Marisa Boutique Resort & Spa - an eco & nature resort in the Chiang Dao Region of Northern Thailand - located 81 km from Chiang Mai City, set in a rich tropical environment, where the river flows by and surrounded by beautiful mountains. The resort offers excellent quality service. Rooms are decorated in luxurious wooden interior design with Northern Thai atmosphere. From the balcony, enjoy the great view of Doi Luang Chiang Dao natural rice fields and listen to the sound of water gently flowing by Marisa Spa.The resort has a lot of going for. Nature, beautiful forests surrounded by the mountains and ancient Thai houses (Baan) on the premises.With the owner`s choice, each house differs. The choice is yours.

About the hotel:
We stayed 4 nights at this resort which is about 1 hours drive north of Chiang Mai. Very peaceful, great location, rooms were really good and the food excellent and unbelievably cheap. Staff were very friendly and the tours well organized and good value

Excellent - after the original booking we twice extended our stay with no problem

Very friendly staff, lovely peaceful setting with lakes and extensive garden. Food in restaurant very good and nicely presented. Great massages in spa.

Honestly, this is one of the best places in Thailand I have ever been to. Great value for money! Beautiful scenery, nice and clean accommodation, excellent staff. The food in the restaurant is also really good. It is some kilometres away from Chiang Dao, but a great get away. Really relaxed and really friendly people.
