Grand Inn Hotel, Sukhumvit Road, Soi 03
Room size is ok and clean but a bit old. Very firm bed which I didnt mind. Shower is fine. Bottled water is not free. Breakfast is not buffet but ok. Aircon works well but is very noisy so had to switch it off when I slept. Luckily room isnt too hot as facing another building (no view). A bit of street noise but not excessive. Tv has espn sprt. Staff is fine. 5mins wlk to BTS. A few restaurants on the main rd. OVERALL : one of the better hotels for this price and location. Will stay here again.

NO probs as usual

Hotel rooms are very average and smelly.Airconditioning did not work very well.Unfortunately hygiene is very poor in the room. Insufficient drinks in fridge and fridge not wooking rpoperly.

Staff were very very good and if it wasn t for the great service of the staff and their their lovely attitude I would have been tempted to move to alter

Grand Inn is probably the worst hotel, I have ever stayed in. It is small , very poor ventilation, we found un clean bed linen, when we opened the windows we saw nothing but dirty wires running all over and there was no view/ ventilation. The hotel staff was rude( I should say the bell boys were good) We booked two super deluxe rooms for three nights and we paid a premium, but did not stay even one hour. I should thank the Sawadee team for immidiately understanding my request and for re-locating me to Manhatton hotel on soi 15 . I should say Manhatton was an awesome hotel. Thanks once again The SAWADEE team...you are simply supper.... pls remove the pic on grand inn ..since photographs show it like a supper hotel, but when you visit you will know its only optical illusion...

Sawadee team, Fon, Jeap,Koi and the rest of you !!!! You are simply great, keep up the good work. I have been your customer for so many years and I will all ways recommend you. But please remove Grand inn from your web page since the photographs show it like a supper hotel, but when you visit you will know its only optical illusion...

Very nice location, convenient to the sky train and subway (15 min walk), however, the room are not as nice as the picture shown, the aircon are very noisy but overall still very satisfactory, the staff are friendly but don t expect any 5 star services, conclusion, it is worth for the money paid.

It was an alright hotel. It has been renovated but you can tell that it is older. Great location, very close to shopping district and sky train. Have stayed at other hotels in same area, so would not stay again. Little pricey for what you get.

The room I booked did not repesent good value for money. It turned out to be a somewhat rundown though larger room than standard to accommodate two chairs and a small table which apparently merited the title of junior suite and allowed a rack rate at least 700 bt per night more than it should have been. The hotel facilities are not up to the standard required to describe it as a boutique hotel. No personal safe in room, not a scrap of headed notepaper or anything else in the desk folder, no emergency exit details, no signage to place on door to indicate access availability for hotel staff and no laundry list of any description. Of all the hotels I have used in Thailand over 12 visits, this is the only one which did not supply any complimentary water. I could go on but I ll now try to say something positive. The bed matress was of good quality and very firm. The staff were were approachable and helpful. The basic limited choice (American only) breakfast was cooked to order and well done. If your budget is in the price bracket of junior suite in this hotel, squeeze it a little and go to a larger establishment with more amenities. This is a good two star hotel tarted up to look like something it isn t - steer clear.

Your actual booking process was problem free. However, your website was not specific re the junior suite and your rating of the hotel is inaccurate and needs to be revised.
