Wong Hee Ling 2008-10-04	I-Residence, Bangkok, Silom Road / Narathivas Road Hotel was very chic. Room small but clean. Hot water was a problem - couldn t adjust (as stated by others). Location great. Staff at reception - not very informative and several times we had to ask the reception at the opposite hotel for information.	Efficient.

Raul Ante/Chen Ying 2008-08-29	I-Residence, Bangkok, Silom Road / Narathivas Road A comparetively new hotel, quite small but warm enough. The rooms are not big but good enough for two nights stay. Free mini bar. Breakfast was good but without yogurt. With subway station pretty close and 7-11 right downstairs. Around 80baht by taxi to the famous Koh San Road cuz it s actually the biz centre of Bangkok. The staffs are friendly. We enjoyed the stay.	No problem as usual.

Rooms are nice but a little small. The walls are very thin so you hear people in the neighbouring rooms, unfortunately. Staff is great and very helpful. Swimming pool was not yet finished but looks fabulous. A nice place to stay!	Very good.
Tan Yii Ying 2008-07-27 until 2008-08-02	I-Residence, Bangkok, Silom Road / Narathivas Road The hotel is very near to Chong Nonsi Station. No kidding - super convenient, with 7-Eleven at the corner, McCafe open 24hrs, good stalls nearby, safe area as near the main street. Room is very clean, bed is firm but comfortable (some hotels in BKK have very hard beds). Mini bar is FREE and refilled daily. Fast internet connection in every room and it s FREE.	Very good. Easy to use and confirmations received very quickly. Emails and SMSes were sent very quickly to me too. Rates are good (some others offer better rates but need to book very early).
KwokYuk Lin Christina 2008-07-18 until 2008-07-19	I-Residence, Bangkok, Silom Road / Narathivas Road location is great,just 2 minutes from BTS station,you can easily go to the central of bangkok city and save a lot of time to bargin with taxi driver. friendly staff and room is clean and new eventhough it s a bit small. it s much better if a mirror can be provide, anyway it s worth for what you pay.	easy access and efficient

The rooms were clean and serviced daily. The rooftop restaurant served good food although the service was slow, so don t expect to pop up there for a quick bite. Good value in good location.	Booking service very good.

The shower wasn t so pleasant as the water turned hot and cold from time to time. The room is clean and comfortable. Free minibar. Friendly staff and good service. Juz one thing bothering me that there was no mirror in the room.	Good.

A Miranda 2008-03-28 until 2008-03-30	I-Residence, Bangkok, Silom Road / Narathivas Road The hotel is new and we upgraded to a suite for 500 baht as we couldn t get a non smoking room with a double bed. The suite was well appointed and modern with a LCD TV and kitchenette. There was slight traffic noise at night and the toilet door swiveled in a funny direction. For everything else that the suite offered, there was no mirror in the room. The staff were very friendy and accomodating. The hotel location is really convenient with a BTS station just next door, but the taxi driver from the airport had trouble finding it. We would stay here again-good value overall.

Therefore, used the shower water instead. Also, construction of large office building next door. Very difficult for taxi s to find the hotel since it is on a small street. Staff is very good but the above has to be rectified before going back again. Otherwise, eventually it will be a super little place.

Everybody there seemed like they knew what they were doing and enjoyed helping me and the other guests. If I ever get back to Bangkok, I will certainly consider staying there again.	My friend in Thailand booked the hotel, so I don t know how that experience went.

cheah eu jin 2007-12-08 until 2007-12-11	I-Residence, Bangkok, Silom Road / Narathivas Road great place, and clean too... toilet may be a bit small, but nevertheless clean overall. near and convenient .. 3mins to BTS Chong nonsi the missus and i enjoyed throughly and would definitely go back again ! one issue.. theres only one entrance and one guard..anyone couldve come up.. also breakfast is just normal . 3 dishes, eggs, bread, croissant. but youre not meant to eat american bfast in bangkok rite...	good, excellent!

The hotel is only 2 minutes walk fron the Choang Nonsi skytrain station, rooms are tidy, staff is smiling and very kind (I got a very late check out at a very good price) When the rooftop swimming pool (now been built) will be ready I-Residence will be a perfect spot in the middle of the Silom area. Breakfast is not the most beutiful one I ve ever seen but I ve had much worst ones in more expensive hotels. One only remark: room aircon is quite noisy.	Perfect as usual, this is the 3rd time I m booking a hotel with Sawadee.com

Very friendly staff but do not know any english. Very poor poor breakfast. But overall very good since you are in Bangkok and you all you want to do is travel around and just need a clean and comfortable room to sleep.	Very smooth and very quick

The interior decoration of the room is also tasteful. You have to however bear with the water heater and the inadequate water pressure which make your shower less than enjoyable. Moreover, the buffet breakast offers far less choices than expected. Quite amazingly, the sliced fruits are placed in plastic boxes which are of the type that you would only use in your own fridge.	Easy to use and efficient.

richmond 2007-06-06 until 2007-06-09	I-Residence,, Silom Road / Narathivas Road For the price i paid (SGD$103) per night, I dont think it is worth the money due to the following reasons: 1. The water pressure in the room is poor. Takes a longer time to complete my shower 2. Currently, there is a building under construction that locates directly opposite i-residence. As early as 8am, I was awaken by the noise from the construction site. 3. The wall the separate my room and the room next door is hollow. I can hear the snoring of the guest next door. The only advantage for staying in I-residence is the location, which is very near to Chong Nongsi BTS.	Very good, I always booked my hotel through SAWADEE. Prompt service, never encounter any check in problem

Housekeeping is weird and when they made the bed can slip the remote control into the pillow case ...! Front Desk ok and air con ok... poor breakfast and lack of facilities...The LCD TV is of no voice for some channels...Taxi driver did not know about the hotel..so just tell them chong nonsi bts is much better	good as usual...

Very nice rooms with some details that makes this hotel stand out compared to other hotels. The design of the hotel and the staff at the hotell makes you remember your stay here. Its not just another hotel, it s the small details that makes you feel that this is a new experience. Have wired broadband connections in all rooms. Free minibar! Good service. 50 meters to nearest BTS Skytrain station. Taxi drivers had problems finding the hotel, but found out that the best way was to not tell them the name of the hotel. Just ask them to take you to Chong Nonsi BTS station, then you are at the right place.	I booked the hotel at an internet cafe the day before, and got very quick respons and confirmation from Sawadee. The only thing missing was an adress for the hotel. Got a phone number but this seemed to be the wrong number.

The hotel is less than 50 metres away from the Chong Nonsi BTS; a stop from Sala Daeng BTS which is where Silom Rd and the infamous Soi 4 & Patpong are; and 3 stops from Siam BTS where the heart of shopping is. Perhaps the hotel is only 2 months old, so the room is clean and smelled freshly painted. Value for money. Housekeeping and the rooftop breakfast can be improved.	Quick and efficient. It was a last minute trip and I got my confirmation within 10 min via sms. The follow-up sms and emails were really prompt and detailed. Very happy with service.

	I-Residence, Bangkok, Silom Road / Narathivas Road Excellent location, especially for those who are looking for night life. The shower in room 207 wasn t so pleasant as the water turned hot and cold from time to time. Recommend you to bring your own ammenity too, the provided one was rather lousy. Also you could hear the loud noise of water running through the pipe frequently. If you are not a sensitive person, I would recommend this hotel to you.	The online booking service is efficient.
