobby. Ask for a quiet room to avoid hearing band that plays at restaurant next door.	easy to use. thanks

The staff made me feel very, very welcome. The room was clean and always well attended to during my stay. The location very near to the airport makes it an ideal place to stay before departure, or if arriving late. A little noise from the aircraft but that is to be expected so close to Bangkok Airport. My thanks to all the people there who made my stay a pleasent one.	Booking was made very easy for me inspite of me having to change the dates at short notice. Top marks.

The problem is the loud music next door unti midnight. I have stayed here twice. The first time was very nice, this time we were on the music side of the building! Ask for a room to the right of reception lobby!

Don t go with unofficial taxi (they asked me 800 bath for 10 minutes drivin...and the hotel has a free service every 30 minutes): the normal rate is around 100 bath to go there. I was quite disapponted from the SPA which looks more like a brotel (girls behind a shop window...). The staff was nice and friendly. Hotel is clean.	First time with this service and i m really satisfied.

Transfer van was waiting, but they combine several flights into one, so we ended up waiting 10 minutes for another flight to come in, which is not what was expected, nor good after a day s travelling with children. Check-in efficient. One of the rooms was musty and damp-smelling, the other fine. Breakfast buffet from 0600 hrs was fine, catering for both western and Chinese tastes. OK for one night before an early flight the next day. Would not want to stay more than just somewhere to sleep.	Worked well and quickly.

It is a must to book near the airport in Bangkok if you have a morning flight as the traffic jams are unbelievable! The hotel was clean and quite lovely. The staff were very friendly and professional! We would definitely stay there again. One little tip from a taxi driver was if you choose to go into downtown Bangkok from there have them take you to the Om Nut skytrain station which saves time and helps to avoid some of the traffic woes. We used the official taxi rank and the fare was 150bht - very well organised. An unofficial taxi driver quoted us 800baht!! Would use this hotel again if neccessary between flights. Staff were very helpful.	Very good

It s nothing special. The room was clean enough, though dark and the walls were dirty. But they gave us toast and coffee at 3am before we left for the airport and we thought that was very nice. Overall, an average place.	Perfect. Thank you!

The hotel lacks atmosphere and a pool but staff were very obliging and we hired a mini bus for a good rate to take us on a tour of the city. In general we would have preferred a more central location	Excellent as always. We arranged 3 hotels, 2 flights with Sawadee. All went without a problem.

I just stayed there one night before flying up to Chiang Mai. The only negative might be that there aren t many restaurants within walking distance from the hotel. Just a couple of open air Thai roadside restaurants. The hotel is good if you want to be located near the airport before leaving.	Excellent

Room was clean and tidy and staff very helpful. They organised coutesy bus to airport next morning for 200baht. Would recommend to anyone doing the quick stopover between flights.	Excellent job

I was on the 4th floor and could hear the Karaoke until it ceased at about 2:00AM. Hotel failed to give me wake up call (but I never rely on hotel wake up calls anyway, so was already up before the annointed time). Breakfast should be a little earlier (currently 0600--) for the early departurees. Nice and clean and worth the money. Changed my arrival date (at last minute I realized my error in dates)..they accommodated with no problem. Would stay there again (and I will).	Good. However, when I had to change arrival date (by one day) I contacted Sawasdee.com and never received a re-confirmation as to the acceptance (the hotel did it independently).

The metered cab from downstairs at the airport cost only 61 baht (+ a 50 baht airport surcharge) for the 10 min trip to the hotel so it s a cheap option when you have a short layover in Bangkok.	no problems

Staff were friendly and courteous and the check in/out procedure was efficient. Only concern was that they tried to charge me for items from the min-bar which I did not use. After protesting my innocence, this supplementary charge was withdrawn. Room was clean and well equipped, breakfast very good. I would stay here again.

On the other hand, seems to be sex-oriented, and staff wanted to charge 600 baht PER PERSON for ride to airport, which is rather close, so better to arrange your own ride beforehand. We were met at the airport and driven directly to the hotel 10 minutes away. The staff were extremely pleasant during check-in, which took only seconds. The room was very clean and had all of the amenities needed for an overnight stay. Didn t find the noise a problem at all, even though our room faced the airport. Breakfast was the pretty decent and offered the usual buffet fare. Overall we were very pleased with the hotel and would definitely recommend it to people needing accomodation for an overnight layover.	Booking through Sawadee.com was straight-forward and seamless.

A great location only about 10minutes by taxi from new airport. The meter taxi desk asked that we pay 200baht to the taxi driver, because they have to wait along time to get a customer, hoping to go to Bangkok city.	All went well.
