ronen 2008-11-07	Residence Rajtaevee, Petchburi Road we were 2 adukts and with our 3 chukdren and we stayed in the family room. the family room is big anough to 5 persons: there were 2 bed rooms and living room and kitchen. the hotel is located in the center of the shopping malls.there is a shuttle wich take you to SIAM PARAGON. if you want to go there by walk it takes only 10 mintues from the hotel. the breakfast is good: aggs,tosts,cheese,salami,salats,thai food and etc . the stuff of the hotel is very nice and helpful.	easy to order.the stuf is answearing for any question on e-mail-great!!
Chai sin yin 2008-11-03	Residence Rajtaevee, Petchburi Road we had a quite pleasant holiday staying in this hotel. People are nice and helpful. hotel is clean with ordinary breakfast. But Tv is quite lousy .	Easy and safe.

James 2008-10-03	Residence Rajtaevee, Petchburi Road the room is just standard and a nice place to sleep and rest. they have the same breakfast though for 3 days..i was hoping they were going to change it somehow, nevertheless the food was good. i would recommend this for shoppers it is a walking distance to most of the malls.	easy
Seng Poh Ling 2008-08-31	Residence Rajtaevee, Petchburi Road Good value for money. It is located off the main road but central to all the Plazza, is equipped with basic needs. Is suitable for family stay.	First time using this service and finds that it is very efficient and fast in respond.
Mak King Hang 2008-08-10 until 2008-08-17	Residence Rajtaevee, Petchburi Road First day had a hard time locating the hotel as petchburi road had many small sois... asked around and found the hotel at last.. opposite a high school... 5mins walk away from Pantip Plaza... 10 mins walk away from Platinum and Pratunam Centre.. 10mins walk away from Rajathewi BTS station... 10mins taxi ride to MBK, Siam Paragon... what more can i say? Not much facilities but at least the room is clean everyday and the shower is HOT! Staff very helpful and friendly.. really made my stay worthwhile... will stay there again when i go bkk soon	Fast, Convenient and helpful staff for my enquries

Good value for money, off the main road but central to all the Plazza s and has a nice out door bar area. It s quite basic and in need of updating and the restaurant breakfast always luke warm to cold but then it s included in the price so can t complain. The massage/sauna area is very good but very, very pricey. Over-all the hotel is great value for money and has a nice warm reassuring feel about it after a day out on the Bangkok streets.	No problems.
Fritz Bruell 2008-03-22 until 2008-03-25	Residence Rajtaevee, Petchburi Road Location is good for shopping, because Hotel is close to Siam and to Santhip Plaza/Platinum Mall. Unfortunately, Hotel rooms are lousy, carpets dirty. Hotels started renovation in 5th floor, which shall be completed after another 3 month, but now you cannot get renovated rooms, although it is mentioned! I will only choose this place again after it is clear that renovation is completed.	smooth like always

BUT 1) spacious 2)bed and pillow soft and comfy 3)quiet street its smacked in a quiet street that drivers would have a wee bit of hard time finding, but once u have the thai address at hand, should be a breeze. And its really 300meters from a free shuttle to Siam Paragon, which is on PloenChit road where all the malls, shopping and events are. Also, its 8mins walk to Ratchathewi station, 10minutes to pratunam shopping area. I d stay there again

Hotel is having renovations done which it does need. But Location, Location, Location is its greatest feature. Spacious bedrooms great bed and soft pillow and comfortable. Just off Petchuri Road in a quiet street it’s a little hard to find so down load in Thai for the taxi drivers, but once you have the Thai address it’s easy. The short walk for the free shuttle to Siam Paragon, which then walk through Siam and Discovery Malls to elevated walkway to MBK. Close to BTS train, Pan Tip Plaza, Platinum Mall and Pratunam shopping area. I will be a guest there again an they make you feel as a guest.	Excellent, best I have ever used.

cristiana ranchi 2008-02-08 until 2008-02-11	Residence Rajtaevee, Petchburi Road the position of the hotel is just great for shopping and any skytrai connection. the hotel is terribly dirty.. stains on the walls, dirty carpets, wallpaper coming off the room doors, rusty and dirty bathrooms. I asked for a better room, but they just made me change florr but the conditions of the room where not much better then the first choise. Personell was trying to be helpful and very polite, but the room conditions where the same. Maybe they have second choise room for internet price. I have stayed in others hotels in Bkk for the same price and same area but even if the hotel was as old as this one or older, it was not so dirty. The pictures on internet are very very nice and give a much better look to the hotel.I will never ever choose this hotel again and of course will not recommend it to anyone.	very very good as always.

But the enviroment of this hotel is just so so. The air conditioner makes a loud noise. I think it would be a nice choice for its relatively cheap price and good location.	I would like to thank Sawadee.com for their help and very good customer service. They successfully helped me to change my check in date with very good communication skill.

