As allways, the Peninsula Hotel never dissapoints! This Hotel has to be the best place to stay in BKK if you want to be right on the river. Easily accesible with the BTS Skytrain. If your after an oasis with incredible service and facilities - Then Look no further. The staff are unbelivably kind and accommodating. Thankyou for a great stay.

Sawadee - Prompt, professional, easy to use and most competitive. Great job!

Highly recommneded although pricey. Very much enjoued our high tea in the lobby! All ammenties supplied and room lovely and very comfortable pillows. Little piece of luxury during our travels. Ferry service to cross the river was very handy and the staff on boat very helpful giving good advice etc. All staff friendly and efficient.

Excellent bookig service - highly recommend it fr quick and efficient use.

Superb Hotel with a good location on the river. Breakfast very good but expensive. Staff very friendly. Dinner did not live up to expectations, better to eat out.

Absolutely wonderful hotel in every respect. Arguably the best in Bangkok. Wonderful suite with great amenities, very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent restaurants. Not for the budget-conscious, but very reasonable when compared to what you would pay for a similar level of hotel in North America or Europe. Would definitely stay there again.

Excellent, problem-free.

First Class Hotel. I stayed there the year it opened and again in April. IT is still one of the class in-city hotels of the world. While the price has doubled in 6 years at $220 inclusive it cannot be beat. The breakfast buffet while high priced by Bangkok standards @ $12 is one of the fimest ones and equal to the best of the Four Season Resort buffet breakfasts.

The rate was competitive with other agents but sometimes did not get answers to questions directed to Nui. I had to email 2 and 3 times before being acknowleged and I was making reservations at 3 Thailand destinations for a total of 14 nights. I would have thought a little more courtesy would have been extended.

Very nice hotel with a fantastic view on the Chao Praya river and Bangkok. I made a reservation from september 2005 and i went there on beginning of february 2006 for a terrace room, they were fully booked so the gave me a suite for the same price but the terrace in open air is much better i think. When you planned a terrace room for 280 usd, i think you can expect what you order...

So not great this time but i think it s a problem with the hotel himself

This is the most glorious hotel and I have ever stayed in. The staff waied us upon arrival and the room, restaurants, service, surroundings, and hotel staff all deserve a 5 star rating. Truly a memorable and one-of-a-kind experience. As a USA traveler, I hope to return to Thailand again one day and The Peninsual Bangkok is a must.

Outstanding and efficient in every respect. Emails are promptly responded to and there is a name behind the communication to answer your questions.

What an amazing hotel, definitely a cut above the celebrated Oriental Bangkok (although it is also quite nice). The service was above and beyond and the food wonderful. The breakfast was out of this world and if allowed, we would have grazed all day! When we return to Bangkok, we will stay at no other hotel. This is top notch and rivals any 5 star in Europe or America.

Excellent

Great location on the river. All rooms with views. Our first room smelled like mold/mildew. We were moved to another room that was perfect. Would likely stay there again if to return to Bangkok.

Of course, a outstanding hotel! However, we booked two rooms, only one avalible upon arrivel. Next room not ready before 6 pm. When we asked for late check out one one room they still charged 50% for that room. That should have been free since we had to wait for one room when we arrived. Never again Peninsula! They are not the only five star hotel in the world...

Nothing but rave reviews. The hotel, breakfast, facilities, service,...was excellent. I only have one request. I wish they would extend the boat ride across the river to beyond 12 am.

Excellent service and very easy to use. Thanks. You are doing a wonderful job.

Just back a week!! Wow! All i can say is wow!!Pure and utter luxury!! The Peninsula Hotel in Bangkok is the most amazing hotel!! A grand deluxe room on the 39th floor is what we booked on sawadee for our last 2 days of a 3 week break in thailand. The bed was so comfy i didnt want get out of it,but dragged myself out of it down to the beautiful 3 tier pool. But besides all this luxury and brilliance the staff were the best,so pleasent and helpful. It was a one off for me staying in such 5 star surroundings but the next time i,m in bangkok it will definitely be the Peninsula i ll be staying in again!

brilliantly efficient as always!

The Peninsula was a fabulous hotel! Everything was perfect about it. We stayed in a Grand Deluxe room in floor 25 with a magnificent river view. The room was like a junior suite, with a sitting area, the most luxurious bathroom I have ever seen in a hotel, with a TV on th wall in the bathtube. The breakfasts were superb, service faultless, the public areas and restaurants luxurious. The pool was fabulous also. The shuttle to the skytrain was always available and it only took 2 minutes to cross the river. The Peninsula is an oasis in the busy and noisy Bangkok and an excellent value for the money. I got a great rate and deal for the European market in Sawadee. I would return to Bangkok just to stay at the Peninsula again!Highly recommended!

Excellent service, prompt replies to my questions, everything went great. Nui was a great professional and always nice attending me. I will bookwith you again on my return to Tahiland. Thank you!
