Siam Heritage Boutique Suites, Surawongse Road Tres chouette hotel. Le personel est tres gentil, la localisation parfaite, non loin du metro et du BTS, proche de silom, patpong et lumpini. A recommamder !! D ailleurs nous y retournons en fin de sejour thailandais. |
parfait |

Siam Heritage Boutique Suites, Surawongse Road The hotel is a lovely authentic Thai abode. We loved the wonderful teak furniture, doors and floors. Everything was very clean, the bed comfortable and the service very good. The staff were courteous and helpful and the breakfast was good. The only thing disturbing was the noise from the street until way into the morning, but that is Bangkok. We certainly would like to stay again. |
Easy and quick. Thanks |

Siam Heritage Boutique Suites, Surawongse Road This hotel is very well decorated with a nice bar on the roof with a swimming pool. But the executive room I have booked was a little too small. |
No problem with the bookin service |

Siam Heritage Boutique Suites, Surawongse Road We just come back from bangkok and we have a very pleasure stay at siam heritage hotel. This is a small hotel but very lovely and clean. They have a nice thai decoration eveywhere in this hotel. The location is very convenience for shopping. There is en exchange service in front of the hotel. Also there is a small restaurant at the hotel. The staff are kindly and helpful. On the rooftop of the building is a nice small swimming pool and small bar . Also there is a spa on the rooftop as well. When you ariive you can get the welcome drink on the 9th floor( rooftop) . The breakfast is also lovely and enough in my opinion for small hotel. We shall book this hotel again next trip. |

Siam Heritage Boutique Suites, Surawongse Road It is a good place to enjoy our holidays in Bangkok! Good location, good room, good stuff, good swimming spool and good breakfast. But there are something could be proved better about the air condition smelled with smoke and the unpalatable welcome drink ! |

Siam Heritage Boutique Suites, Surawongse Road nice clean hotel centrally located - staff were all very pleasnt - breakfast could be upgraded but all in all good hotel and i will probably stay again when in bangkok |
booking service was plesant to deal with however they arranged for a car service and i had to seek them out which i found to be unacceptable for a paid a preium not to have to wait or search for my car - waited an hour and finally i was greated only after other service made a couple of calls on my behalf
unacceptable |

Siam Heritage Boutique Suites, Surawongse Road The location for the gay scene in Silom is pretty much perfect and it s only 50ms from Tawan bar. I had dinner in the restaurant on the ground floor and it was excellent. The roof top bar and pool is small but cute and pleasant. The Executive Room I stayed in was OK - big comfortable bed, wireless internet (about €5 a day), HBO on TV, no tub in bathroom but a large shower with an amazing massage jet. The room was a little jaded and the slippers provided were DIRTY (bleuch) so I stayed in my flip flops. But I still liked the room all the same. The staff were really friendly and helpful and I met the owner who was a real sweetheart. There s a block of apartments just being completed (May 08) behind the hotel which interfered with my sleep in the mornings but by Autumn 08 that should all be done. You can also walk to the Skytrain which is about 10 mins away down colourful, busy, bustling streets. If luxury is what you are used to don t stay here but if a charming, slightly jaded hotel is your thing then you ll really like this place. |
Fast, efficient - couldn t be better. |

Siam Heritage Boutique Suites, Surawongse Road Very pleased, lovely hotel, helpful staff, well located near Sky Train, thriving night market. Small but pleasant roof-top pool and bar, massage center (also walking distance to Ruen Nuad Massage, a city favorite). We would happily return. |
Excellent, efficient service. |
| Peter Freid 2008-04-20 until 2008-04-23 |
Siam Heritage Boutique Suites, Surawongse Road Good location and the room was clean and quiet. Would certainly stay there next time in Bangkok |

