KHUZEMA 2009-07-01	Windsor Suites Hotel Bangkok, Sukhumvit Road, Soi 20 Windsor Suites Hotel is an excellent hotel where I love to stay. Hotel should add hand shower with commode for muslim travelers and if they have any then ask the preference.	This booking even gave me more value for money. Thanks to Swadee. I am a frequent traveller to Thailand and kindly update me with your recent value added promotions.
Catherine James 2009-05-09	Windsor Suites Hotel Bangkok, Sukhumvit Road, Soi 20 We loved the hotel and were treated wonderfully. We got everything we asked for without any trouble and it made for a very relaxing few days. The breakfast buffet was amazing! The staff were so friendly and professional.	This was such an easy way to book and made it one less thing to worry about before heading off on our trip. Good system.
JCM Dekkers 2009-05-02	Windsor Suites Hotel Bangkok, Sukhumvit Road, Soi 20 They have given us the Counselor Suite but my reservation was for the Minister Suite, I also payed for that room. So Please inform me how this is possible, I asked the man and he said that the room was Minister, checked it again at home and it was Counselor...I do have pictures when needed. Because we made this booking for the first time at this Hotel,I will not be back there again.	The booking service is great as always, we book every 6 month s with your compagnie, hopefully you can get us a refund or discount on our next trip. (stayed before in Novotel, Rooms and Breakfast are much better)
JK 2009-03-08	Windsor Suites Hotel Bangkok, Sukhumvit Road, Soi 20 Before scheduling my stay at Windsor Suites I had walked thru the lobby on a previous visit and thought the hotel looked nice. I booked a cheap rate room and got exactly what I paid for!!!!!! The room had a large living area very clean and got the king size bed that I requested and the complementary breakfast had a large selection and was tasty. That the good part, the bed was very stiff with a thin foam cover under the sheet, very tacky and uncomfortable. Had a 2nd floor room with a beatiful view of a dirt construction lot, with work starting at 630am ending after 8pm, every day of my 9 day stay. The air conditioning was barely working and when the construction was in full swing it seem to shake the piping in the hotel, which caused the water to turn brown! There were frequent black outs and the other guests were very noisy. I understand the noise and loud talking, it was how thin the walls and the flooring were. I also thought that the staff working the check-in counter were not helpful or friendly, which left a sour taste. Not all the staff were unpleasant, the maids, doormen, elevator greeters and some of the pool attendants were very nice and helpful, I wanted to thank them for the friendly smiles. All in all this will be the first and last time I will be staying at this hotel.	I gave a short notice and it went without a hitch, thank you....... I have booked a little more than a half dozen reservations without a problem, sofar so good. Keep up the good work!!!
Miss Phillipa Wilson 2009-02-25	Windsor Suites Hotel Bangkok, Sukhumvit Road, Soi 20 Wow, great hotel in a great city. Wonderful views over the city from the pool (on the 14th floor!). It really provided us with a comfortable, quiet and cool place to relax away from the heat and hussle of the city. The pool is imaculate and the staff were all exceptionally polite. Breakfasts were fantasic, a nice mix of fruit, pastry, cooked and traditional foods. The service around the hotel was faultless and really allowed us to be spoilt. A great hotel, great location and I will be back. Worth every penny.	A fantastic way to organise a trip, booked airport pick up at the last minute and it was arranged. I will definately use sawadee again.

They were very smelly. They do not reflect the online pictures. The breakfast buffet is ok.	The booking service Sawadee.com was very user friendly and helpful. Need to update pictures to reflect current conditions of the hotels.
Massimo Massarola 2008-06-28 until 2008-07-06	Windsor Suites Hotel Bangkok, Sukhumvit Road, Soi 20 Our family of three persons has stayed for 8 nights at the Windsor Suites hotel. We stayed in a Counsellor Suite Room on a middle floor. The room is big but furnishing is to old, - a small bedroom with TV & a separate small study area which had its own TV, therefore 2 TV s in the room. Bathroom was just ok.. The pool is on the 14th floor and is a nice area to relax., but be careful before to buy a drink ( this is a rip-off Over 600bath for 3 beer).The breakfast was very good. The hotel staff are friendly & the hotel has all services. The hotel is located in the heart of Bangkok in the Sukhumvit area about 200 meters from Asoke MRT&skytrain Station.. A nice place to stay but I ll probably look at other options next time.	Excellent..

We have stayed several times with quite a large group for the International Youth Rugby Tournament	Easy to do. I requested ajoining rooms - these were not available and initially they didn t try to even put the family on the same floor. When questioned they foun rooms opposite! - not sure they had even read our initial request.

Taxi fares vary from the new Airport,we paid 1000 baht in and had a Meter taxi out, and it was only 375 baht. Get a fixed price before steping in on arrival. 400 should be max you pay. The rooms are spacious, the staff is efficient, nice and friendly. the key locking system in the elevator and the rooms need some attention from a qualified engineer.	very good service. I used it for several bookings. I can recommend sawadee.com to everyone.

My only complaints would be that of our two stays, the first room smelled musty, the second smelled smoky (despite being on a non-smoking floor ), and the breakfast boxes they promised to provide for our second early morning were not provided. When we had time to eat it, the breakfast buffet was quite nice. The location is good, near the Skytrain and subway. Be sure to print a map that shows its location, though, because not all taxi drivers will know it. Pick up one of the cards at the desk there ASAP so you can show it to drivers. I would stay at this hotel again.	Good and helpful.

Andrew Jewell 2006-01-13 until 2006-01-16	Windsor Suites Hotel Bangkok, Sukhumvit Road, Soi 20 The Windsor Suites have a fantastic atrium, complete with an elegant cocktail bar where drinks are served by beautifully dressed Thai girls. Cocktails are gorgeous but quite expensive. Our rooms (non-smoking)were very good, spotlessly clean and well appointed although the bathrooms (marble) were beginning to look a little tired. Linen service was faultless. The swimming pool on the 14th floor was wonderful although drinks from the poolside bar are expensive. Breakfasts, taken in the ground floor restaurant were very good indeed, buffet style with an excellant range of choices. All in all terrific value for money and an hotel I will return to.	Excellant service. No problems

However, this time my wife s purse was stolen while she was in the hotel restaurant – staff say they witnessed the theft, but did nothing to stop it. Needless to say, we will not stay there again. Pretty close to Asok BTS station too. It might not be as centrally located as other hotels but it s not a bad place to stay. Service is excellent but breakfast is so so.
Sarah & Lou 2005-11-01 until 2005-11-04	Windsor Suites Hotel Bangkok, Sukhumvit Road, Soi 20 If you re just looking for a place to sleep after a hard day s shopping/sightseeing then the Windsor Suites is fine. It s in a great location, just a short walk from a Sky Train and Metro station. Our room was clean, quiet and comfortable which was all we needed to rest our aching feet. If you want great customer service then I suggest you stay elsewhere! Staff weren t especially friendly, gave out wrong information about things that would be useful for guests (e.g. bus and train schedules) and were not prepared to find out the correct information even when asked. We were disappointed with the service but on the whole the hotel adequately served our needs.	I have never booked a holiday online before so was a little anxious, and was very pleasantly surprised to find how easy it was and how professional the service was. I will definitely book my next holiday to Thailand through Sawadee.

The staff is very helpful, great buffet, the location is convenient - just 2 blocks from the skytrain in either direction; and there is a fabulous German restaurant - Bei Otto s - across the street. This was our second stay and we will be back.	Very happy with the booking service and plan on using them again in the near future.

The Thai restaurant was very good with friendly wait staff but the front desk, front door and security were rude and unfriendly.	good as always
