Aaron Brooks 2009-02-15	Grand Ayudhaya Hotel, Ratchadapisek Road The rooms were great and the hotel was very beautiful. However, the swimming pool/hot tub were very run down, and a lot of the restaurants that they have advertised were not open. Also, on our second day, the hot water broke, so we didn t have hot water for 24 hours. They did not offer any type of refund; however, they did let us have two Singha beers from our room fridge, but only after we insisted that they compensate us somehow for the lack of hot water. Also, when we went to the health club, there was no one working at the front desk, so we just let ourselves in. It was only upon leaving that we actually saw some staff, and they told us we had to pay 150 baht for using the sauna/steam room. Since no one was there in the first place, we talked our way out of it. It was a very nice hotel, but the service was lacking, and it seems like it has seen better days. I would stay there again, though!

Stefan & Rita 2007-09-20 until 2007-09-26	The Grand Ayudhaya Hotel, Ratchadapisek Road Hotel, well placed closed from MTS could be very good with better maintenance and cleaning. Room is good but need revamp. The dirty swimming pool must be closed or fully revamp. Sauna is out of service. Breakfast choice is just good, restaurant room is also not looking clean, I met coakroach looking for bread. Chinese & Japanese restaurants are good. Six days stay because prepaid were long. I will not recommand that hotel.	Very good and efficient but please check quality of the hotels before propose rooms.

Great Breakfast as well. Room was comfortable and quite.	Good service, third time I have used it. Never a problem. Keep it up guys.
Lisa Yong 2007-04-13 until 2007-04-16	Grand Hotel Bangkok, Ratchadapisek Road Lisa from Singapore, 13th Apr to 16th Apr. Basically satisfied with all expect of Grand Hotel Bangkok services. Interior inside looks grand, quiet and peaceful. Room is good and comfortable. 24 hrs cafe available but have got lots of attack from mosqitos around so beware and make sure put on long pants or spray OFF to avoid being biten. Staffs are helpful and just need alittle more smile will do perfectly. Transport are quite accessable no doubt its the out skirt of town but residence around are pleasant. Feel safe even walking back from the Suthisan MRT station back to hotel. Takes about 10mins walk at the dark predestian walk way but safe still. Can stop by to get some drinks or tibits at 7-eleven. I would think it is a good choice for relaxation place to stay. Will give at least 7 to 8 score out of 10% for this 4 star hotel. Enjoyed staying in Grand Hotel Bangkok and would consider to come back again in future.	Excellent Service!Will recommend friends to make booking from sawadee.com
Stanley Ho 2006-11-27 until 2006-11-30	Grand Hotel Bangkok, Ratchadapisek Road not bad at all....looks like a 3 star from outside but actually a 4 star look...sometimes u want to be away from the nightlife with all the hustles..price was worth it..i will definitely come back to the grand hotel the next time i stay in bangkok	very easy......fast and very efficient..thanks a lot sawadee.com!!
Stanley Ho 2006-11-27 until 2006-11-30	Grand Hotel Bangkok, Ratchadapisek Road looks like 3 stars on the outside, but a 4 star on the inside...not a bad location since you don t get all the hustles from the taxi drivers...very friendly staffs and not too far from the nightlife part of bangkok...i will definitely stay here again!!	fast and efficient...thanks again sawadee.com!!

Genevieve 2005-03-31 until 2005-04-03	The Grand Hotel Bangkok, Ratchadapisek Road Since the hotel s become more accessible by public transportation, it has seen an increase in the number of guests. Although there were a couple of staff who didn t have a very welcoming attitude, the rest of the hotel staff made up for them. The room we stayed in is a bit oldish and in dire need of new furnishings. The shower design was not very intuitive but we managed. The breakfast needs some improvement (i.e. the fruits need to stay chilled or cooled and not room temperature). Though a bit far from the city center, there are restaurants and malls that are only a few minutes ride by train. Cab ride to the city center is not all that expensive either. Overall, I would give the hotel 6/10. For a stay as short such as ours, the hotel would do.	Hassle-free!

Easy trip to airport or weekend market or for use of metro. Nice room and pleasent staff. Second time visit looking forward to a third.	Excellent - as I has come to expect

We arrived to find a blood-stained bedsheet! Staff were neither happy nor helpful. I would not stay in this hotel again!	Very efficient booking and would use this service again

Having browsed through the extremely fascinating and hectic centre of the town, we found The Grand a superb place to stay. Away from the tuk tuks and cities traffic explosions. With a taxi you ll get anywhere within 15-25 minutes though! The hotel itself is superb and offers really great value for money. Second to non hospitality, great spacious rooms, excellent food, very nice and romantic bar. The lobby at the entrance is impressive! I ll book again during my next trip out to the oriental city!	Faultless! Very convenient.
