The airport pick up service was also great, with a friendly face waiting to pick me up from the airport making it a very stress free stay in Bangkok.	Easy to use and efficient.

It Just makes it as an over night hotel it is very worn halls are pretty dark and dingey and the carpet in our room was pretty sticky?? beds were Ok bu must admit to checking sheets etc to see if clean - They were however I have not had the urge to do this before. It is about a 30- 40 minute drive from Airport to hotel. To get to the central shopping centre it is definately a drive. Would I go back - probably not as it was not as close to the airport as I would have liked.	Fantastic as always

Hotel located just 25 minutes from the new airport, meter taxi around 300 bat. Room was spacious, well air conditioned with complimentary snacks and water. Bathroom equiped in shampoo, shower gel, tooth paste and tooth brush. we had a lovely meal in the restaurant with a view on the swimming pool that looked beatuiful all lighten up at night. Breakfats in the morning was buffet type, opened from 6.30 so if you have flight at around this time you may want to speak to room service and arrange a packed meal with them maybe. I choose the room as it was a last night of our stay in Bangkok and it was very handy for our morning flight.	Very good as usual

For the price, it was a top hotel...the rooms were very comfortable, clean, and the view from the room overlooking Bangkok was great. The staff were very polite and spoke English, the cleaning staff did a great job, and the food was excellent. The breakfast was always very good.	It was very easy to book online, there were no problems, and the pricing was excellent.

The staff was nice and helpful, we have never before had our glases of beer being filled when they were almost emtpy,and then the waiter went backwards to his position,thereby never turning his back to us!!! We would say that this more or less a stopover hotel, due to fact that the neighbourhood is not all that great and it is a long way a way from the city center.	Nice,safe and fast as we found it to be with every hotel that booked through Sawadee.

Gute Wahl in Bangna (in der Naehe der Messe). Aber: Weiter Weg bis ins Stadtzentrum und ca. 20 bis 30 Minuten bis zum Flughafen.

There were 3 couples in our group and we were all delighted with the friendly service, the good size and cleanliness of the rooms and in particular the excellent food served in the restaurant. Very good value too.It was slightly further from the airport then we were led to believe from the brochure but was an easy journey and not as far as going right into Bangkok. The taxi service was also very good. The hotel had all we needed, with a shop, a coffee and lovely swimming pool. Staff excellent. A very nice welcome to Thailand.	we used for the first time this year and made a total of 5 hotel bookings in January. Each one was very efficient and all ran like clockwork on the whole trip of 3 weeks. Would definately use again. delighted with the ease of the web site and very quick, more or less instant, response each time. Well done to all the staff. thank you

The rooms had moist carpet, all expences at restaurant and bar added 10% service charge. The restaurant food was bad as well as the service in the restaurant!!	Good and reliable as allways

The Thai oil Massage for 300 Baht was real value for money. The one bad thing it s a long way from the airport and or skytrain station, 7 o clock in the afternoon it took 45 minutes, to get from the airport and even at 3 a.m. still took 25 minutes to get back to the airport. It also is a full 20 minutes to the closest Skytrain Station.	As always worked like a charm. Simple smooth and no problems

The room was clean and quiet, ok for one night stay and the location was good as the hotel is situated directly on the motorway so it took as less than 30 min to get to the airport.

Brand new TV´s in the rooms, balcony, free fitness and swimming pool, dining at the pool, hiot sauna (80 Baht), great hotel and definetly recomment it. Not far from the Suvarnabhumi airport.	RES24ASIA is a great booking website for Thailand, like Sawasdee, only a bit faster and better overview of regions and hotels. I recommend Res24asia.com to anyone.

No need to head into Bangkok when you arrive in Thailand since its not far from the airport. Its really a great hotel with pool, fitness, sauna and a large breakfast buffet. I absolutely recommend the AVANA and Res24asia.com for the fast and simple booking that they offer.	Res24asia.com has been a great source for my travels to Thailand. I will book through them again next time.

While the relocation of the airport can partly explain its price hike, their renovations over the years have only affected common areas (pool, lobby, etc.); a lot more needs to be done inside the guest rooms before they can claim to have truly upgraded the place (not to mention increasing the number of elevators - waits are often annoyingly long). I really only stay here due to proximity to airport and relatives living in Bang Na. There are similarly priced hotels in Silom and other conveniently located parts of the city that I would certainly recommend over the Avana. That said, this is a decent hotel, with a nice pool area, very friendly and helpful staff and conveniently located near the airport.	Flawless as usual.

