Our one comment would be that despite being advised, twice, by reception and the night staff in the restaurant, that breakfast was available 24 hrs a day they had not communicated this to the rastaurant! Otherwise comfortable, quiet and well run and equipped.	Very good.

Always book with Sawadee as reliable and safe and always quick to reply to booking requests

Rooms were of a very good size and comfortable. Good cleanliness. Only the business centre closed too early (9.00 pm) when the USA as just opened and Eurpoe is on lunch. They should do something about it otherwise verything was very good	This service was also very good and when I wanted to change it was quite easy

The room was clean, facilities good, rooftop pool a nice plus, and the Thai food in the coffee shop is quite respectable. They are a little weird on charging things to the rooms -- a drink at the rooftop bar had to be paid in cash. Not a lot of local character, but convenient, helpful staff, not too pricey, and clean.	Everything seems to have gone without a hitch.

We were surprised as we weren t expecting the room to be that nice. We had read reviews relating to the superior room and there were comments that the carpet was tired. Maybe that is the case with the superior rooms (we didn t get to see one though) but the deluxe rooms are great - big bed and big rooms. The service there was excellent. Breakfast was good - the usual hot and cold breakfast options with good coffee. We used the gym and it was ok, a little on the small side but had ok equipment. We would highly recommend this place if you need a stop over before another flight as its a nice hotel with good service and conveniently located. We got in late (around 11pm) and the transfer was there waiting for us. There were some other people on our flight that we were waiting for and we waited 10 minutes and then the guy waiting for us arranged for us to be taken to the hotel and he stayed back for them. The return transfers to the airport were prompt as well. Travel time is no more than 10 minutes. Our flight was at 11.20 am so it was nice not to go to far, have a good sleep in a nice hotel and not have to travel to far back. The lobby is nice too! Would stay here again but not sure what will happen to future international flights with the new airport opening.

We had a lot of problems with the airport shuttle service as our group arrived at different times and from different locations. I landed up going to the airport each time to make certain people were being collected! We had emailed the hotel previously but no-one replied.

However, if you need a place to stay that is reasonably priced and offers a high standard of accomodation, the Miracle Grand is a good contender. It s particularly convenient if you want to get to/from the airport with a minimum of fuss, being approx. 10 mins drive away. Ideal for when you ve just arrived after a long flight and don t want to sit in Bangkok s notorious traffic jams. Equally good for ensuring a smooth getaway at the end of your holiday. Nice breakfasts and a free shuttle service to the airport. Rooms are modern, clean, spacious and comfortable. Recommended.	Very good, no problems.

Would highly recommend it for overnights to/from the airport. The only problem was their pickup service at the airport, they were not there when we arrived.	great - except that the hotel was not there to pick us up. Not sure if that was the hotels error, but after a long flight, we sure wish they were there.

They even packed a box breakfast for us because we needed to leave earlier than the breakfast buffet. Excellent and clean rooms with nice showers. Highly recommended if you need to stay out by the airport.

We provided our flight information to Sawadee and a hotel driver was waiting for us just outside the airport arrival gate. The hotel is about 10 minutes from the airport and just off the main highway. The rooms were very clean and nice- beautiful rooms, powerful hot shower and there really is a tv in the shower! Because we had to check out before the breakfast buffet opened that morning, the hotel had boxed up a breakfast for us and provided it at checkout. I would highly recommend this hotel!	Excellent

Just so you know, if you are not holding any foreign passport ( or if you are Thai ), please expect to pay more.

The pool was very nice and the gym great with very new equipment (and a good variety of equipment). Each of the meals we had were superb. Even room service arrived within half and hour, hot and delicious! Highly recommend this hotel. Particularly at the price that we were able to get it on Sawadee.	Prompt, accurate and efficient.

Professional curtiousness started from the first hotel staff member I met which was at the airport. Entering the magnificent front lobby has to be experianced to believe. The staff were pleasant and very helpful. The main floor resturant and buffet was well provisioned with something for everyone with a vast selelction that would make it imposible to try one of everything at one sitting. This includes the great breakfast buffet which is included in some suite pricing, well worth the money. The room was quite even though the airport is not far away, 15 minutes by shuttle. Inside the suite it was large with all that you would need. Lots of space for luggage and a safe in the room. Room service was excellent and the house keeping staff made sure everything was in its place and clean. The excercise room was well equiped and the outside pool with lounge was nice to relax at. We tried the Chinese resturant on the second floor and enjoyed the meal. We liked our stay so much we stayed over two nights on our outbound trip from Thiland. My wife and I would stay here again as well and would recommend it to anyone. It is value priced and you will not be disappointed.	Service and confirmation was prompt. I had to change a date near the visit date which was quickly confirmed. The only problem encountered was that I had requested a king size bed in my comments and sent in at least two more quiries to this effect. No one at sawadee answered my comments. When I checked in, the hotel had to my disappointment booked us into a room with two beds. Unfortunatly for the first two nights they did not have any king size available. But some good Canadian resourcefulness fixed this hurdle. The hotel eventually was able to get us a king bed.

Passengers arriving at terminal 2 using the free shuttle should be aware that the Miracle Grand representative waits on the left side (towards taxis) and not on the right like most other hotel represenatives. Also, there is abolutely nothing within walking distance from the hotel, so it s really just for one night between flights.	Always works like clockwork. The booking process took 48 hours (1 day for availability check plus 1 day for payment and confiramtion).

Only about 10 minutes from airport and provides free pickup and dropoff. I ended up staying there on 2 different occasions during my 3 1/2 weeks in Thailand/Cambodia to be close to airport in a nice, safe hotel. I did not have time to utilize pool or spa facilities but will next time.	Great service! everything was booked according to plan - very easy and reliable. will use for all future trips to Thailand. Other countries (including my own)can learn a lot from this service! Thank you!

Had some unexpected features including a snazzy black and white marble bathroom, a picture window into the bathroom from the bedroom (!!!... did have a closable drapery), a TV and phone in the bath, a little sitting alcove, great large variety on free breakfast buffet, awesome inexpensive lunch buffet, nice big sparkling spa and gym. Everyone friendly and helpful, even clued us in that the money exchange at the airport had a better rate. 10 minutes to the airport, with a free shuttle service. So I say, you can t go wrong. We only transited thru the hotel, and it more than met our needs, but it should be noted that it s pretty far out of central Bangkok, if that is your goal.	Great service. I d use sawadee.com again and recommend without hesitation.
