About the hotel: Standard room - good, as 3 ***, simple interior. But the size of the room is rather large. Food - good. Personnel, service are good too. it is located on Jomtenien beach, so you can swim there. Or you may go to the port (abot 10 minutes by took-took), and travel to the island. Tesco is not far from the hotel.

The only that was wrong are the Russians. Noisy from morning till night at the pool, no respect for other guests or staff.

About the hotel: stay away!this hotel nickname is out of order . it was the worst hotel visit me and my friends have ever had.start whit the insects and cockroach running around the first room we got, then change to a room 3 floor up, and elevator out of order . caring our baby and bags up the stairs. the room was full whit mould around the ac. the remote to tv out of order toilett flusching was so week that you had to stand and hold the fluschbutton for atleast 30 sekonds every time.the lamp in the toilett was broken and they promised two times to come and fix it but noting happend. we had to shower in the dark.
in my friends room they could nt close the balkony door, and the ac didnt get the room coolder than 26 degees.
we booked on the internet and the infomation on the hotel was misleeded. internet was promised- out of order,go to 7 eleven down the street

the personal was nice but they didnt understand or didnt now anyting. like big ? . and the hotel was full of lame and arogant ruschians.no friendly at all.
this is a hotel that I never will rekomend to anyone!
About the reservation service: i would like to tank the friendly and helpfull lady at WebSawadee that helped us check out after one night at this hellhole. and booked the other hotell, that saved our vacation.
About the hotel: The garden is beautiful and the staff is kind and friendly.
But the suite bedroom was not was we expected, the rats was running along nights in the roof, the air-conditioned working with problem (water in the room), so it was not good for those matters.
I had spoken already to the manager about these matters, when you pay 55 € per night in Thailand, you expected better that what s we had....

About the hotel: What a shitty place. The first room was full of bed-bugs!!!
The place is dirty, pool and garden badly maintained. When we have seen the Breakfast-Buffet we v been not hungry anymore;-(
95% of the Guests are from Russia and it seems as if they accept this mess, I dont.
Never ever stay here again!!!

About the hotel: This hotel was not very nice at all. There were 2 pools as I assume the hotel used to be 2 seperate hotels and is now one. The first one was algae green and had hair, feathers and dirt floating on top and dirt that had sunk to the bottom - disguisting! We would not chance going in for fear of catching something. We tried 4 hotel rooms before finally accepting the best of a bad bunch. The first one had a large hole in the wall that was stuffed with newspaper. The second and third one had bathrooms that were really dirty and the shower curtains were covered with mould. Our bathroom didn t have a hot shower all of the time and when you flushed the toilet you were sprayed with toilet water from the handle. The room smelt horrid - musty and so did the sheets. When you sit around the pool it stinks of sewage and the tiles on the bottom of the pool in the baby pool cut our feet and knees! Not great for babies then! It is like a derelict hotel and you sit it an old reception for breakfast with broken lights, holes in the floor, peeling paint etc. The staff who work here are so miserable not like your usual thai staff and who could blame them!? I think this is a Russian package holiday resort.
