Irina Yushkova 2008-09-20	First Hotel, Petchburi Road, Soi 11 Отель очень средненький, при всем при том, что жили в номере делюкс. Номера довольно старые и имеют специфический запах. В номере есть все необходимое, в том числе сейф, чайник и ДВД - в моем случае весьма важная деталь. Из положительных моментов можно отметить удобное расположение (довольно близко к торговым центрам и рынкам, 5 минут хотьбы до БТС) и весьма приличные завтраки.
KUAN 2008-08-25	First Hotel, Petchburi Road, Soi 11 We booked Main Wing for THB 1550, but that room is very very old, I don t know how to describe, this is totally different to the photos in their website, the tap in the bathroom use more than 50 years I think. After we complained, the staff upgrade our room to Tower Wing, but we need to pay extra THB 500 per night.	Sawadee booking service is ok. Will use this website next time.
Himalia 2008-07-14 until 2008-07-17	First Hotel, Petchburi Road, Soi 11 The hotel is in a great location and the staff are very helpful. The rooms are generally clean, we did however discover a few bed bugs!!!!	The booking service was great, they helped us change our reservation a few times, even though it was last minute! very friendly staff.
Helen 2008-07-09 until 2008-07-13	First Hotel, Petchburi Road, Soi 11 The hotel was very comfortable, the staff were very helpful and attending. The location of the hotel is great. We really enjoyed the morning breakfast and their swimming pool.	The booking service was very easy and the staff were very helpful even though we changed our reservation a few times! they came back with waht we wanted every time.
PAUL JUN FUJIMORI 2008-06-29 until 2008-07-02	First Hotel, Petchburi Road, Soi 11 ALLWAYS RESERVE TOWER WING BUT WAS FULL THIS TRIP.STAYED IN MAIN WING.FIRST AND LAST TIME.MATRESS HAD BROKEN SPRINGS.ENTRANCE DOOR HAD HUGE GAPS AROUND EDGE SO YOU HEARD THE PEOPLE TALKING AND ENTERING ROOMS.WILL FIND ANOTHER HOTEL IF I CANNOT GET TOWER WING. It smelled a little bit strange in our corridor, maybe because they were renovating our floor. The staff were nice and helpful. The hotel was near the shopping areas and we could walk between everything. A nice hotel to stay in, but not for many nights.	Very good!
GEFEN SHAVE IRIS 2008-03-11 until 2008-03-15	First Hotel, Petchburi Road, Soi 11 great location. in the middle of many shopping center. we wre in the tower wing. problem was that have no double room. only twin room. so very crowded for 2 adults 2 children. even though we paid fot extra bed we didnt take it cuse room not to big. we checked out at 3.pm insted of 12:00 and they didnt charge us for extra money (it was nice). the hotek has nice ABF and nice swimming pool (we used with the children once). totaly - ok. good enogh for the price (2100 baht per nighr + 550 for extra bed).	ok.
Liz Yung 2008-03-02 until 2008-03-05	First Hotel, Petchburi Road, Soi 11 Not a very pleasant stay. Some staff are not very friendly and the bed is dirty. We noticed mites on the bed and my skin has becoming red with rashes. Most probably won t come back for the 2nd time.	Good and efficient service.

Great breakfast, dinner in the restaurant was poor! My sister had her hair done by the hairdresser and was most impressed. Very busy, can take some time to check out so keep in mind!	Great - so easy!!

The standard room in the main wing where i stayed was not ideal as It has no outside windows. The room was a bit rundown and needed upgrading. However at the price I paid, It represented good value for the money although an extra 300 baht ( during Chinese N Y )was an compulsary payment for the dinner which was not required by me.	highly recommended. sawadee.com has done an excellent job.

Cross the road and pay only 50 baht in taxi to MBK, all Siam shops(Siam Paragon Food Hall and Supermarket is a must)and Sky Train. Tower Wing Superior rooms clean, comfortable, good buffet breakfast, pool and gym. However, when we booked an extra night the price was 1000 baht more than the internet price. They gave a discount and a free meal but the room is not worth 2800 baht.

Service was good but bathroom and room a little on the tired side. Location is good - would recommend.	Booking quick and painless.

The difference between standard and superior is not worth it though.	a bit slow on that one, but otherwise really efficient. thanks.

The room and bath was clean and spacious. Worth every penny we paid for. The bell boy demanded a tip upon showing us to our room which we were anyway going to give and passed a sarcastic comment after receiving it!	Smooth

For me, room looks... average to me..But my friends in another room complained they need to call for towels, I dunno why. The bathroom REALLY need a renovation, average room but when I open the door to the bathroom, WOW... so much difference from the room! So much difference like Heaven and Earth and it didnt balance! One word to describe is DIRTY! The bath running water~so hard to control & there s no indication on warm/cold water...or shall I say the indication was so blur coz its OLD. Yeah~the tiles on the wall~ the glue(gap) that glued tiles & tiles together somehow was kinda dirty. I think hard scrub wont work anymore~. The basin tap was lecking too...can even hear upstairs using water too~~Breakfast~not much choices. Lobby service...I waited for them to come back me~while they shd be automatic arent they? The staffs needs training..But the bellboys are really very helpful. I will come back to this hotel only when all the hotels I tried are fully booked.	Fast!!And will only ask u to secure with payment when there s really room for u. Unlike some others, after payment then reply hotel FULL. Cancel booking needs ard 10 days to receive refund.

Hotel booked for non-smoking and single double bed but this was not available until the my last stay in Bangkok. 3. To my surprise phone card used in hotel is charged even though it is tollfree call. 4. One male staff was rude even when I try to talk to him he did not responded. 5.Dirty toilet....should be scrubbed until white clean.	No problem my booking was found when I check in.

Computer City Pantip Plaza 5 minutes walking. Right in the heart of Pratunam markets. Good rooms in the Tower Wing. Main Wing offers you the older fashioned rooms. The stayed in the Tower Wing. Personel friendly. Breakfast is ok, but cannot be compared with Eastin Hotel and Prince Palace Hotel. Swimming pool is nice, but did not use it. Would stay here again some time. Across is The Residence Hotel, with no swimming pool, for less money. Breakfast is ok, but rooms are not so nice as those in First Hotel. Everything ok!	Used it last year for the first time. Still good prices on this site and good service. Quick responses!

Evening meals were very good and breakfasts were OK but very busy. Have been back again already and would use it next time I am in Bkk	Very easy and convenient with no problems at all.

It was convenient as far as the shopping is concerned as its located in a major shopping area. The services of the hotel is excellent and value for money. Yes, I whould select it again the next time around in Bangkok.	Very efficient booking mechanism.

But very much to regrets the Staff specially the front office/ reception is very much non-co-operative. Room air conditioning is very poor. Despite of a lot of complaints to the Hotel, they did not put any hearing ear to the request. It was really a very bad stay in the first Hotel and ONE should NEVER recommend this Hotel to any one else. My very much sincere advise to the travellers to Bangkok.... Be careful for this Hotel whose staff is very much lethargic	A very good and efficient service.... One should try to avail this facility always.. I strongly recommend this reservation facility
