Good location, good food nice staff and rooms OK. for a short stay. Value for money, as airporthotel inside termial charges a lot more for a short stay. Good transport accomodation as well. A bit of noice as the hotel is just off the runvay of the airport.	worked well

We were met at the airport, arrived and checked in quickly and there was cold beer in the fridge. Room was inexpensive and we were only there for a few hours. Transfer back to airport also reasonable. Would recommend, but not for an extended stay.	Great! No problems whatsoever.

If you are expecting a sound proof room, forget about it. You will hear airplanes, tv in the rooms next to yours and have light through the door from the hall. Everything else although is perfect: transfer, service, friendly staff, restaurant, view over the klong, price value.	Smooth and easy as usual.

Unlike to other hotels near the airport you have an urban enviroment, can visit a tempel, many jobs and small restaurants nearby. Also is the view in the evening over the river beautifull. Staff ist very friendly, the transport courtesy from the hotel works. Can recommend this hotel, also the very reasonable price.	as always no complains...

Return shuttle is $150. Bht. The rooms are very clean. Nice selection of channels on the TV. Hbo, Cinemax, ESPN, ect. The hotel room was alittle noise. Airplanes and outside noise. But ok. Internet near check-in. Resturant alittle pricey. I have stayed in alot of Bangkok Hotels the Queeen s Garden is a good deal for the price of 750 bht.

However, from main Bangkok central location it was a bit far. Rooms were clean and services provided by the staff was great. Hotel staff were helpful enough to arrange a tour taxi to take us around the bangkok on very reasonable cost. I had a satisfactory stay in the hotel while in Bangkok.	Booking service was good, due to my change in travel schedule, I had to do alot of amendment in my booking which was done by Sawadee.com in very professional and friendly manner.

The location is perfect and the food in the restaurant is very good! We took the shuttle bus in the morning which was perfectly on time and only took 10 minutes to the airport. Although near the airport we could hardly hear the planes.	easy and fast.

I was very impressed that you took the time to flag down taxi s for us as well. The food was a little expensive for Thailand, but I understand you are serving mostly foreigners. To most foreigners it is not expensive. Thai music would have been great during dinner. Loved the view and shiny floors. The beds were VERY cozy. Thanks for all your help. Gail Lynn Powers 2008-08-14 until 2008-08-15	Queen`s Garden Resort at River View, Airport - nearby Suvarnabhumi The hotel was a lot nicer then I expected, and it even had wash cloths which is unusual for a lower end hotel in S.E. Asia. The room was small but clean and comfortable. My transportation to and from the airport was in a nice van. They took me down some alleys to get there which may scare you if your a woman traveling alone. I would recommend, it s well worth the price. I don t think you will be disappointed!	Very good and easy.

The wait for transport was a bit long after 18 hours travel and return schedule is limited - 1 per hour!! Rooms are small but clean, and very good for an overnight (short) stay. Could be a bit noisy as people are coming/going all time. I would go there again based on low cost and convenience factor

However we found the noise of barking dogs and the constant noise of flights from the airport for a miserable night as we were not able to sleep. We would not recommend this hotel on this basis though if you can live with this all the noise it is a nice hotel.	We had a problem with the credit card declining not sure why but sawadee was very helpful to straighten it out with the use of the other credit card. Thanks so much.

Perhaps a few more channels could be added to cable TV? Just an observation. Great to walk down to the little jetty and watch the fish come up to feed. Perhaps I should have bought a bag (20Baht)of feed for them...? :) Restaurant was OK but wine was incredibly expensive!!! Perhaps they could buy a few of those 2 litre bottles (some are not too bad) and be able to serve glasses of wine at a half decent price?	Prompt response

A free prick-up from the aiport and very friendly staff in the hotel. Rooms are bright and clean and where including a decent breakfast. It s a perfect hotel for a stop-over in Bangkok !	Booking was very easy - just needed a creditcard and received a confirmation immediatly.

