The staff was friendly, and the food ok. I would reccomend this hotel for a short 1 or 2 night stay only.	booking went with no problem

A good hotel if you want to stay near the Airport Don Muang	I am satisfied with Sawadee.com for more than 6 years; but I think that the should revise the cancellation policy.

It was adequate as a transit stop, rooms and beds were clean. The local taxi drivers struggled to find it, but then they struggled to find everything in Bangkok! We would recommend this hotel as a transit stopover, but wouldn t recommend staying longer than one or two nights.	Excellent service, no problems.

A friend and I flew into the new international airport, but had a morning flight out of don muang so we chose to stay near there. The room was clean and had hot water and air conditioning which was nice. The pick up service didn t work out, but a taxi wasn t as expensive anyway. There was a free shuttle to don muang though. Breakfast was quite good (western style) and free with this booking service. The staff was friendly too. I agree with other commenters that this place was probably much better before the new airport was built, but it served it s purpose just fine.	Very good, although little problems with arranging pick up services.

The Hotel was good value for monely for 1 night as we were flying out the next morning. The rooms are old and not very nice but it was cheap and convinient for one night. I wouldn t stay here for longer than 1 night.	No problems as usual.

The staff were all very lovely and the minibus driver and Pick up host were very very nice. A pleasure. (in my stupidity i did not note this was the old airport and not the new one and the transfer was 45 min but not an unpleasent one)	Always very easy to book on Sawadee, transfers always on time.

However it was a clean, quiet and comfortable hotel with a friendly and helpful staff. We arrived late and had a very good dinner at the restaurant. The hotel provided transportation to the airport that was a lot better than the taxi drive we had taken to get there.	Smooth and effortless.

Funnily enough, the planes taking off over my head didn t disturb our sleep. There was a deparfture and arrival transfer included, but it took a while to the bus to arrive for the first trabsfer. The hotel is very grotty, but it is also cheap and the beds were very comfortable. The staff were lovely, the breakfast good and no problems with departure transfer. We arrived at 1am and left at 8.30am for our next flight. The hotel certainly has character, and for that reason we would overnight there again, if we had to.	Very efficient, easy to deal with, I would use the service again.

I contacted sawadee.com as well as searched the internet (when it was available) to find the contact number, although there were no phones that I could have phoned from - that I could see. When we arrived at the airport there was no one there to pick us up. We had to deal with the hassling taxi drivers and get a price of 300 Baht for a very short trip to the Airport Suites. When I got to the hotel they told us because it was delayed late they couldn t get someone to pick us up and they wouldn t refund us for the taxi. We complained and after a long discussion we asked to speak to the manager who we found out was not available until morning. In the morning we talked to the manager, who again said she could not refund us for the taxi. It wasn t about the money, it was about the hotel service. I told the manager I was going to complain to Sawadee.com. The manager finally said she would give us 200 Baht. After more discussion, as we were leaving, she finally gave us 300 Baht and wrote it off as a taxi receipt for her books. It was a very frustrating experience. When we booked, we needed to be close to the airport as we would arrive late and have to be at the airport early in the morning. We were happy to see the airport transfer and the closeness to the airport and that s why we decided to stay there. When they did not pick us up and didn t try to help us after our inconvenience we were very disappointed. The hotel itself was old but OK for a one night stay.	Booking service was fine, but they never responded to my email regarding our delayed fight.

But it very close to the airport, there are many noisy from the flight. Anyway, it is a good choice to you if you need to transfer your flight at the next morning.

We had a one night stopover in Bangkok before our early flight out (6:45am) the next day. The hotel shuttle picked us up and dropped us off at the airport and the hotel is only a 5 min drive away. The rooms are basic and spacious and (continental) breakfast was provided, even at 4am in the morning which was a surprise. If you don’t mind the sound of the occasional aircraft flying above you it’s a good, clean hotel for an overnight transit stop.	Wonderful

The rooms are badly worn down and pretty depressing. Obviously, there s also the constantly reccuring noise from aircraft taking off to consider. I recommend choosing another hotel.	Worked just fine

It smelled terrible and was not a nice room. Also, things like getting on the internet (can only go on once for 15 minutes and it s expensive) are annoying. Location (5 minutes from the airport) is the ONLY reason to stay here.	sawadee is great. i used them to book stuff for throughout Thailand and it was always legit.

Very old so if your looking for for something to serve the purpose than this place is ok. Breakfast was average but I guess you get what you pay for. The shower flooded easily so we had to detach the shower head and wash quickly.	Sawadee has been excellent - Have been using them for my whole trip as I am travelling around Thailand for a month. They have delt with changes easily too. will use again for sure

They have 24 hr room service which was very nice to have after a very long flight. The food came fast and was very good. The room was okay and served it s purpose. Breakfast was included and very good. The next morning the hotel dropped us off at the airport on time.	Would recommend it. Very easy and efficient.

Very grim, loud (at the end of the runway), the rooms were dusty and a bit grimy. The pickup service was very inconvenient - you had to call to arrange it, which they did not tell us, and then we had to wait while they picked up multiple other passengers. I d pick somewhere (anywhere) else next time. At least it was cheap and included an OK breakfast.	Very helpful and convenient; I would definitely use it again.

We didn t sleep at all due to the noise of the aeroplanes that were flying over the top of us every 10 minutes or so all night long. Also the stench is indescribable, one smell covering up the other.

The rooms at comfort suite are basic and dated but ok to get over your flight. The only downs side is that it is quite noisey from the planes taking off as its very close to the airport. The room service is quick 24/7 and not bad either. Staff were friendly and helpful	no problems with this, very happy with service

Rooms are no frills but are clean, air conditioned and adequate for short stay. Could use a little more lighting in room. An excellent morning buffet is included in room rate, which is reasonable. Evening restaurant meals exceeded my expectatations for this class of hotel - quite good and well presented. Hotel shuttle service to and from airport is also provided at no additional charge.	Easy on-line booking with relatively quick confirmations.

For that purpose, it was a perfect hotel. Good price and excellent location. The accomodations were basic, but spacious and clean. The restaurant was good and not expensive. I wouldn t want to base my operations in Bangkok from this hotel, but for a one or two day layover, it is great. Taxis (use the metered ones only) to downtown Bangkok are only 200 baht or so - a good deal for a quick trip in. All in all, I will use this hotel again when the circumstances require me to be near the airport before a flight.	Excellent as always. Quick response and good recommendations. A must-use in Thailand.

Next was better, but this hotel definitely needs to be upgraded. The carpeted floors felt dirty and there was mold in the bathroom. The shower curtain had mold growing. NOT a place I would recommend AND it took 20 minutes by shuttle to the airport.

The rooms are not exciting but large and clean and comfortable. I had to wear earplugs to block out the airplane sounds. My husband slept great. The breakfast was plentiful and fine. The best thing was the ease with which we got to and from the airport at no extra cost or worry.	Fine as always.

The room was big and a little old/sparse, but the basics were great: bed was comfy and clean, bathroom was clean with all amenities, bottles of water provided. Just what we needed for a quick crash before heading back to the airport. The breakfast was really well done and delicious.

There is a good service and the rooms are clean but a little old. Price/quality ratio is good. Very positive: the shuttle service from / to the arrival/departure gate free of charge. I you do not have luxury requests the hotel is OK.
