Must be impossible to find a better location in Bangkok for shopping!This will be our only hotel in Bangkok from now on. The hotel is a littlebit old,but very nice. Breakfast very good also. Not too expensive to eat at the resturants in the hotel.Staff very friendly and service minded, great price for the room.Have nothing negative to say about Arnoma.Must give thanks to all the staff for making our stay there so nice! This hotel is so close to the city centre where everyone can easily get access to shopping centre. Although there was a public demonstration occurred in some other parts of Bangkok it did not reach to the hotel area.	The booking service was so convenient which if I go to Bangkok next time, I might use the service again.

The location is another plus point which i can travel to all major shopping centers either by foot or less than 2 train stations away. (Siam Paragon, Central World, Gaysorn..etc)	The booking service is excellent and i recieve notification through sms when they recived my booking or confirmation. Location, super 7min walk to the sky train (Chit Lom) Staff, always smiling and provided good service. Room, ok but I expected better for the price range, had everything but had a “old” feeling. I had a superior room and it was small but ok. Breakfast, great had everything and was fresh. All in all 3 out of 5, not good but not bad either for the money.	No problems but they could have notice my late checkout request. Due to same day booking and it was a general holiday day in Thailand I called Sawadee and ask them for a hotel that had rooms available in my price range with the location I wanted, they put me on hold for 15sec and then recommended the hotel. They ask me to make the reservation online and they should keep a look out for the booking, after 1h I got the booking reservation email but without any feedback for the late checkout request (18:00) simply ignored (?). So I called them again and they told me I have to pay half the room price, I had no problems with that so they told me they would send a new booking confirmation. After 10min I got the email and paid it. No problems but took me extra phone call to them to sort it out. Anyway they were friendly on the phone and English was ok after I got transferred to a second person.

I must say that the service is very good throught out the 4D3N stay. A very warm and friendly environment from hotel staff. Location wise is superb as it s very near major shopping centres which are mostly walkable. Room cleanliness and conditions are no different from a 5 star hotel, very comfy and clean. The carpet outside each guest rooms is new and pretty, resembles those of a 5 star hotel. Difinitely worth the cheap price and will return to this hotel again. They are always smiley and breakfast is very good with wide range of selection.	Fast and efficient replies. Will book with Sawadee again.

Building spotlessly clean albeit room style a little dated (rooms appropriately priced to suit age). Staff well trained and exceptionally pleasant. Could rate Four Stars .	Booked through internet (including airport transport), response very prompt and all subsequent communication/operations without slightest problem.

The room was small, and the bedside panel was coming off. One of the staff made faces when my mom asked them to recommended a traditional Thai restaurant. I don t think I ll stay at this hotel again. When we returned at 10pm, the extra bed I paid thru Sawadee was still not there, so I went down to the reception, but the receptionist said the room is for 2 person, so I asked why did they gave me 3 room cards and filled out 3 customer sheets when we checked in. I told them to check my e-voucher, and they were not too happy to admit they made a mistake.	Perfect

The free ride to Central Departmental Store was great. I would like to suggest for more of such free rides or at a minimum charge to other shopping malls like Siam Paragon or King Power. The breakfast was quite similar every morning and more Thai dishes or desserts should be introduced. The rooms were clean and standard. The staff were polite and friendly. Overall, the Arnoma Hotel is good and i would recommend my friends there.	Your internet rate for Arnoma Hotel was good compared to the hotel s rack rate, which is by half the price. i will not hesitate to book through chiangdao.com again if your rates continue to be much cheaper.

The Arnoma has fantastic customer service and the hotel is a great value for the money. The location is perfect because there is a Big C supermarket right next door, the outstanding Central World Mall across the street, and many smaller shops and street vendors located nearby. It looks like the hotel has done some remodeling since our last stay in Nov 05 with new carpet and furniture. Highly recommended.	Excellent.

Overall, we are quite satisfied with most areas of the hotel. Breakfast was not that impressive though but should be fine if you are not picky about food. Will definitely choose to stay in this hotel again.	Booking page could be more user-friendly. Response time was satisfactory.

Staff were kind and helpful, checking in and out was easy, breakfast great with many choices. This hotel whilst perhaps a little older, has excellent facilities, is very well situated for shopping (Big C, Central World, Pratunam Centre and Indra) with many street stalls along the roadway. Initially we chose this hotel because we couldn t get into our first choice but now Arnoma will become our first choice. It was the friendly and helpful staff that made all the difference. The people working here are all very friendly. Secondly it is the location, it is centrally situated among many great shoppings. Thirdly, the rooms are all well kept. I have been coming back to this hotel several times, and every time I went back...the rooms are still that clean.	Thank you guys once again for arranging the hotel for me. I would like to first comment on your excellent service, the response from you guys are superb fast.
Henk van Dijk 2008-02-14 until 2008-02-16	Arnoma Hotel Bangkok, Rajdamri Road, opp CWP We always go to this hotel because it is very close to World Plaza shopping center as well as some other shopping paradises, also close to the skytrain. Furthermore the hotel is very efficient, has a great breakfast buffet (although on 16 Feb it was very crowded and some of the delicacies ran out and were not replenished). The minibar is expensive but you can arrange your own supplies from nearby supermarket. Some of the TV channels are not received well which gives a snowy screen. We missed a toilet shower but we survived. The room is spacious, neatly decorated and although the bathroom has a somewhat old look it functions perfectly. We have been to Arnoma several times and expect it will remain our choice if we have to stay in Bangkok in years to come.	Very efficient and reliable.