Room was clean and sufficient space. only thing i would like to share is that the staff needs to be more helpful and informative. this is must as the hotel is quite far from city and finding common neadful things is difficult. e.g Internet is charged as 100 Baht for 1 hour. another starnge thing is complementry airport transfer which is only one way. if you avail it from airport to Hotel then you need to pay 150 Baht per person while returning back to Airport. normaly meter taxi can charge less and that to 2 - 3 people can be accomodated. hence i recommend to take meter taxi while arrival at Hotel and use complementry coach while departure. if one has intention to stay only for one night in transit then this is good choice. the city is quite far. even to reach nearest Sky Train Station you need to pay 150 Baht to meter taxi.	quite good

It is a bed to sleep on for the night and not much more. Hotel is probably below most basic budget hotels. On the positive side it is only about 20 minutes to the airport at 5 am.	Godd as usual.

Was informed at last min that my flight s been canceled & shifted to next day, luckily room was available for another night. Hotel is way out of Bangkok town center, the closest skytrain station to access the city is On Nut - need to get taxi BHT140, but one taxi driver advised me to skip 3 stations to get to Longhor(??) station only BHT120; this is because of the good highway. Saves a lot of time too. Room at hotel is basic, clean - good enough for those in my situation. Restaurant downstairs I rate just ok . Bought my meal from town on 2nd day. Nothing special with the front desk service. To kill time - fed fish in front hotel & watched Arnold Schwazernegger film on tv (he speakes Thai!!). Dont mind coming back here for next short transit if any.	Other than not getting any sms as promised (I gave Malaysian mobile num),reliable as always. Appreciate it.
Elizabeth Loggains 2008-05-31 until 2008-06-01	Queen`s Garden Resort at River View, Airport - nearby Suvarnabhumi Staff was friendly, and helpful to get us a taxi to the bus terminal and since there was no elevator it was great for them to carry our bags up to the forth floor. Rooms were pretty standard, the bed comfortable; I liked having in room water boiler for making coffee. The a/c hardly worked, I took 2 cold showers in the less than 12 hours we were there. Even though the a/c was cranked to the max the room never cooled below 87F- made for a restless sleep. Not a great first night in Thailand, especially for the price, but not horrible. The airport pickup took a while, but it was nice not to have to get a taxi. Mediocre accomidations, great staff.	great- answered questions and made it all so simple- will use Sawadee again if we ever travel to Thailand again.--THANKS!

If you are staying there on your arrival, be sure to watch for their shuttle driver holding a sign for the hotel at the airport. In you get, and off you go. Very easy. The day of our departure, the porters came to our room, without being called, to collect our luggage for our return to the airport. Then, a five minute ride to the airport. Both times I ve stayed there the rooms have been clean and comfortable. It s also fun to walk over the little bridge to the temple area and feed the HUGE catfish. I will stay there again if I return to Bangkok	simple and easy.
Clifford Coffman 2008-05-28 until 2008-06-01	Queen`s Garden Resort at River View, Airport - nearby Suvarnabhumi Decent hotel for a short stay or stop over in Bangkok near the new She-wanna-boom Airport. Had to stay an additional two nights so made arrangements with the sweet gal on the night desk but unfortunately it seems that the day crew did not read the notes from the night crew. Anyway, small hassle but it got sorted out and they dinged me for an extra 150 baht by mistake. Oh well, this is Thailand after all. Room was just ok and very small. It was new and clean although the hot water never worked in the shower. I did not complain because frankly, it would have been futile no doubt. The water comes out warm even on the cold side of the equation. TIT. One major let down was the fact that there was no swimming pool to cool off in. The is a river (Klong) of sorts in the front of the hotel by I could not be persuaded to swim in it for fear of catching hepatitis A,B,D or Z. All in all, it was a uneventful stay at a reasonable price. Would stay here again if I was in a pinch for time and needed to be near the airport again. The hotel restaurant was sufficiently appointed and well serviced. Prices were just ok with the American Breakfast running around the 150 - 200 baht range. It consisted of 3 egg omelet, two pieces of toast, cottage cheese with fruit and coffee. Very basic and nothing to get excited about. At least I never became ill which is always a positive when in Bangkok. Until Next Time...C. Coffman	Sawadee was excellent as usual. Will use in perpetuity.

Room is very clean with cheap price. It is a right destination for travellers I took only 5 minutes from airport to the hotel. But there were a bit noisy in the early morning due to the local people and temple opposite the hotel.	Confirmation on booking request should be much more faster.
