We would like to take this opportunity to introduce a modern Thai-style four storey building. Gracious guest accommodations comprise of 48 rooms including Superior and Deluxe rooms, connecting room available. Baan Karonburi Resort is a four-storeyed in classic Thai design. It is of perfect size to offer a cozy and intimate atmosphere yet still offer full amenities.
One major advantage Phuket offers is its wealth of first-rate facilities, including accommodation ranging from budget bungalows to ultra-luxurious resort hotels; a vast number of land and sea recreations; internationally accredited diving, sailing, and rock climbing instruction; Thai and international dining; entertainment, both traditional and modern; international tournament-standard golf courses; meetings, incentives, convention and exhibition facilities; and much more.

About the hotel:
nice location,close to the beach; kind staff at the desk, and helpfull with some little problems at my room;description of the rooms not clear: just only the groundfloor is garden view , but at the 2nd,3d,and 4th floor the rooms are seaview , but only a few of them are really seaview! The breakfast is poor, and the food sometimes far from fresh. Overall: a rather good hotel, but asks for renovation; price/quality not good. The hotel next-door: Karon Princess-hotel looks better, and so are the prices overthere.

3 weeks from 04-02 to 25-02 2009 at a lovely hotel where the cleaning is a priority, breakfast could be more interesting but the rooms are big and friendly. Best regards Tove and Aksel Toet DENMARK

About the hotel:
Good standard hotel with excelent service, everyday. Room cleaning everyday and we got new bedclothes and towels everyday as well. Hard wooden chairs without pillow at the terrace are the only problem that we can point out. Perfect location, next to the sandy beach and a lot of resturants.

Opholdt os 8 dage på Baan Karonbur Resort. Stille og roligt hotel, men dog noget byggestøj tæt på. Ok morgenmads-buffet. Tæt på stranden og ca. 10 minutters gåtur ind til butiksområdet. Dejligt pool-område. Store værelser og god altan. Kan kun anbefale stedet.

We stayed in the deluxe seaview room. The view of Karon beach was very nice although the room was quite basic. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was ok too. Overall a good value for money and very close to the beach.

About the hotel:
We (4 adults) are very satisfied with all at this hotel: rooms, service, very kind personal, restaurant (good food), reception, the cleaning, internet connection, the pool and the poolbar, and so on. It is situated very near Karon beach so it is very convenient to come and go. We can really recommend this hotel.

About the hotel:
Great Location right at Karon Beach and next to restaurants and small shopping area. Staff was very friendly and service was good. Rooms were clean. However this hotel is in urgent need for renovation as it seems not a lot has been done in the last years. Thai-style kingsize beds: just put together 2 single beds and hope that guests don t realize it. The open plugs right at the top of the bed were even hazardous. Prices are on the high side but this is the price to pay for Phuket in general. Breakfast was very nice, could offer more variations though. Tip: rent a motorbike to avoid rip-off fares from the tuk tuks when going to Patong (especially at night!).

The hotel is allright but the Servis is poor. We paid for a Oceanview but got another room without any compensation. When we mentioned this for the Reception manager we were treated disrespectfully. She (the manager)is obviously misplaced!I m going to talk to the General manager about this! Choose another Hotel(there lot s of them on Karon beach)
