C Manning 2008-09-28	Pathumwan Princess Hotel, Phayathai Road, Siam Square We only stayed for one night, and found the hotel OK, but not as good as expected for the money, for example the room was not as large or luxurious as I had expected. £10 charge for internet is extortionate. Room cards stopped working after first use, and I had to return to the lobby to sort it, rather than them bring me new cards. Breakfast was extensive and tasty, but a little like a cattle market. Over all OK, but will not be returning, as there are much better places to stay for a lot less money, and with free internet, which should be standard nowadays.	Excellent, as always, no problem. Wish all hotel booking services were like this.
Mikael Hedin 2008-09-26	Pathumwan Princess Hotel, Phayathai Road, Siam Square We stayed at this hotel for two nights after beeing two weeks on Koh Samui. The main reason for us staying here (2 adults and 3 small children) was that it was so close to MBK. We planned on doing some shopping and since the kids don´t like to go shopping for several hours this hotel was perfect. Just take the elevator to the second floor and go around the corner and you are there. The hotel itself is really nice with spacious rooms, thought he internet access was a bit expensive (650 THB/24H). Over all a great hotel to stay at for a couple of days before leaving thailand, and perfect if you want to stay close to shopping. The roomservice also have good prices.	Everything was great. After a few problems due to renovation beeing done in the rooms we first booked, Sawadee got us a great price for the more expensive suites.

We staied in a Execuplus Suite which had a seperate livingroom and a great bathroom. We would definitively stay here again.	Efficient and fast service, no problem at all.

Minimalistic and simply beautiful. This atmosphere does not match with the traditional hotel rooms. They are clean and comfortable but no separate shower and a shower curtain and changing water temperature definitely does not match with the downstairs 4 star design atmosphere. Great size outdoor pool with always sufficient sunbeds. The size and quality of the fitness centre can easily compete with any profesional centre. Great location for shopping. Right next to MBK which offers mainly cheap and fake stuff. But at 5 mins walk you find Siam Discovery Centre and Siam Paragon. No problem to spend your money there. On 2nd floor of Siam discovery centre you find Oishi restaurant which offers an amazing all you can eat Japanese buffet for only 750 Baht. You won´t be disappointed.	Excellent. Friendly and fast. I intended to book another hotel which was fully booked. Sawadee offered this hotel as a very good alternative. I had some questions before I decided to book and they were answered within a few hours.

Very friendly middle-class hotel connected with the shopping area MBK, rooms are OK. Perfect view over the town, we stayed on 20th floor. A little bathroom-problem was solved within minutes friendly and professionally. Also good: Fast internet connection from the room with network cable (in the room) or WLAN. Perfect hotel in my opinion for all shopping freks, if bags are too heavy you can bring them quickly to the room...	Perfect

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! i would stay here again definately! it is joined to a 6 story shopping centre which is awsome! you dont need to leave the shopping centre as it has all the food and shopping that anyone could desire. The rooms all have spectacular views of the city! higly recommended as it looked like one of the best we saw there!	used 5 times on my holiday for the first time, it seamed dodge but it was excellant!! i will definately use again!!! thank you SAWADEE.com!
Phil 2008-02-11 until 2008-02-13	Pathumwan Princess Hotel, Phayathai Road, Siam Square Superb hotel, this is my second time here. Excellent rooms, very clean with all facilities. Love the new bistro restaurant, good breakfast... but watch the Tuk Tuk drivers outside, they seem to take you where they think you want to go rather than your requested destination.	Once again, no hiccups, very efficient both the hotel and car booking.

Right next to the MBK shopping centre and fairly close to the Pratunam night markets. This hotel is a great hotel if this is the first time to Bangkok and worried about getting lost or security. However the drinks and food prices are western prices, well worth doing a trip to TOPS shop in MBK to stock the mini bar. This is the second stay here and it has been luxury as usual!	Can t go wrong with sawadee.com!!

The check-in was seamless and the staff at all levels were very courteous, helpful and gracious. The Hotel were high on security which is comforting. Rooms were large, very comfortable, clean, well lit and furnished. Breakfast which was a daily feast to suit all palates. The gym is state of the art especially for a hotel. The best ever and will satisfy any gym junkie. The pool and the surrounds top the excellent facilities in this hotel. Location was excellent as it is slightly away from the commercial areas. For the diehard shopaholics, the walkway link to the MBK Shopping Center is a bonus.The Center is so self-contained that one need not step out into the sunshine all day! Our very early check-out was handled very efficiently right down to the breakfast pack to see us on our way. We intend to visit Bangkok again and will most definitely stay here. We have told our friends about it as well.	We were referred to Sawadee by my brother who used the services on his last trip to BKK. Our booking was all done online and we had no problems having our questions answered promptly and professionally. Will definitely use Sawadee again for our next trip and will recommend it to our friends.

