Villas range from duplex-style villa's with balconies, private pool and lush gardens, to Luxury villas covering with a living space of 400 Sq.m Tranquil indoor and outdoor spa complex offering treatment from Thailand and through out the world. Stunning views of the farm lands of Bangtao Beach, local buffalo and access to one of the best beaches in Phuket. Each villa features its own plunge pool and secluded space.

Our cozy restaurant " Cafe @ Residence " open-air dining with a view of the local buffalo and local villagers. The inventive yet casual menu is a testament to both northern and southern Thailand cuisine and culture. A selection of European food is also available especially for a full English breakfast, to treat yourself as you wake up in paradise.

Hattakarn Spa located at The Residence offers a wide range of spa and beauty treatments with our in door and out door treatment rooms and also in the privacy of your own villa.

All treatments booked also include the use of our gym. Treatment rooms are designed for the use of singles of couple treatments with a Jacuzzi to suite your needs.

Our experience staffs have been trained to look after all your needs and health requirements. Our Spa Manager will design a package to suite your needs during your stay with us.

A selection of European food is also available especially for a full English breakfast, to treat yourself as you wake up in paradise.

Specialties - Local seafood is used for all meals and freshly squeezed juices, Our chef can discuss with you any special dietary requirements or nutritional advice that might assist in your holiday experience. We highly recommend that the Thai food is tried during your stay with us due to its freshness, healthy ingredients and nutritional value. Levels of spice can always be altered to suite your taste buds. Menu samples are available on request.

Private Dining / Functions - If you find that you can not escape the luxury and privacy of your villas, we will bring the tastes of Thailand to you instead. In-villa room service menu is available from 0630am - 1030pm daily. Private gourmet BBQ hampers can be arranged by our chefs for you to cook your own bbq lunch or dinner or sit back and relax and the chef will personally cook and serve for you. Set menus under the star dining is also available and can be changed depending on your requirements and suggestions.

You're Privacy & Security - Your privacy is the utmost importance to us at The Residence. If you require full privacy during you stay with us and require additional attention in this matter; our Villa Manager will assist in making the necessary arrangements.

Our Young Guests - Young or old; Thailand is a unique area of the world where it is a wonder of excitement, wonder and caring for all our young guests. Children can be well assured that pool items, DVDs, safety and food is too their liking. All children under the age of 4 years will eat free of charge at Café @ Residence, Children under 12 years will receive free of charge accommodation (sharing with adult). Items such as baby cots and car safety seats can be booked and confirmed in advance. As all of our villas have private swimming pools; we strongly suggest that all children under the age of 12 years be supervised at all times using the pool area. Life guards and secure fencing are not supplied on the pools, but we can assist for any requests in advance to make your stay with us safer.

Babysitting services - With four hours notice, we can arrange reliable babysitting services for your little ones. We will do anything possible to accommodate requests with shorter notice. Please note that there is an hourly fee for this service; please contact the guest service agent.

Richmond One Catamaran

Phuket is dubbed the "Pearl of the South", a spectacular tropical island nestled in the Andaman Sea. It's the largest and most popular island in Thailand, with an international airport and a bridge connecting it to the mainland. With such great travel connections it's not surprising it's becoming increasingly cosmopolitan.

The Residence is a five minute walk from ngtao beach, the most sought after beach in Phuket on the exclusive West Coast, which is much less developed than southern parts of the island such as Patong. Bangtao is truly spectacular, 6km of white sandy beaches, crystal clear warm water and charming local fishing boats.

20 minutes away from Patong, Surin beach and Phuket Marina. 10 minutes away from Surin beach and Laem Sing Beach. Diving, watersports, golfing and Phuket tourist attractions can be pre booked in advance or the Residence team will assist you on your arrival.
