About the hotel: We did not like this hotel, standard was not as described on internet. Dirty beach and no sun-chairs. Sunbeds in pool-area were always booked in the morning by quests and many of us have to go without. We had two sunbeds outside our bungalow and asked for madras but the did not have any. Walls and floor in toilet and shower was in cement with some careless colour. A lot of mosquitos and cockroatches, even inside mosquito net when we waked up in the morning. And this was De Luxe!!! The pool area and restaurant was nice, good food. It was not worth the price. Before our stay at Twin bay we lived on a resort at half price and very good standard. We will never live on Twin Bay resort again
About the hotel: Very good for our family. Wonderful staff that made our visit great. Good pool, nearby the beach, nice restaurant and comfortable bungalow. Really a good place to stay!!

About the hotel: the hotel is great. it has e verry good price-worth balance. we was there with children. the staff spendet much time with them playing, so that they felt happy. the restaurant at the beach is verry romantic. the management was verry generous to us.

The hotel is a bit off from other hotels at the beach (500). The tide made it difficult to take a bath - very shallow. Nice pool area.
Resturant tip at Lanta - Klapa Klum at Long Beach, - have your meal in a tree hut...

About the reservation service: No problems at all! Booked all our six hotels thru sawadee. Easy and comfortable.
About the hotel: I have seen the comments below, and want to add that we liked this place very much. We couldn t get a beach bungalow, so we had to move, but this place has lots of good qualities (peaceful, nice staff, good poolarea). The restaurant in Twinbay Resort makes exquisite food! We visited almost all the restaurants in the area, and in Twinbay Resort they really serve high-quality food!
About the hotel: The hotel is in a quite pisition, the staff is fiendly, and meal is quite good, my only suggestion is that they shoul do something in the bathroom, they very poor, we stay in another hotel in ko Lanta, it was less expensive and the room was much better.

About the hotel: Vorsicht! das hotel haben wir nach vier tagen verlassen, weil uns viel geld aus dem hotelsafe gestohlen wurde. dies passierte 4 weiteren gaesten aus oesterreich und schweden am gleichen tag ebenso.( 100 000 bath )
der manager(auch manager vom royal lanta hotel ) war sehr unfreundlich und unkooperativ. er wollte die schuld noch auf uns abschieben, denn er ist der meinung, dass wenn man geld abgibt, man immer ein risiko traegt. zudem sollte man fuer solche vorfaelle eine reiseversicherung abschliessen.
da stellt sich mir die frage, was soll man tun, wenn es keinen safe im zimmer hat und der hotelsafe durch das eigene rezeptionspersonal gepluendert wird??wir haben von europaern die auf koh lanta leben spaeter erfahren, dass es vorher schon immer wieder zu diebstaehle in diesem hotel gekommen ist.das hotel ist aus sicherheitsgruenden absolut nicht zu empfehlen.

the hotel is verry unsafe. almost all our money has been robbed from the hotelsafe!! all in all 7 persons have been robbed their money in 24 h.
(100 000 bath ) from the hotelsafe. the manger ( who is the manager from the royal lanta hotel )was verry unfrendly and unkoperative. he did not excuse did not if us any money back even if the money was stollen from the hotelsafe. dont go to this hotel!!!
