Mr Grant Benjamin Ogden 2008-11-16	Twin Towers Hotel Bangkok, Rama VI Road This was a lovely suprise for a big hotel. The staff here are geniunely friendly and are willing to help you with anything. The rooms are nice and clean and quiet but we found that if you have to get up early for a tour, there is no hot water for a shower before 6am! There is no safe in the room but the hotel provides a free safe deposit box at the lobby. There are computers at the lobby for internet access but you have to pay. The free breakfast is a delicious smorgasboard with plenty of choices. The hotel itself is quite central to everything and we found ourselves walking most of the time. The shopping is at one end and the temples and palace at the other with the hotel in the middle. We would stay here again in the blink of an eye!	Best booking service to use for a trip to Thailand - never a problem - always runs smoothly.

The breakfast is ok BUT I prefer homemade jam/marmelade not jam/marmelade in plastic - dosen t taste anything!. The hotel is well situated in the city - quite close (walking-distance) to the sky-train.

Pascal 2008-09-16	Twin Towers Hotel Bangkok, Rama VI Road Hotel was alright - clean, friendly etc. The only bad thing was the extra charge they wanted to use the fitness facilities - at first they said it s included in the price. other than that, nice hotel for this price-range. The room was very cosy, there were all possibile amenities. The swimming pool is at the 5 th floor and is really good. We enjoyed our stay at Twin towers.

Fairly good hotel, big room, though a little smelly room due to old carpet on the floor. Bathroom old and mouldy, very bad water pressure. Great staff, especially when staying there when you have children. WARNING! Do not leave valuables in their luggage room. We left our bags in the luggage room when we had checked out. Came back hours later and picked up the bags. When I later checked my bag I discovered that my pearl earrings and other jewelleries had been stolen. Contacted the hotel when I arrived home. They answered only that it was my fault never leave valuables in the luggage room . So beware.	Worked fine.

The rooms and toilet are clean and well kept. The hotel staffs are kind and polite. There are so many varieties when we have breakfast at the hotel too. Anyway I will come back and stay at the Twin Towers Hotel if I were to come again next year to Bangkok.

Hotellet har gym och pool som man får använda, rummen var fina med vattenkokare och egna badrockar. Bra service från personalen, jättebra att boka taxi. Bra hotell till bra pris.	Bokningen gick bra också.

The room was clean, the hotel s room service would clean and even fold my clothes everyday. It is really commendable and I would definitely go back to For You Residence next time Im in Bangkok. Thank you for the excellent service & extremely friendly staff.
HO KA YIU 2008-01-13 until 2008-01-14	Twin Towers Hotel Bangkok, Rama VI Road it is indeed a 4stars hotel. Rooms is really spacious. though you have to prepare it is rather old. swimming pool is between the towers, so can not enjoy any sunshine at all. Location is not as close to the shopping area as mensioned on the map. it took us 20mins to arrive the nearest mall - MBK. meter taxi only cost THB45, so better go with Taxi. Hotel is very close to highway to airport, so no traffic problem. (only take 40mins to airport)

Only problem was no hot water at 6-8 am and the location was quite far from the restaurants ar shopping malls. Hotel Tuk tuk was a rip off and also their tours was a rip off. Rest was good!	Sawadee did a gtreat job on the booking,Smooth as Silk!
ANNE BOEY YIM FUN 2007-12-11 until 2007-12-15	Twin Towers Hotel Bangkok, Rama VI Road My family and I have absolutely no complaints about the hotel. The rooms were spacious and the twin large beds were just great. The mattresses could be firmer though. Service from the Receptionists and the Concierge was excellent. Although the hotel is not located in the most ideal part of town, the easily available meter-taxis and tuk-tuks made up for the distance away from the shopping centre. All in all it was value for money. Please keep up the standard of service.	Efficient and accurate. I am quite impressed with the reservation service and at a peak season like December, they did a wonderful job of reverting quick enough.

For hotel ifself, it was okay but the falks work at the hotel, less than okay and they could have been friendlier. have to walk 15 min. to get to nearest sky train sta.	exellent, no complain at all and they sent SMS on my cell when I was in the US!!

The Hotel is well placed between rail station, chinatown and siam square with BTS. The swimming pool is clean and well situated, seems to be far from the traffic, good breakfast serviced on the pool beach if wished. I will stay again there and recommand.	very efficient, perfect

The only fault is the distance from subway or skytrain so you have to move using taximeter or tuk-tuk,however you can easily find one outside hotel.	Excellent!

NO HOT WATER BATH BETWEEN 7PM TO 10PM. It is very frustrating after a day of sightseeing and shopping. YOU HAVE TO PAY 200 BAHT TO GO TO THE GYM WHICH IS NOT INCLUDED IN ROOM RATE. THERE IS NOT ENOUGH TOURIST INFORMATION PROVIDED IN THE HOTEL. I WILL PREFER ANOTHER HOTEL.	Good and very efficient. Perhaps could add more some advice if the area of the hotel and the hotel itself is suitable for family or not.

This we found very upsetting to the point that we will not be staying there again.	very good no issues

No restaurants or shopping within walking distance. We booked a suite with big balkony, whitch unfortunately had no chairs, no sunbed, no table, in short no nothing, so why on earth pay money for such nonsens? Pool area was not inviting, as all traffic of guests passing in and out of restaurant took place between the sunbeds, so we found no pleasure in using it. All in all, nice hotel for sleeping a night, but we will not be back.	Booking through sawadee very satisfying as before.
Jeremy Waldron 2007-01-01 until 2007-01-04	Twin Towers Hotel Bangkok, Rama VI Road after tiring flight checked in to a somewhat inexperienced staffed reception as room not ready we were given a soft drink two days later had credit card blocked and spent $100 trying to resolve same due hotel taking unauthorised payment /deposite as they prefereed to call it which it is promised to be reinstated 10 days after departure as yet unable to varify bangkok last place you need credit card card alerts as mastercard get really jumpy these actions and inability of hotel switch-board to conect me to required number did little to enthuse us in returning to this overated dump	as per usual ok will use again soon but not same hotel

We booked a standard room but when we checked in we were given a free upgrade to a superior room. This room was quite large. Location of the hotel was not perfect for major sight-seeing but a taxi to Grand Palace is 60 baht on the meter, if you insist they use it. Siam Centre was an easy 15 min walk away. Hotel pool and gym are impressive but nothing else to do in the vicinity. Staff were extremely helpful and kind. Breakfast was a large buffet of hot & cold food, salad, fruit etc. Hotel restaurant was nothing special and over priced. Overall, place is great value considering its location. We would definately stay here again.	No troubles whatsoever. Communication was always received in a timely manner. We reduced our stay by 1 night prior to departure and this was changed with no hassels!!

However we booked over the internet and had requested a cot for baby, despite this when we arrived we then had to organise the cot as it was not in the room.Also there were no facilities for making tea or coffee. Loacation wasnt great for walking to shops. Despite these minor shortcomings we would stay again.	very well done no complaints