It was shabbier than I expected, the bellman was quite forward about offering me prostitutes and I got fleas from the bed. Oh, and the breakfast was not worth the effort. Next time I swing through Bangkok I ll try another place.

Rooms are big (2 bedrooms Suite) but very old and need instant renovation but Staffs are great, very helpful, friendly, polite and 5 star service two thumbs up ( make me forget about the room condition).	Great n Superb! Nervous at 1st time ( 1st time using sawadee, I tought it scam) but found it no prblem when check in, great rates when booking through sawadee and will use it near future, I ll introduce it to my friends for hotel booking in Thailand and recommend to all... Harleny Kumpol 2008-01-13 until 2008-01-16	Residence Rajtaevee, Petchburi Road Rooms were wuite run down but general facilities were great. staffs - from the bellman to wait staff - are very friendly. location-wise is also very good as theres a 7-11 just outside on the main road. and lots of food hawkers along the road and its within walking distance so very convenient to satisfy your hunger pangs!	Excellent! My reservation was confirmed within 15minutes and had my voucher emailed to me within 24hr!!

Though we ve to queue up for one bathroom, but we enjoyed the stay. We saved a lot on hotel expenses, & put the money into good use such as Shopping!	Fast & convenient

Platinum, Pratunam, Central World, etc. Consistently good rate during Christmas week at 1000baht which was recommendable. The in house spa was good & reasonably priced. Staffs were warm & helpful, they even helped me to go to the bank to bank in money for my Chao Phraya Cruise. However, the hotel rooms need a complete overhaul. Furnitures & toilet were old, but luckily the bed s comfortable. Be sure to request for a non-smoking room in ur reservation. I ll return for the cheap rate, but with a higher budget, i would try other hotels nearby.	Fuss-free transaction. Thank you!

My daughter like this place she especially enjoyed the shuttle to Siam Paragon. The rooms need some improvement though, the sound of the old AC was loud and the electricity connection looks ruined	Wonderful, we appreciate the early morning pick up service from the airport

Staff was friendly and helpful, room basic and, while definitely in need of at least a good painting,was comfortable and fine otherwise. The buffet breakfast was enjoyed by all and we also liked the convenience of the onsite computer room (modest cost) and lovely spa also located on the premises. The hotel s entry and lounge are neat and, for us, the location was perfect. Would definitely return on a future trip to Bangkok.	Everything went smoothly with our online booking.

As the hotel is still undergoing renovation, the physical condition of the place is not ideal. Not being able to pay for other incurred charges at the hotel by VISA without extra surcharge is not very nice either. Otherwise, as mentioned, the friendly staff made the stay pleasant and enjoyable.	Easy and convenient to use. Keep up the good work.

No kettle to boil hot water.Location wise is good. Near to all the shopping area. Staffs are friendly. Would stay there again if i ever visit Bangkok again.	Service was fast. No hassle. Thumbs up.

Sure, there was some peeling wallpaper, etc. but I wasn t looking for 5-star luxury - just a place to spend the night. Even better was the fact that it s so close to the Pratunam street markets as well as Pantip Plaza (electronics/IT mall). The staff was friendly, my room was clean, and the breakfast was better than I expected! Taxi from the airport cost me 400 bahts. Luckily I used Google Maps to print out the location to show the driver - the Spa Buri sign is more prominent than the hotel s. Would recommend it to anyone else, especially if your focus for shopping is electronic goods.	I d never made reservations online before this trip, and am very happy with Sawadee s service - excellent.

Mr Testut samuel 2007-10-26 until 2007-10-27	Residence Rajtaevee, Petchburi Road Reception ok, breakfast fair, but rooms in very poor condition (hotel openned 25 years ago). Location OK since yo are 10min walk to BTS. Pratunam, Pantib just next in case you need some elctroic applainces or a shirt. Overall location not so great as the main road is one of the busiste of BKK so it take quiet a long time to reach the hotel (note also that taxis dont know this palce). Worse and more important the room look very tired : fournitures, carpet with holes and falling apart, even had bed sheets with old red stuff which I guess was blood drops. If you need a night hotel to sleep in BKK considering the price could be recommend but you have at the same rate an other option which is the Kosoan Road area: for the same rate you will have far better rooms.	convenient, fast, better rates (so always the rooms with some problems)

Situated smack in the center of bangkok. Free shuttle to Siam Paragon or 5 mins walk. Walking distance to Pantip, Platinum, Central, MBK. Siam Sq BTS only 5 to 10mins. Taxi rides to these places less than 100bht. 45mins to airport 400bht. Friendly staff. Value for money. Will be back.	superb!

Rather convenient if you do not mind walking to MBK and Platinium. Friendly staff, can request for hot water flask from cafe before 11pm. Very peaceful at night and provide the most basic stuff. Will consider if i need to do more wholesale shopping.	Always the best.