| Arndt Weidemann 2008-03-21 until 2008-03-22 |
Siam Heritage Boutique Suites, Surawongse Road I can really recommend the Siam Heritage. It is very clean and the staff are friendly. The location is very convenient, close to Metro and highway. Hence, travel from and to airport is efficient. I do hope they keep this standard! |
easy, convenient, reliable, safe! |
| Zhao Nan 2008-03-14 until 2008-03-15 |
Siam Heritage Boutique Suites, Surawongse Road Hotel is smaller that what we expected, but really nice room. The construction site just near by and the swimming pool is really small sit on the 9th floor. The hotel service is excellent and they did a lot help for us as we stored our luggage there. The breakfast is good. The hotel is really convinent to go to everyplace and we found is just near the night club. |
Excellent. No problem at all. |
| David Michael Daly 2008-03-08 until 2008-03-11 |
Siam Heritage Boutique Suites, Surawongse Road Very nice, tastefully-decorated hotel in the midst of one of the grittier tourist areas in town. Morning breakfast was very good, staff were efficient and helpful, room was comfortable and it was just a 5-minute walk to the nearest BTS station. Only downside was the constant sound of construction going on all around the area from early morning til late at night. It s likely the construction will continue for several more months. |
Great! Very efficient. My 2nd time using Sawadee for Thailand hotel reservations and the reason why I decided to use this website again. |
| Manfred Krieger 2008-03-03 until 2008-03-06 |
Siam Heritage Boutique Suites, Surawongse Road The stay was a most pleasant one. Staff very friendly and helpful. Location great. Short walk to BTS Skytrain to get any everywhere. Very good is possibility to have shower, when flight leaves late. Will go there again. |
Booking without any problems. |
| Sten Wase 2008-02-23 until 2008-02-24 |
Siam Heritage Boutique Suites, Surawongse Road Very nice hotel with excellent staff. Good rooms and good location. It was our first stay but not the last. If you are going to Bangkok, take this hotel. Strongly recommend it!! |
Good site and good pricing |
| Raukko 2008-02-10 until 2008-02-14 |
Siam Heritage Boutique Suites, Surawongse Road Room was big and clean, bathroom was excellent. Staff was very friendly. Only disapointment was the pool area. With two children we waited more. Pool was small, pool area was not really good place to spend time. Photos on the site gave very different picture. |
Great as always. |
| John Burridge 2008-02-08 until 2008-02-09 |
Siam Heritage Boutique Suites, Surawongse Road I arrived much earlier than expected but the hotel provided me with a welcome drink while they readied my room. The room was comfortable, quiet and had every facility including tea and coffee making. The staff were extremely helpful even writing out instructions in Thai for taxi drivers. The hotel location is ideal with the airport express bus stopping outside and the air train a short walk away. Enjoyed my brief stay very much and would stay there again. |
Crisp and efficient even when my first choice hotel was not available. Their substitute choice was first rate and their documentation prompt and thorough. Would not hesitate to use them again. Website is easy to use. |
| Eva M Grodberg 2008-02-02 until 2008-02-03 |
Siam Heritage Boutique Suites, Surawongse Road Exactly what I was expecting from the pictures and the positive reviews. Based on the negative comments here I was nervously anticipating loud A/C unit and loud noise in hallway (deisel-truck loud A/C units were a theme of my last trip to Thailand, even in top hotels) and experienced neither. Wonderful service, nice rooms, good selection of breakfast food. The location near the Skytrain and subway is excellent. |
My first experience with sawadee.com and everything went smoothly and efficiently. Booked my own room for night before joining a group and was worried I would have to run back from Chatuchak to check out and change rooms, but no - everything was seamless!
Kob kun ka Apple! |

Siam Heritage Boutique Suites, Surawongse Road Hotel was very good. Helpful staff; charming, large rooms; reasonable price; clean and quiet. The hotel is in the Patpong area close to markets and good restaurants and an easy walk to the BTS. Nice breakfast room. |
Booking service excellent. |
| nicola stanley 2008-01-20 until 2008-01-23 |
Siam Heritage Boutique Suites, Surawongse Road If you want to stay in a hotel in Bangkok that is central, clean and reasonably priced I would recommend Siam Heritage. Although I only stayed for a few nights I can think of no complaints and would definitely stay there again. |
Efficient. No complaints |
| Peter Mihos 2008-01-15 until 2008-01-18 |
Siam Heritage Boutique Suites, Surawongse Road The hotel was in a good location to the Patpong Markets. It is close (about 10 mins walk) to the Skytrain and Metro. The hotel is well kept and offer a complimentary drink on arrival and a free 15 minute massage. I recommend the massage and they do not push you to stay on further and pay for it. The pool is a little small but does the job. Good size spa, however. Breakfast is pretty good too with a wide variety of food to choose from. Sometimes the bacon was overcooked but still okay. |
Fantastic and trustworthy. Will book through them in future. |
| BJorn Admeus 2007-12-28 until 2007-12-29 |
Siam Heritage Boutique Suites, Surawongse Road Great hotel with friendly staff! Very nice rooms and a nice pool area. Definitly recomend this hotel. |

