About the hotel:
Positive i) Located at heart of city ii) Attached restaurant. iii) Big rooms Negative i) Ask any question at reception and they will willingly surrender it to Taxi touts. We got quite irritated on last day when we wanted to find out direction to walk to a spot which was hardly 1 km away. All the reception crew did was to keep mum and private taxi drivers Hijacked reception. I would suggest them to keep private taxi drivers out of their front desk ii) older layout and design of rooms.

Very comfortable even though the price was cheap. Most of the staff were polite and helpful. Did face some problem in communicating with some of them in English. Overall I am very satisfied.

About the hotel:
Although in need of refurbishment the rooms are clean and ok for a night or two. However some money does need to be spent especially on the bathroom fittings such as shower head brackets and sink plugs, and upgrading the lighting, as the rooms are too dim.

It s a nice, clean place and within budget. It s far from NANA BTS station, however, Hotel provides free tutu car service taking customers to the entrance of soi 4.
