Web Sawadee Plc has become one of the leading inbound agencies
in Thailand with a yearly turnover of more than USD 50 Mio (2007).
Web Sawadee Plc is active in the prepaid voucher travel based
tour operating incoming into Thailand. It is one of the largest
online agencies in Thailand, generating 480,000 room-nights
with destination Thailand with 320,000 travelers in 2007

Web Sawadee Plc is currently
enjoying a preferred co-operation with most hotel suppliers
in Thailand due to the steady flow of traffic brought to the
hotels on a yearly basis as well as a regular increase on a
year to year basis
The rates agreements are
done for a yearly basis, following the international travel
trade calendar of November to end October the following year.
Currently, the company has rates agreement with an excess of
1000 hotels in Thailand in all categories and covering most
leisure- and business- travel locations of the Kingdom.
The travel arrangements are conducted directly with the suppliers
and is, due to automated payment system, in principle voucherless,
thus reducing account payable section to a minimum. As well,
this represents a reasonable reserve in terms of short term
cashflow if proved necessary.
The direct relationships
with the end supplier allows a much faster and accurate response
time and therefore a much appreciated differentiation over other
companies active in the same field as Web Sawadee Plc.
The B2B offer, under the R24.org brand, allows any affiliated
company to offer a partial or complete selection of hotels all
across the Kingdom, while due to the white label concept a complete
control over selling price to content and information is kept
within Web Sawadee Plc. Therefore the suppliers are benefiting
a very wide coverage in as much as 50 local language sites whilst
a total rate consistency can be guaranteed.
In terms of distribution partners, Web Sawadee Plc enjoys a
preferred co-operation with all major search engines and has
recently been granted credit terms with Google in a bid to lean
and facilitate the online advertisement or the core brand.
Since 2004, Web Sawadee Plc has been participating at the biggest
international travel trade fair exhibition (ITB in Berlin) and
since 2005, the Company had it's own 40 sqm stand to welcome
and meet both suppliers, affiliates and investors during the
5 days events.
In addition, Web Sawadee Plc
has participated at regional travel trade shows in Both Thailand
(TTM+) and Asia (ATF) for the past 2 years in order to strengthen
the co-operation with the suppliers.

made covering the 10th anniversary event held in
Bangkok in June 2007.
Post IPO, company results and
press releases are administered by an independent press agency
(Branded, the agency) in cooperation with the financial (IPO)
advisor SEAMICO, following the requirements of the MAI.
