IAN MARTIN JAFFE 2008-11-16	Swissotel Nai Lert Park Bangkok, Wireless Road What a pleasure to stay at this wonderful hotel set in the most beautiful garden. All the staff were friendly and gave us excellent service. The breakfast was outstanding. Only a ten minute walk from the BTS Phloen Chit Station. Hope to stay at the Swissotel Nai Lert Park Hotel again in the not too distant future.	Excellent as usual!
Carol Ellis 2008-09-03	Swissotel Nai Lert Park Bangkok, Wireless Road FNATASTIC SERVICE , NOTHING TOO MUCH TROUBLE. WE HAD AN EXECUTIVE SUIT WHICH WAS REALLY GREAT AND SPACIOUS. WE ALSO BOOKED OUR SON INTO BUSINESS ROOM WHICH WAS ALSO REALLY GREAT. THE BREAKFAST WAS AMAZING, LITERALLY ANTHING TO EAT AND DRINK. OVERLOOKING THE BEAUTIFUL ORCHID GARDEN AND POOL.WE WERE REALLY CLOSE TO SKY TRAIN WHICH WE COULD CATCH TO MOST DESTINATIONS EVERY FEW MINUTES.WE WOULD DEFINATLEY STAY HERE AGAIN IF WE RETURN TO THAILAND.	QUICK AND EFFICIENT AND GAVE US FULL CONFIDENCE THAT WE HAD BOOKED CORRECT HOTEL.

The staff are nice and helpful. The swimming pool is good, with resort feel! I enjoyed my stay very much and will definitely return.	very good, efficient and clear, user friendly!

The hotel is truly an oasis in a huge, busy city. The pool was beautiful, rooms spacious and clean, staff very helpful and the breakfast offered something for every one. Would highly recommend this hotel and definitely would stay again.	Excellent.

I can recommend this hotel without hesitation. Taxi drivers do not always know the new name of this hotel, so tell them to go to Hilton Hotel on Withayu road (better known than Wireless Road).	A little flaw occurred in otherwise good sawadee.com reservation services: I specified a non-smoking room, but was booked in a smoking room. Fortunately, this was taken care of in a good manner and I did get the non-smoking room that I had originally requested.
