Lamai Inn 99 is an original family run business in the heart of Lamai, one of the primary beaches in Koh Samui.
We have been in business for more than 20 years and are extremely proud to have evolved to the point where we now have 80 rooms available - while at the same time retaining our reputation for close personal service
We do have 10 much sought after Beachfront Rooms, 70 with air-conditioning and hot water. Naturally, these vary in price depending upon the season.
About the hotel: Hotel is very good and in the perfect position (middle of Lamai). Food and service was execellent as well as the daily cleaning service. Beach Bangalow is brand new and provised an fantastic view on tejh beach (20m). If not available go for a garden bangalow (Beach view room is out-of-date.) Pool is on the other side of the road and you can t see the sea from it - Therefore we didn t use it at all. Reception was always helpful and fullfilled all requests e.g. jeep/motorbike/tour bookings. Will come back next year.

The location was excellent and had a good beach and pool. I had to regularly spray for mosquitoes.
About the hotel: we stayed in the garden bungalows, great location,accommodation very good value for money well maintained very clean and tidy.attentive staff, restaurant good value,and beach location a bonus.the best ive stayed in for a long time for the price.

About the hotel: Very good hotel, right on beach and only 5 mins from the centre of Lamai. Staff very friendly and helpful. We had a beachfront room, very clean and fresh linen every day. Nice pool area. Only one comment I would make is the lack of sun loungers on the beach. Will certainly return.
About the reservation service: Sawadee is a first rate booking service. Would certinly use again. Arrangements went like clockwork.
About the hotel: It was a suprise for us when we checked in our garden bungalow. It is cute but modernly equipped with Dakin/Panosonic air conditioners, Sumsang LCD colore TV s. Spotless sheets, floor and bathroom. 10 steps distance to the beach.
The only regret is that there are no sun chairs on the beach.
but overall great value for money and made our stay pleasant.

we have upwards of 100 meters of beachfront, we have deliberately kept
most of it open with wide expanses of lawn and garden for everyone enjoyment.
As a result, many of our bungalows which are not on the beach have clear

Lamai
Inn 99 operates at a 95% occupancy rate during high and peak
seasons and many of our guests are repeat customers who stay an average
of two weeks. We do take reservations through sawadee.com but
on rare occasions demand simply out-weighs supply given the number of
walk-in requests, over-stays, or late arrivals. In those rare instances,
we will accommodate you upon arrival and can usually give you specifically
what you want within a couple of days.