Hotel is not easy to get to, a mosquito haven, lots of stray cats, service is really bad, staff very unhelful, no towels, staff agreed to a rate one day and upped price next day. A bad experience all round.	Excellent as always, recommend Sawadee to anyone.

Rooms are clean. The balcony is not safe for children and drunk people, it has a quite a low fence. Location not far from the new airport, for shopping you need to take a taxi, no shops in in walking distance. It s a suitable location for one of the last days of your holiday.	Works fine

From the new airport, take about 20 min but can be up to 30 min, if traffic jam. Very good if you like to take a break after or before long fly. Very close to big shoping center, that have so many good reataurants and wonderful spa! I will come back to Avana for sure, when I visit Bangkok next time!	Safe and easy!

Nothing special and the hotel is really far from everything but really acceptable for what we paid for. We checked out early therefore cannot comment on the breakfast. The restaurant was nice and cheap, very friendly people that spoke English well. Not so the front desk - some of the people did not understand at all what we wanted from them. It took us 1 hour from the old airport to the hotel but the fare was reasonable - 450 baht fixed price from the airport. The new airport was only 20 min. at 05:00 in the morning with the hotel shuttle (150 baht/person). Taxi could have been cheaper but maybe less reliable. Nothing much to do in the area, the hotel is way off; but food in the hotel was good and we needed to stay only for a night to go back home the next morning. Minimart and Coffee shop on site was a plus, there is a pool as well, even massage for a good price. All in all we were satisfied for the money we spend.	Booking was very easy online using a credit card. Confirmation was send immediately - nice service. Back home we missing Thailand already a lot!!!

Staff is friendly and speack quite good english. I ll stay here again if needed.	Easy, safe and fast. It was my first time and didn t find any problem. I will use it again.

This hotel is in definite need of a make over. I only stayed one night for my return flight the next morning to the United States. It had all the amenities for a great last night in Bangkok. Laundry facilities would have been nice, so that I could take home clean clothes. The hotel has a beauty salon and even a mini mart. The bathroom in my room didn t look too bad, until I went to take a shower. There was so much mildew on the tile, I chose to take a sink bath instead. The hallways are very dark, which did not give a secure feeling. It is about a 30 minute drive from the new Bangkok airport. I chose to hire a taxi driver for 300 THB, very reasonable. Although the hotel is not close to anything, the Front Desk personnel are more than happy to arrange taxi service for you at a reasonable fare. Other hotels in the area are very expensive. For just one night this was a good value.	I always use Sawadee.com for my travel arrangements in Thailand. They are efficient and a secure method of payment is used.

Rooms ok for the price, aircon a bit noisy, breakfast ok. Had a problem with the pick up service that I booked in advance - the driver didn t show up at the airport and made me wait for almost 20 minutes. After looking for him around the airport I eventually called the hotel and he came. Then he got lost on the way and at one point we were even going with reverse gear on the highway. That meant another delay of 15-20 minutes... It was past midnight, so I obviously got quite upset with all that.	Amazingly effcient, as usual.

The hotel is for one night ok. Nothing arround the hotel. Good pool and restaurant. Rooms are a little bit tatty, aircondition is not so good. The hotel offers a shuttle bus at 5.00 am, 7.00 am and 9.00 am to the airport for 150 baht/person. Other times will cost 600 Baht/car, so than it is better to take a taximeter. Transfertime 30 Minutes

Shuttle bus available to the airport as early as 5am only costs 150 Baht. Had a swimming pool and massage parlor but we did not have time to visit them. 60 Baht took us to the closest Skytrain station so it is out of the way but easy to get into the city as well.

The staff are very helpful and friendly and as I was leaving too early in a.m. for breakfast, they packed me a sandwich. Also a lovely pool where you can enjoy a light meal. I would definitely recommend.	Sawadee does a fantastic job. Very efficient. Highly recommended.

The pool is really lovely, there s a fitness room (air-con) with tread mills if you like to run. The restaurant is decent (plus big free breakfast buffet) and you can even get massages. Unfortunately my massage experience wasn t great- the masseueses chatted non stop and I had to ask 3-4 times to get what I wanted, but I m a massage snob. For a stopover hotel relatively close to the airport- definately recommended. I m sure its cheaper than hotels in town, but not sure how cenral it would be if you are vacationing in Bangkok???	Fine

Big clean room and bathroom. Nice swimming pool and good pool restaurant. You can order a taxi by meter that is cheaper then the shuttle bus.	Quick and helpfull. No problems at all. Would book via Sawadee again!