Siam Heritage Boutique Suites, Surawongse Road The proper location to stay few days in Bangkok, at an average level of standard. Very clean, very quiet staff. |
Very good as usual. To be used as soon as possible. |
| Kristy Robinson 2007-12-13 until 2007-12-15 |
Siam Heritage Boutique Suites, Surawongse Road Siam Heritage is a great hotel! It is perfectly located to Patpong, great restaurants and shopping! The hotel itself is gorgeous, with beautiful rooms, generous staff and nice food! Would def recommend this hotel and would stay there again if I was to return to Bangkok! |

| Andrew Wright 2007-12-06 until 2007-12-08 |
Siam Heritage Boutique Suites, Surawongse Road Comfortable hotel but alot of building currently going on around the hotel. Nice if somewhat small pool and bar area on the 9th floor. Excellent transport links to all of Bangkoks attractions. |
|
| Finn Jakobsen 2007-11-26 until 2007-11-29 |
Siam Heritage Boutique Suites, Surawongse Road Very helpful staff. The rooms on the lower levels suffer from noise from construction works on the plot behind the hotel, which is not exactly what you are looking for. Staff was very helpful to give us a less noise infected room, when we discovered the situation from the first room we had. Perfect breakfast. |
Very good |
| Richard Olofson 2007-11-11 until 2007-11-13 |
The Siam Heritage Boutique Suites, Surawongse Road I am a repeat customer. Perfect location for adults. Lots of shopping and night life. Close to Sky Train and Underground. |
I ve used sawadee.com once a year for the last five years. Absolutely never a problem! I highly recommend their services. |
| Richard Olofson 2007-11-02 until 2007-11-07 |
The Siam Heritage Boutique Suites, Surawongse Road Great location and value for the money. In the center of the night life and easy access to the underground and sky train. This was my third year staying here. If you are looking for a tropical pool to relax at, that this is not the hotel for you. Pictures are deceiving. Hotel is very clean, wireless internet and kind staff. |
Absolutely super service. This was my 5th year using sawadee.com - Thank You! |
| Derrick Pereira 2007-10-26 until 2007-10-27 |
The Siam Heritage Boutique Suites, Surawongse Road We wish we d stayed more than one night at Siam heritage. We enjoyed our brief stay at this hotel...right from the complimentary massage during check in to the gorgeous Thai slippers available for sale at the hotel lobby (a tad more expensive than the ones available everywhere else in Bangkok, but definitely of much higher quality). Good location right on Surawong Street close to saladaeng skytain station as well as seedy patpong. the staff are super friendly, the rooms are very nicely decorated...clean and spacious, the toilet has toilet paper as well as a small spray shower at the side (I am annoyed at hotels that have toilets with just tissue paper...highly inconvenient for most Asian guests who need water in toilets too...and I am not talking about the sink). Nice looking pool though we didn t have time to use it. Good breakfast but the food in the hotel restaurant was not that great. Will definitely choose this hotel again the next time we are in Bangkok |
no problems.thanks sawadee. |
| John Macri 2007-10-14 until 2007-10-15 |
The Siam Heritage Boutique Suites, Surawongse Road Great location for patpong markets, spacious rooms, excellent breakfast. pool not so great but overall well worth the price. |
very fast and efficient, no problems here |
| Sandra Dierstein 2007-08-10 until 2007-08-12 |
Siam Heritage, Surawongse Road This was our 2nd stay at the Siam Heritage (last one was 3 years ago) and nothing has changed. The rooms are still clean and nicely furnished in typical dark wood Thai style. At check-in we were given a voucher for a welcome drink and a voucher for a 15 minutest head and shoulder massage at their spa, which was really nice. Staff is friendly although their english is not very good so that it might be tricky if they would have to sort out complicated things. Breakfast was absolutely fine and much better than expected after having read the previous reviews. There are cereals, fruits, different types of breads, warm dishes such as Asian noodles, curries, pancakes, bacon. There is a chef who freshly prepares egg dishes such as omelette, scramled eggs, etc. Hotel location is just off Patpong night market. It s about 10 mins walk to the train station and most sites are accessible within 15 mins by taxi. Nearly all banks have ATM s close to the hotel. Furthermore there is a 7-11 close by as well as a small supermarkets, a drugstore and an optician (good prices). The only annoying thing was that a lot of taxi drivers refused to use the meter and were asking horrendous prices for rides, so that it happened that we went on and off the cab a few times until we managed to find a cab that was willing to use the meter. Despite being close to Patpong, the hotel is not noisy at night, so no problem to sleep. The hotel has a small pool that is very nice as it surrounded by a tropical garden. You can order food on the rooftop bar. Food quality and taste was very good although quite pricey compared to surrounding restaurants. There are numerous massage shops around the hotel. Massages are really cheap and very good. |
Booking was very easy. We had to pay a deposit at first and the remaining sum later. All was very easy! |
| Ana Boulton 2007-07-29 until 2007-08-02 |
Siam Heritage, Surawongse Road The hotel is very charming, nice and clean. Very close to Patpong night market and only 10 minutes walking from Suam Lum Night Bazar in Lumpini Park. Breakfast was also very good and complete. The only bad? thing is that the swiming pool was very small, but nice also. |
Perfect, very quick. |