Logation of this hotel is great, all I need is nearby. And for sure I ll come back again when visiting in Bangkok !!	Booking service is easy to use, I ll recommend this for others too.

Brilliant location - just above the MBK so you can pop up to your room for 30mins to rest before going back down! Sky Train is just by the MBK, so you can get around very easily. Breakfast was buffet all you can eat. Our room was good, great view on the 24th floor. I highly recommend this hotel and it s worth the extra money (as room prices are a bit more expensive than your average hotel). Very happy with the Pathumwan.	Great Service - no problems at all!

Lovely Hotel, in a great location (attached to MBK shopping plaza) All hotel staff very friendly and most professional, also hotel had very good security staff.Breakfast was fantastic as was the evening buffet, I would definately stay there again - IT WAS GREAT	Great, user fiendly website, no problems at all with booking.

Very luxurious in every way and nicely located if you want to shop, whether copy-shopping in MBK or in the better malls close by. The pool area is fantastic (just wish they had dug the pool one meter deeper, but never mind) and very spaceous. Will certainly come back one of these days.	Best I ve ever tried - and there s been a few...!

My wife and I arrived on an early morning flight from Madrid and the nice room with a swimming pool view, non smoking as we had requested, was given to us promptly. The sumptuous buffet breakfast was a welcome start to each day. We will surely be back again soon. Sawasdee krup!

This was a bonus as we had our 1yr old daughter in a pram. the hotel staff are fantastic and they LOVE children. Bathroom was good and had a bath and separate shower cubicle. The renovated lobby is nice and security at the hotel is very good (bags are checked on entering hotel). We found the staff to be very friendly and very obliging. Location is great, straight into MBK shopping centre through 2nd or ground floor level of hotel and quick access to skytrain through Tokyu department store. Lots of choices at breakfast buffet, we had a very enjoyable stay.	Great service from Sawadee.com, fast email replies and everything in order upon arrival at hotel. Highly recommend using them.

Our teenage kids loved that MBK was virtually part of the hotel and also really loved the breakfast each day. Beds could be softer, but I m told that s to be expected throughout Asia. Also, the Princess is in easy walking distance to Jim Thompson s house; definitely worth a visit. Overall, a good 4 star hotel.	Excellent. My reservations clerk always answered my emails promptly and at all times informed me of all booking requirements and payments received.

The pool is quite good and the rooms are nice. The price of the rooms reflects the location - which is the biggest selling point. A 7 storey shopping centre attached to the hotel is really great for all your shopping & there is several cinemas nearby including one in MBK.	Efficient and User Friendly

Direct acces to MBK mall on ground and 2nd floor. Nearby other malls and markets. We stayed at the beginning and end of our holliday. Will absolutely stay here again by next visit to bangkok.	Sawadee service is absolutely the top, very good and very quick and at proff level. Complements to ms. PUI and NUI for taking care of our bookings. By next visit i will use Sawadee.com again i can strongly recommend them for booking through the internet

Booked a deluxe room got upgraded to a corner suite which was superb.Breakfast was fine and we also ate in the restaurant which was very good.Will stay again here.	Booking with SAWADEE.COM could not have been any easier and they were very efficent and more importantly a fair price.Will have no hesitation to book again next time.

Easy access to MBK shoppingcenter from the lobby and very close to the skytrain. The front desk offert me a upgrade to the deluxe rooms for 500 THB. We got a realy good room with a spectacular view and a huge bathroom. Good breakfastbuffet. The service was excellent and we will use this hotel again.	Quick and easy, just like it has to be.

Hotel decor is stunning and the rooms are large and comfortable. The staff are extremely helpful with things like where to shop and how much taxis should cost etc. Breakfast is sensational with a wide choice. Location is perfect as it is next door to the MBK centre where you could easily spend 2 days shopping. I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay there on my next visit to Bangkok.	Easiest way to book. Prompt responses and no problems at all. I will defintely use this service again.

The room was kind of ok, though not comparable to the lobby etc. Good gym. Excellent buffét and breakfast. In the same building with MBK, so the location is nice for shopping ; )

VL 2006 Oct	Pathumwan Princess Hotel, Phayathai Road, Siam Square The location is great. There is a security guard on duty between the hotel and the MBK shopping mall entrance making it feel safer. The hotel decor in the lobby and restaurants are great. However, the only down side is inside the room, we came across a small crockcroach crawling on the desk! Other than the little mischief, the room was relatively clean. But it could use some refurbishments, especially the shower.	Overall satisfactory. Prompt email response especially by Patrick, thanks!
