Feng An-Jen 2008-11-16	Nanatai Mansion, Sukhumvit Road, Soi 04 (Nana) It s a nice, clean place and within budget. It s far from NANA BTS station, however, Hotel provides free tutu car service taking customers to the entrance of soi 4.	good
Myles Dickenson 2008-10-30	Nanatai Mansion, Sukhumvit Road, Soi 04 (Nana) The Nanatai mansion (situated at the southern end of soi 4) is a budget hotel with useful amenities including a snooker room,swimming pool,gym,massage centre and restaurant Although the room i stayed in was dated it was large ,clean and air conditioned with a shower over bath. The free Tuk-Tuk to Sukhumvit Road and return was a bonus as it is a long walk, Reception staff were friendly and helpful and safety deposit located next to reception in lobby was handy

Peter Bradon 2008-07-14 until 2008-07-16	Nanatai Mansion, Sukhumvit Road, Soi 04 (Nana) This hotel is really past it now and needs a complete upgrade. The room was really smelly with the aircon leaking and dripping on the carpet, bulbs don t work, towels and sheets are threadbare. The staff don t seem to care, day staff smile but do nothing, the night staff are particularly rude. Yet they are still charging the same price as any of the newer, much nicer and more convienient hotels on the same street. I won t stay here again.
Malcolm Grey 2008-05-23 until 2008-05-24	Nanatai Mansion, Sukhumvit Road, Soi 04 (Nana) Although the hotel could do with a full redecoration programme the rooms are clean and the staff very polite. The buffet breakfast was also ok. To summarise, a good choice for 1 or 2 nights, near enough to all the nightlife but at the quiet end of Soi 3.	As ever, fast and efficient, keep up the good work, thank you.

Restaurant and room service is fine. Checking-in can be speedier with pre filled computer print-outs requiring signatures only if booking and payments have already been made through agents (eg.sawadee).	good and efficient

Employees are very helpful, housekeeping was good. The breakfast buffet is fine if you enjoy COLD food in the morning. They try, but for the price don t expect a 5 star hotel.	Sawadee.com was terrific. No problems at all. I walked in handed my email voucher and they handed me a room key.

So we said that we wanted to check out, the manager showed us another room on the first floor but the room smelled like urin, totally disgusting. And the man who showed us the room were really drunk. So we left the hotel and checked in at another hotel instead. we payed for two nights that we didn´t use but we could´t get even a small amount of money back. SO I REALLY DON´T RECOMMEND this hotel!!!!	good

Dirty rooms, always dirty plates in hallway, although no problem with security I noticed a few safes that had been broken into. Extra 500 baht per night for guests. Breakfast was basic even by thai standards. I would suggest to look alsewhere.	Great!

Colin Webb 2007-02-27 until 2007-03-03	Nanatai Mansion, Sukhumvit Road, Soi 04 (Nana) I don t understand the adverse comments on this hotel.I stayd at this hotel three times during March 07 and have no complaints I made use of all the facilities including the taxi and tuk tuk services.Also the staff were polit and courteous, I might add that I ve been visiting Thailand for forty years and for the price ,the Nanatai is more than adaquate.To you people complaining I suggest you check the competition that charge similar prices.	very good

It is far away from the Main street, but you can take a motorbike taxi for something like 10 Bath and therefore not a real problem and the advantage of this is, that it is relatively quiet. The personal try to do their best to be friendly but all in all the price relation is not the best, because of the lack of the rooms. I would take this hotel, ir I find nothing else, but only than.	Very good, also short term booking was managed excellent.

The rooms are old and in need of renovation but are large. The staff were excellent. There is a pool that is not in bad shape so that was also nice. I ve stayed here twice but out of necessity and not desire. There is better hotels for the baht in the area.	Good as always.

Can do better but ok if the rest are full. PB hotel in suhkumvit road always have rooms 750bht a night but not keen on arabs e.t.c.	good if you dont have help from thai friends

Staff and breakfast ok.Would only reccomend this hotel to single men who want to be near the action and dont care where they sleep.	Very good

Jack Hunter 2005-11-25 until 2005-12-05	Nanatai Mansion, Sukhumvit Road, Soi 04 (Nana) Dont stay there. breakfast included is 1 egg 1 thin slice of ham on a small hamburger bun and a coffee. service is lousy your made to feel that your imposing on the help.Ipaid for 9 days stayed 2 and left NO REFUND.	Sawadee is not to blame the hotel that wanted was fully booked at the time. Iwill always use SAWADEE TO BOOK MY ROOMS.
Lily Cheung 2005-11-15 until 2005-11-29	Nanatai Mansion, Sukhumvit Road, Soi 04 (Nana) The hotel were very far. The hotel staff (reception) were not friendly at all. The greetings were not friendly. The breakfast were not good as the selections were very limited. It was cold and the service was terrible. Prior to my checking out I were given one options which were that I take the limousine for 500bht otherwise I will have to find my own meter taxi. Now, if I were a man it would be a different story. I found that the lady farang (westerners) were treated differently from the man. There are always dirty dishes left outside the hallway. I had confronted the front desk but of course they reluctant to understand me. The rooms were clean but not what I expected. There were lots of cobwebs. Although, it was reasonable but I would not stay there again. I would stay and recommend Nana hotel to others. The only friendly service that I felt comfortable with was the tour services, the ladies were very personable and very friendly more then I can say about the reception staff.	The bookings were good. No negative comments.