Siam Heritage, Surawongse Road one of the best so far.just like the pictures, the staff was friendly, the service was outstanding.,now i know where to go when i want a few day s in bangkok. |
easy and reliable. |
| Diane Elliott 2007-04-12 until 2007-04-17 |
Siam Heritage, Surawongse Road This hotel was a 2 minute walk from Patpong night markets and 7 minute walk to the BTS. Rooms were modern and roomy but very dark. View was a concrete wall. There was no tea and coffee making facilities. Pool was on the rooftop, very small with about 8 deckchairs around it. There was a bar and garden area with a few tables near the pool. Room service and restaurant food were extremely overpriced. Staff friendly but often had difficulty communicating. The men working on the tour information desk were very annoying always trying to find out what you were doing so that they could sell you a tour etc. Overall a nice hotel for the price. |
Quick and easy |

Excellent |
| Stefan Buerzle 2007-03-18 until 2007-03-20 |
Siam Heritage, Surawongse Road Great hotel, great oasis of silence in fantastic location. Only one question remains: Where are the 160 euro we had deposited in the hotel safe at the reception? It is a mystery we didn t get an answer on . . . |
very reliable and comfortable |
| Steven Cohen 2007-02-22 until 2007-02-23 |
Siam Heritage, Surawongse Road The location of this hotel is fantastic - right next to pat pong market. the staff were so friendly and helpful that they even let us use the pool and their safe facilities after we checked out. the rooms are very nice and clean but no views. the breakfast room is very charming and has thai flavour, the rooftop pool, spa and jacuzzi was fabulous. i would dfinitely stay here agin - such good value for money. |
excellent, but we booked a shuttle to pick us up from the airport but they did not arrive. after that thought the shuttle company wrote a fax to us apologizing profusely for the inconvenience, which was much appreciated. to make it up to us they collected us and took us to the airport instead. |
| Stan Pisarek 2007-02-16 until 2007-02-20 |
Siam Heritage, Surawongse Road Excellant hotel, nice decor, good pool, good breakfast, handy area to Patpong and access to the MRT and subway . Short cheap taxi ride to the night life. Nice staff |
Very good |
| Shelley Hartley 2007-01-26 until 2007-01-28 |
Siam Heritage, Surawongse Road We stayed here for two nights at the end of our holiday after two weeks travelling the islands. It is right in the thick of it a stones throw from the market and all else Patpong has to offer. We feel that the photos of the rooms are a little misleaading. The room was a disappointment, the beds are against the wall of the corridor and the door to the one side, making for quite a noisey night. The restaurant was good as was the buffet breakfast. |
Superb. Never a problem. |
| Roel van den Berkmortel 2006-11-22 until 2006-11-24 |
Siam Heritage, Surawongse Road Very good hotel. Clean room an VERY friendly staff. Hotel location was excellent, right next to Patpong nightmarket. |
simple and good. |
| Justine 2006-10-30 until 2006-11-02 |
Siam Heritage, Surawongse Road Nice little hotel - eventhough right next to Patpong, still very quiet and hidden away from the busy nightlife. Good location and staff were very nice. Rooms very comfortable, only bad thing was the very noisy and loud A/C unit. All in all, good value for money. |
|
| Mr.Jimmy Tan 2006-10-21 until 2006-10-23 |
Siam Heritage, Surawongse Road The service by the staff were great. The executive room I had was really very Lanna Thai deco..which I liked. It s a nice and convenient boutique hotel to stay very comfortable. |
