Nothing special, but one can not expect it for that price. The hotel has an isolated location and if you want to eat decently, you have to walk to the mainroad (5 min walk).

Location is in the middle of nowhere, but by the airport. Helpful taxi services to choose from. At the front entrance, staff is too snoopy and make in appropriate comments consistently.	Like magic!

We stayed in the standard room. It is very basic, but clean and as hoped convenient. No swimming pool or bar, but has simple restaurant. Perfect for those needing a stop off hotel in between flights, but not for anyone wanting to see Bangkok. Its a good 30/45 mins away from central bangkok.	No probelms as usual
Tatiana Kuzmina 2008-09-15	Convenient Resort, Airport - nearby Suvarnabhumi A very basic hotel located in the middle of nowhere. OK for a stop-over in BKK, but not for a long stay. No shower in the room- they have a weird-lookign device in the bathroom- but it hangs juts over the toilet and there is no shower area or a curtain- so if you decided to try that device the water will be all over the bathroom. The rooms are very humid and a bit worn-out; the beds are rock-hard. We did not dare to eat at the so-called restautant at the hotel-it looked quite shabby and the kitchen was already closed at 11 pm. The hotel is located afiled, so you can not just go somewhere to grab some food or to have a drink. The nearest 7/11 is 10 minute walk- 1,5 kilometers away. So it is beter to get some food in the airport before heading to the hotel ( should you decide to stay there after all).	Fast , efficient.

Transport from & to airport is included in the price. Efficient service. Clean room; nothing fancy. Can certainly recommend if you only need an overnight before flying off to another destination.	Very easy to use and reliable.

The service is ok, the complimentary shuttle bus to/ from the airport is great. You can have Thai food from the restaurant, but you can also go out to the main road and there you have a lot of choice.	easy and safe

The main problem was the bed was full of bed-bugs! Luckily we had a sleeping sheet with us, but it was a great start to our holiday after a 12 hour plane flight. Also, beware the guy out the front running the taxi service, he agreed to take us to hualampong station in the center of Bangkok, then dropped us off at the near train station (which is only abovr half way) and wouldn t go any further.	No problems and very easy to use.

All I gave for my requested pick up from the airport was a flight time. So when I arrived over an hour late as I was delayed. I was thinking oh no how am I going to get to the hotel but was very happy to see a sign for me taking me to the hotel. I would love to know how they knew which flight I was on. The room was very large and nice and even got a free shuttle bus to the airport the next morning. I would so recommend this hotel to anyone that arrives at night and has another flight in the morning the next day. I can t fault it!!

It is new, clean, comfortable and good value for the money. Only negative is that it is in the middle of nowhere. No where to eat but there. Great for a layover for one of BKK midnight flights. You call yourself a CONVENIENT RESORT , obviously it s NOT because this is neither convenient nor resort. The hotel is dirty, and has zero amenities to offer. No restaurant, no room service, not even toiletry. As a thai guest, I have been traveling and stayed many places, I have to say this is my worst experience ever.	Easy and Quick Booking Process, but hotel itself is very disappointed.

Bathroom is simple, but with hot water / shower, also spotless. Beds are somewhat hard, but that s the way I like them. Restaurant downstairs offers a variety of delicious Thai foods at very reasonable prices. Location is on a greenfield . Nothing nearby. THUS good for sleeping before your flight. THB 150 per car to airport.

We arrived at the aiport at 1am (2 hours late ) and they were there to pick us up, we were greeted with a sign right as we walked out of customs. They wisked us back to the hotel where we were checked right in. The resort is very clean and basic, skip the American breakfast and they are efficent in getting you back to the hotel. I would stay again!

Had arranged for pick-up at the airport (via Sawadee) and it worked out very fine - when booking via Sawadee, a transfer fee of 150 baht per person was mentioned, however we were never charged and also had free transfer to the airport next morning. Rooms clean and spacious and considering the very low price and the free and quick transfer to/from airport, would definitely use again when arriving late and have early morning flight.	Have booked more than 10 hotels now with Sawadee.com and it always works out fine and rates are competitive - would always use Sawadee for my trips to Thailand.