This hotel is rather convenient if you do not mind walking for about 15~20mins to Siam Discovery/Siam Centre/MBK/Siam Paragon. The room rate and breakfast provided is reasonable. Platinium/IT Mall is about 10~15mins walk. Will consider this location if need to do more garment shopping.	As usual, excellent!!

Breakfast is made at 0600h and it is best to eat it while it s hot. Coffee is not good, tastes awful. No real orange juice but a substitute. Hotel is in walking distance to Platinum, Siam and Pantip plaza. 7-11 around the corner. Forget the two hair dresser next to the hotel. They are not good. I ll stay again at this hotel if the price remains at or below 900 baht/night. It is not worth more than that.	worked as advertised. Plenty of emails to confirm your booking.

Great place to stay and near to Pratum Shopping Mall and MBK ( 2o minutes stroll walk . Highly recommended hotel for a price you pay for. Staff very helpful and pleasant.	Excellent
Wong Kean Yee 2007-08-09 until 2007-08-12	Residence Rajtaevee, Petchburi Road We were very happy with the stay and services. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, always putting on smiling faces and greeting us. The room and environment were nice. The breakfast was good. The location was convenient. There s a free Gem Car service just 1-minite walking distance down the road to take us to the main road, and we could then take BTS to many places. The shopping complexes were also reachable on foot from there. Overall, I m happy to have chosen this hotel, and I will surely stay there again if I travel to Bangkok. Kap Khun Krap!	The service was fast and efficient, but the airport pick-up service went wrong. My advice is to straightaway email them to request for pick-up after completing the booking, to be safe. The airport taxi fare is more expensive than the hotel limosine service.
How Kah Kwang 2007-07-08 until 2007-07-10	Residence Rajtaevee, Petchburi Road This is one of the worst hotel i have ever stayed in. The room smelled of cigarette smoke. I asked for a change of room, and it was just the same. There was absolutely nothing in the room, except for 1 bloody small TV and 2 bottles of water. No kettle, no clock, no tissue paper, hot water didn t work, bath tub was dirty & clogged up.,etc. The list goes on.Although the hotel looks fairly decent from the outside, the room is really bad. Everything is old & coming apart. It s really time for some renovation and improved service.

Friendly staff. Spa s pretty special as well. It s difficult to find somewhere of this standard in a good location at such a great price in Bangkok.	No problems. Good service, outstanding price.

Good service from Hotel staff. Location is really good. Walking distance from sky train and shopping areas like Platinium Mall, Pratunam... Since we are in bangkok mainly for shopping, we won t be spending much time in hotel room. Definitely value for money. With a ATM just outside the Hotel, withdrawing money is not an issue if you do not have enough money to take taxi on your last day. A little difficult to spot initally. Can tell taxi driver Residence Hotel (near First Hotel). Once you pass the Indonesia Embassy on the left hand side, turn left into a small lane. Look out for the sign: Residence Rajtaevee or Spa Buri.	Easy to use. Everything goes smoothly. Will use this service again.

There is no kettle provided in de family suite. The receptionist told us they dunt have a jug so, they cant deliver hot water to us. So, we were starving as we cant even make cup noodles. There was no iron provided as well. Stove was not working. Room was not well decorated shown online. The staff were polite though. OK if u just need the room to sleep in.	Quite easy and straight forward.

Although decoration outdated, my kids enjoyed the place. Thumb s up for the friendly staff and great service. Walking distance to sky train and shopping malls such as Platinum mall, Pantip Plaza and Pratunam. Easy Access to major shopping centres such as MBK and all the SIAMS Mall. One thing that dissappoint me is that the stove is not working and there s no kettle. It s really troublesome to keep on asking for hot water as my kids need it for making milk. But overall we enjoyed staying there and will be back for it.	Excellent, fast service....thank you

The aircond in the main room wasnt working properly and with all aircond units on, the noise seemed like theres a turbine in the ceiling. Facilities are basic but adequate for a small place like Res. Rajtaevee. Frontdesk staff were generally polite with fair understanding of english language except for one thin lady who never seemed to smile. The other staffs were very generous with the Thai smile but not the cleaning maids. Tucked discreetly in a lane so no noise from Petchburi rd. Most shoppping centers, markets and skytrain are within a block from here. Our bad experience was being accused during checking out, of stealing a saucer from the kitchen which we adamantly denied. They politely said it would cost us 100baht for the stupid saucer and we paid just to get out of there since our limo was waiting and we wanted to get to the airport on time. So be warned and make your own inventory list as you enter the room and confirm it with the hotel since they dont have any. Overall cheap, basic and easily accessible but next time i will pay slightly more for a better hotel across the road.	Very efficient and reliable. Was sceptical at first but it all turned out fine. Will definitely use for my next Thailand trip. Will recommend it to friends too.