As usual sawadee.com can do no wrong..no problem upon check in |
| Jackie Lee 2006-08-19 until 2006-08-22 |
Siam Heritage, Surawongse Road Dissappointing for the price. This place is well located close to Phat Pong market but is small, dark and looks far more glamourous on the website that it actually is. The bed was confortable but the decor seems tired and the room was a little dirty. The pool was small, but was on the roof deck and was ok, though the Chlorine level in the pool was astonishingly strong so that 10 minutes of swimming was about all we could take. |
Great |
| William Mizera 2006-07-21 until 2006-07-26 |
The Siam Heritage, Surawongse Road The staff and service at the Siam Heritage hotel was excellent. A quaint little hotel with very clean rooms, small but wonder roof-top pool that was relaxing, refreshing and enjoyable at the end of the day. Great location near skytrain and Lumpini Park. I would highly recommend it. |
Some confusion as to my arrival date but the problem was rectified. |
| Jennifer Peabody 2006-07-16 until 2006-07-19 |
The Siam Heritage, Surawongse Road This hotel was beautiful and clean and had a great location. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. I would definately recommend this hotel and will stay in it again. |
Great! |
| Mokhtar Aftat 2006-06-30 until 2006-07-05 |
The Siam Heritage, Surawongse Road The location of this hotel is very good. It s close to evrything, night life, shopping, etc. The staff at the hotel are very nice and helpful. Outside my executive room I stayed in, which has nothing executive about it (run-down furniture, too small for two people, no view), the rest of the hotel is very cosy and pretty furnished in Thai style. At the reception they have very little information about where one can go, no brochures, and their hotel address card they give you when you check in is in English, which nobody in the streets of Bangkok understands. The name of the hotel is unknown to all taxi drivers. All in all, our stay was just acceptable, too expensive for what we were given. I don t think we would stay in this hotel once again. |
No problem booking. However, once we booked and paid, I wrote many e-mails to this booking service about how to insert these comments in their web site. Unfortunately nobody bothered to reply until today, July 6. It is not clear at all from their hotel review web page how to do it without having to go through the unnecessary ordeal of asking. |
| Caroline Parker 2006-02-13 until 2006-02-16 |
The Siam Heritage, Surawongse Road This was our first stay in Bangkok for my husband, myself and our 17 year old son. Room was on the small side with no view, but really cosy and well decorated in very traditional way.The safety deposit box was not screwed to the wall, which was a bit of a worry. The shower room was roomy and again well appointed with nice touches, such as hairdryer in its own Siam Heritage pouch. All very clean and well maintained. But the jewel in the crown of this small hotel has to be the bijou swimming pool, jacuzzi and bar area on the roof, like a lush Thai garden, a real oasis away from the hot madness of the city. Found the staff reasonably helpful if a little strange, and breakfast service a bit disorganised and chaotic. Hotel well situated for Skytrain and also Patpong as well as large Macdonalds for teenage son with burger withdrawal symptoms! Would definitely stay here again if rooms available - felt very secure. |
Very efficient |