Long aisles with neonlight and very loud. Placed in the middle of nowhere and this is why there are up to 7 guys sitting around for 24 hours to offer you an expensive trip :(	good

I would describe this hotel similar to Formula 1 budget hotel in Australia. The hotel room was clean and big however a word of caution the hotel charges 150 baht for a taxi (non meter from the hotel to the airport) when a metered taxi is 120 baht ( airport to the hotel). If you want to get to Bangkok (khao San area) it will cost 600 baht (non meter). The hotel provides a restaurant just outside and the food is simple and nice however if you walk outside and down the road near the 7 Eleven you will find lovely food (cart food) for about 130 baht for two people (2 entree, mains and 2 cokes) not bad and friendly service. A word of warning as the hotel is approximately 5 mins from the airport some metered taxis will not turn on their meter and will charge you 200 baht. Make sure that you have an agreement with the taxi driver before getting in the cab that they will turn on their meter. Taxis at the airport charge 50 baht purely to order the taxi and a flag fall of 35 baht (85 baht before you even leave). Overall the hotel is nice, simple and the staff speak limited english except one lady front of house who was schooled in America (she was very pleasant and helpful) and as there is not much to do around the hotel even though it calls itself a resort I would only use this hotel service purely for transit purposes.	Excellent and quick service. Responded to all emails and answered all queries. I would use this service again.

Breakfast and shuttle to airport next day at no cost.Returning from Chiang Rai March 8 for two nights. Extra cost for breakfast and shuttle-same booking Co. and price. Did not change sheets or clean room for second night. Very basic, close to Airport lodging. To sightsee in Bangkok, have staff call metered taxi for trip to On Nut Sky Train east terminal-120+B, Then 120 B for all day pass, as well as 120 B for one day pass on Express River Boats	Satisfied

Again,no complain here!Excellent!

It is in the middle of a cornfield so no options to eat nearby etc. A short cab ride will get you to the thriving market though. NO LIFT in Hotel.

Provided transportation to and from hotel, at an additional 150 Baht, nice not having to arrange transportation.	Our requests for transportation was not prearranged, even though you asked for flight info and if transfers were needed. I would not have minded the transfer fee being included in my bill, it was one less thing to deal with when we were tired from traveling.

I think one night is enough. The room was average, the view from the window was bad. The hotel is really located in a swamp and below the window there was a waterhole with something swimming around in it and in the morning one staff came there with a pot fishing for something. Maybe the shrimps we ate before came from there. But the summary of the place is that its ok to stay for one night but I wouldn´t stay longer. Not sure if i would stay there the next time. Probably not....even though its close to the airport

I made the mistake of booking the room as a single, and I had to pay additional Baht 500 for my partner. Very basic & only recommended for conveniency, basically it s ok for the ridiculously low price but don t expect anything at all special. Fried rice from the restaurant was great though.

Don´t have nothing around the hotel, just a ghost avenue, but it´s 10 min from the airport.I don´t recommed it, but it´s cheaper.	It´s very good and fast!

The resturant should invest in a couple of fans. Hot. The food was ok. The taxidriver employed by the hotel was a little rude and he asked for tip to many times.	Always good.

We arrived late at night from Hong Kong and were flying to Krabi early in the morning, so as the hotel is only 5 mins away it was perfect. Rooms clean and staff very friendly and helpful. I would recommend that you use their pick up service as Bangkok taxi drivers are not to happy about getting a fare that is so close. Our taxi driver tried to get us to go to several other hotels instead, telling us this was a bad hotel(it wasn t) and then tried to charge us a very large fare. Luckily we had both been to Thailand many times and took it in our stride but it wouldn t off been a nice experience for a new arrival as he was quite threatening. So use their pick up service, we certainly did to get back to the airport, it is very cheap too. The only let down was the breakfast, but to honest after years of going to Thailand I wasn t expecting too much anyway. This was more than made up for by the friendly staff. Would recommend to others and will be staying there again on my next trip.

Two computers in the lobby. In my room to the front of the hotel I could not hear any noise of planes or the highway. Pick-up service was not included in my (low) price, but for 100 Baht each way very convenient for a single traveller.	Worked perfectly and was very convenient and I got a much lower price than the walk-in rate!

Not happy working and bossy. Breakfast was bad, supposedly to start at 6am, but the cook woke up at 6 and restaurant was not ready and only one person working, eventually when breakfast was served, it was terrible. Not a good budget hotel, will not go back there again.	Great, no problems.