MOO 2008-01-04 until 2008-01-08	Arnoma Hotel Bangkok, Rajdamri Road, opp CWP Arnoma Hotel has one of the best location in Bangkok, with bridges nearby the hotel to link to the BTS skytrain & shopping centres. I ve stayed there on most of my trip to BKK (about 5 times)& it feels like home seeing familiar F&B staff that worked there for many years. The reception staff could improve their service with a bit of smile though & the breakfast at the coffehouse Buttercup should stretch to 10.30am instead of 10am.	Good experience with Sawadee.com, though the booking site should offer additional booking choice of Arnoma s business superior & deluxe rooms for traveller on business trip.

One area of improvement can be the breakfast spread.... However, overall rating is good and I will certainly stay in the hotel again if the standards are maintained.	Booking was efficient and went smoothly without any problems. I will also book through Sawadee again so long as efficiency of this method carries on.

This hotel is well situated as it faces the trading Central World with all facilities for shopping. Although rooms are spacious, the bathroom is very small and not convenient. The hotel needs to be renovated, as rooms and equipments are getting old. The staff is kind and the breakfast varied.	Very good and always efficient. Bravo Sawadee.com!!!

Once we waited to check in we were then told we had to have a room with 2 single beds. We weren t happy about having to wait so long or the bed situation so we asked for a refund & then were prompty moved to a room with a king bed. Hotel itself is a bit old, good location though. It is mainly catered for the asian market - we foud that there were very few non-asian people staying there & felt that the breakfast could have been more varied (lots of asian dishes) and that the staff seemed to favour the asian guests over us. For the price I wouldn t reccomend this hotel.	Great. No problems at all.

Can t unpack our stuff to go to other places. Book a room with extra bed but then we didn t got one.Got 1 finally after some time. Everything was well and security was good during the New Year countdown and also the bombing. Will stay there again even though we should get a welcome fruit basket but we didn t.	Should prompt customer about the payment when its due and also let us have the E-voucher earlier.

When we come back on 9.00 pm the room is not ready so we wait for another 1/2 hour. The sauna is not free, guest must pay B 180. We only suggest for their perfect location.	No Problem.

A big disapointment was breakfast, so crowded and not a good selection of food.For this class of hotel it should be a better selection.Have stayed at many hotels in BKK and Grand Diamond has much better breakfast and only 350 baht more per night.Internet was expensive 450 baht per hour only 45 bath in CWP across the street.Poolarea was good with a lot of beds.Would stay here again and eat breakfast out in town.	Fast and efficient service would use them again.
Gunnel Strandberg 2006-11-21 until 2006-11-28	Arnoma Hotel Bangkok, Rajdamri Road, opp CWP Good location near skytrain, Central World Plaza etc. But breakfast was a big disapointment!Stayed in many hotels in BKK the recent years and breakfast was much better at Grand Diamond,Eastin in Makkasan, Zenith in Sukhumwit to mention some, even if it´s cheaper hotels!So crowded and a bad selection nearly no fruit..Went to the 2nd floor for breakfast at 9.30 they have already closed should close at 10.30 why? Staff is polite and efficient.Good hoteltransfer back to the airport only 500 bath including airporttax should be much more. Public taxi about 400 including highwaytax.Would stay here again and then eat breakfast out in town.	Ouick and efficient have booked by sawadee several times.

Only complaint was the poor quality of the breakfast buffet; food was not well prepared and poor selection.	Booking service worked well. Hotel had our reservations and no complications with our rooms. Would use again.

The request of non-smoking and connecting rooms were all granted. Very friendly reception with good english. The location is good for shopping and only 7 mins walk to Chit Lum BTS Station. There was stalls in front of the hotel at night(side lane , daytime) giving a festive feeling. Big C shopping mall is next door & Central world is directly opposite. Hotel is cleaned but will stay at Business Class room in the future as there were no Internet conection in the Eco.rooms. Will stay in this hotel again.	Booking th Sawadee is a piece of mind. The service is fast , efficient and most importantly, reliable. I will use Sawadee again, definitely.

We booked 2 rooms, one deluxe and one jr suite. The only issue was the giganticly thick pillows on the bed which gave everyone stiff necks. The hotel is not quite as close to the Sky Train as we were lead to believe, but its a relatively short walk that was not a problem.	OK

It was just right for our needs, well situated a short walk from the Sky Train and within easy reach of shops etc. We were also five minutes walk from the canal boats on the nearest Klong which presented an ideal way of getting about very quickly and extremely cheaply. The whole experience was very pleasant, the staff at the hotel were super efficient and friendly. I would definitely stay here again.	Booking through sawadee.com was painless and quick.

Within walking distance to Pratunam Centre. Good shopping for bargain items. Within reach of MRT. Good distance from the airport too. Service and staff are good. Staff is polite, helpful and prompt to respond to request. Furnishing in room is simple but suffice. Will stay here again on my future trips.	Booking service is excellent. Response to changes is prompt. Will definitely book through Sawadee for future trips.
